1. Introduction: Ok. Hello, I am Nina. I don't watercolour artists until the cauliflower. Welcome to my new words, they're colored glass. This glass is not about often brewing your watercolor skills. This glass is about getting relaxed, wild Blaine always watercolors. We will paint a Florio's in low style, which itself is quite relaxing and helps you to express your feelings. And then we will enhance your floral paintings sell with some simple line patterns. There are six fun and easy glass projects to choose from. And by mixing and combining different elements are always different patterns. You will be able to create the van limited amount of unique artworks as his glass is suitable for everyone who's in law was watercolors. And for those who are looking for some easy and relaxing painting, by the end of the class, you will feel the relaxed, recharged and heavy all videos IN real time so you can paint along with me. If You're welcome. Priciple of unthought, the gen means is greater journey, reveal rashes, and let's enjoy the process. 2. Supplies: Get Roberta for our really, really fun project. For this, or you will need the different pieces of paper more or less as these ones are 14 by 17 centimeters, I have taken a big sheet of A3 size paper and just a guarded in form. For bookmarks, I have taken shoot off a FIFO watercolor paper and cut it in two. So then we will need different gel pens. So prepares the ones which you have. Golden one, black liners, wide. Ben, we will need who watercolors was a color, say, in each glass project that I will tell you which exact colors we're going to use for that project. Watercolor palette. Brushes, watercolor brushes. What a bot? Better to have. One for cleaning your brush and another one with clean water whitewash. Also, we will need painters, tape, clink, jazz, normal kitchen transparently. As zeta. We are going to play here with some effects. So just prepare materials. And I'm really eager to learn the plane with watercolors. 3. Wild Daisies. Creating Textures using Transparent Cling: For the first project, I have taken this small piece of paper that is 14 by 17.5 centimeters and we will need to get this kind of background. What pay attention? While barbarian is, remember to leave these white areas. And we will need all differentiates of yellows and greens. I have gold. This is a project I like wild daisies. So that's why you keep in mind this is name and just prepares those colors which you have. And also keep a piece of Linger nearby. For this project that I will use two branches. One big one, number eta and another one and number 61 for making wetter there area where we are going to work. So just make it wet randomly. But remember to leave some areas of dry paper exists. And now we will start to introduce the color. So first of all, we'll start out with yellow. If you have any yellow, just use them. So here I have added a bit of cadmium yellow. And it's already quite cheerful. Next color which I am going to introduce is quinacridone gold. That is also really cheerful color if you have Indian yellow or hands a yellow light. So all yellows which you have just started to introduce, the next color is called green gold, or if you have olive green. So now it's time to introduce this color. So all around. And now it's time to add some really dark green colors. If you have some dark greens are already mixed in your color palette, that's fine. For example, I have one which is called undersea green. If not, then we will create and will mix one of the colors. So I made in the one which I have. And then you can mix it adjusts to use green and green which you have. Or you can prepare different mixes and you can add a bit of red. In this case, I'm adding madder and that is complimentary color. The green And I will add a bit more of green. So yeah, it's a really beautiful reach, green. And then also, I imagine this color. We, what else you can make? You can take, for example, let's take MRL green, emerald green, and two emerald green. Our weekend add golden, yellow or orange. Orange also is fine. You can add orange. So you will have this kind of really beautiful green. And let's add also these green. The only thing that we need to move quite quickly. Otherwise, it will get dry. And if you have some granulomatous, I also suggest you do use them here and does it because they will add some really nice effect. So if you have these kind of formulating paint just as m Here I am. It is a Bender from Daniel Smith's. It's called the appetite genuine. I really like that granulate in texture which it lives. But for this unit to have quite a lot of water. So just randomly for here. And we can add, if you have some kind of, if you have some beautiful blue, I would spread a bit of this is cobalt blue, just several drops that it will make. Also, I would say that here I have something missing. Let's add something another way how you can mix green also, you can have Sap Green. You can take Sap Green. Here I add to my mixture and I will make really, really dark green. In this case, you can add a bit of Serbia or any brown which you have or EBIT of while it, in this case, I'm adding a bit of wireless to get really, really dark green. And I added in some areas. So to get more contrast. And another way, oh, that's what I have mentioned. Subgrade. And you add a bit of a sepia or any brown which you have. So that also will help you to get dark shade of green and it won't be really like screaming. Let's say it's a really open color. What you can do if you have got these kind of really straight border, I don't like it, so I just will make it like this just with water. And you make it soft, Yarbus in your brush and you are making soft. This line. And