Everyone has to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life.  Challenges and changes are constant.  Some of these involve a degree of risk, while some may be crises or emergencies that demand your immediate attention. Your reaction depends upon your level of resilience. 

This class looks in detail at your resilience when you experience a setback and what process you go through as you develop your resilience and make a comeback.  It covers why you react in the way that you do and how you can manage yourself and others through a series of hints and tips and action strategies.

Understanding your own response will help you to understand what other people go through as they are experiencing change.  This will enable to you support to them more appropriately and effectively.