now I really, really fun is, or we are going to add the ugly. So we are going to place it this way. And let's make as many wrinkles as you again. The only my suggestion would be to keep your wrinkles are so that they would be they won't be Greeley straight because then you will get a really small amount of wrinkles and less amount of pattern. So try to make it as like as many wrinkles has for so well. So then it would be my more like triangular shapes, these kind of shapes. Ok, so you can see that I have placed already McLean. It has been really fun playing with colour mixing and to play them just on paper. And now what we will have to do is a dolly for this masterpiece. Gelatin get completely dry and then we will be able to see all those beautiful I factor which we have got. And we'll see what we were able to do with them. Okay. So this is, I put aside and that's why I decided to make this project first. That you won't have to wait too long till it will get dry. Because meanwhile you will be able to give on preparing the next star are far flower projects. Okay, so then let's move to the next project. 4. Pink flowers Bookmark. Preparations: For our thinker gone sour. So I will use the following colors, etc, is Nepal's pink, mother Rose, a cadmium yellow or drama and blue, burnt sienna. And while it, so just the check probably which you won't have Z scholar, but you can substitute it with wild gosh, that's fine. You can make any color which you have. It could be magenta, quinacridone rows. And you can make suggest there was a bit of a whitewash and you will get something similar shade, more or less. For our next project, we will need to have some practice before we will start that. And one of the things we will practices at this brushstrokes. And meanwhile we are Babson. We also prepare our colors are for our next floral project. So for this, I will use the color, which is a golden apples being. That is, you can see that it's always mixed, always like white wash. So you can mix if you don't have something similar, i, You can take any light pastel color if you have like this one. Or you can take any pink color which you have and mix it and mix it with white wash. So that's fine. It's morals that you will get some kind of z's color. I really like it soldier dislike pale, really pale color. And what we are going to do is just a simple brushstrokes that you bought your brush completely the value of your brush completely with the color. And then just practicing with brush strokes like this. Then you can make smaller ones. So here you have some flowers already. Yeah. So here just symbol brushstrokes. Another thing go is what we are going to practice. And to prepares a color mixture because this could be a bit challenging color mixture that we will prepare. Bastille dreamy color. So for this, you will need to mix in to find the ratio of how to make three colors. So that is a primary colors, blue, yellow, and red. For this, you will need to use quite a lot of water for this mixture. Just see that here. First I place quite a lot of water. Then I will introduce some yellow, that is cadmium yellow. I think that for you it's going to be also quite easy to find these colors. Ultramarine blue, that is also up color which is present in almost all sets. Here you see is that we have started to get some greenish color. And in other to balance, we will need to do at some pink color. In this case, I will add a bit of a metal rose. And you see that I have gotten greenish gray. It's not let, let me show you. So you see it's not really beautiful color. It's not what I'm looking for. Then you start with a bit more. Look. I have added a bit more of a ultramarine blue, and I have got already grayish color. It's closer to what I'm looking for. Now. I will add a bit more of being. And yes, that is already more beautiful, more awful ultramarine blue. And still playing with some brushstrokes. They beat more or Melrose. And look here, that is already more what I'm looking for. A bit more of Monroe's. Yeah. And now I will add a bit more of yellow. But with yellow, be really careful because it's really strong color. And even if you don't, you added to really just at the end of your brush. You can see that it can change really a lot there. The color of the mix. So yeah, this is more like EBIT, more of Monroes. You see that it takes time delay you will get, I mean, I'm making this process slowly so that you could see how it's changing and depending on which color you idea that how its changes. But once you have found your perfect colour, we will drag this another brush strokes. So that is just your holding your brush and then pressing the body and lifting. So these kind of lives we are going to make. Okay, so have repaired your both colors and practice with restaurants. And then we start out with our project. 5. Loose Pink flowers in Watercolors. Bookmark. : Our next two projects are going to be bookmarks. So I have taken basis of paper. Size is seven by 21.5 centimeters. And I have examined with painter's tape or so that the two marker, this white border for my bookmarks. And later we'll see if we will feel like so that you also get enhanced as a border of the bookmark. And what we'll start first with our being cone flowers to make it a bit easier. First, let's indicate centers which would have our cone flowers. So it's going to be four here. And it will be looking in that direction. And the other one, I think that it's going to be here looking up. And one more I would place for here looking in that direction. So here like this and like this. Yeah, I think probably not. That one is looking. So here I'll like this up and in zed direction. And let's start. Let's start though first. Our petals. Here I have this mixture of Naples, Yellow, Nepal's pink, and with a bit of matter rows. And let's start. So just with brushstroke makings a battles. So what we can do also is to add some darker shade and mixins the same colors. But I think it's this mixture is stronger. So, and in some areas I just can place a bit of this color. And meanwhile, I am preparing also another mixture that is going to be burnt sienna. Burnt sienna or any brown which you have. So here I am preparing burnt sienna was a bit of wireless. So it's like chocolate color. Here you can see, and to make it a bit stronger, or if you have burnt umber Z scholar also is really beautiful. And we can make here just with dots, we're making as a flower center. A bit more of what I would say that it would be a bit more beautiful car. So here we have our first flower. Then let's make our second flower. So our second flower looking up. So that is going to be like this with brushstrokes. Force will be way up. There was another branch where I have these brown color. I'm making the center of the flower. Looking up. And one more looking in that direction. Already you have the idea of this restaurants. And it's going to be quite quickly. So really tearful and tender at the same time. So here we have our flowers. For stems. Let's add also stems. I will use the same mixture or which I have used four for the centers. And the only thing that I will add a bit more of Brown of Serbia. And it's going to be really, really thin stamps. So just like this, quite quickly, break this first maybe without fainting, and then just do it quite quickly this way. So this one is going to be this way. And this one is looking at this. So yeah. And I really like they look really tender and really soft. And now we will pass today who will lead to some embellishment with another color. So for this I will use smaller brush number four. So then, do you remember about that our mixture of yellow, ultramarine blue, and the rows. Now it's time for this mixture. And let's create some kind of leaves around our flowers. So that is just something. Some shapes. The way you feel. Some brushstrokes. You start date from. Just play with your brush. This way. Just to make it really tender and soft. And once you get these kind of color, I think it's quite easy. You just play and blazar because I'm in that cone flowers, it could be in different positions and my 1's. So don't worry, you just place this embellishment where you feel that they are missing. What you can do, you can make a bit more of differentiate. You have seen too much yellow. And then I've been more of a bit more of matter rows. So it's going to be quite strong already color. If you see that your father is getting really strong, just add more water, then they bid more of ultramarine blue. So now it's done in more like violet color. I will need a bit more of minerals. So it's a bit stronger. Let's see. This one is more like while it was still quite nice, we can add several. Like Let's see. We can add some lines. And for this one. And here, I think that as at all as a moment because we need to live quite enough of white space so that it will brace and then we will have where to add our syntax. At the moment, this project, we'll put it aside and let it dry completely. Let's move to the next project. 6. Cornflowers. Preparations: Our next order is going to be blue corn flours and for z, so we'll practice some strokes. So for this you will need to some kind of blue. And you blew which you have. So here I have one color is called bright blue eye. This all we do is I diluted with quite a lot of water. So it's quite diluted. And what we'll, we'll need to practice with this kind of strokes. You know that cornflower says they have these kind of separation at the end of the petals. And so just practice with how you can get these kind of strokes. That is quite same boffin. Yeah, So this way. And another thing, what do we will do that is also, we can add now, it's like you make this strokes. And then while they are still wet, we will try to introduce some color. I'm adding some ultramarine blue. And you just, and, and spread in some areas. So you can practice also this part. If you're ready, let's move to our next. 7. Loose Cornflowers in Watercolors. Bookmark: For our next project, blue GOARN flowers, I will use the following colors. Bright blue, ultramarine blue, indigo, while it olive green, green, gold that dislike yellowish green and for darker shade. So you can make olive green with burnt sienna. Or we say can I could've done while it in order to get a darker shade of the color. So if you have breakfast with some brushstroke, so let's start with our main project. So first, I will indicate where I'm going to have my flowers centers. So it's going to be here and it will be looking at weigh one I will place here and we'll be looking that way, then direction. And one more, we'll be looking up first that is quite delicate. It bright blue. And I'm just making these kind of brush strokes that I have like a kindled past my head because of gamma. And, but more or less I think you have God's AD. And while it is still width, let's introduce ultramarine blue. Yeah, so e, z sway and some darker shade does that is indigo mixed with a bit of while it and in some areas, why? Yes, so here we have our first flower and let's make our second flower that is bright blue. I have switched, those are second brush. So to have them, one was one to paint battles, and there was another one to introduce the color, the darker shades of colors. So you can do the same here. And now let's introduce, first, let's introduce ultramarine blue with some brush strokes. And then a really, really dark color in the center. We can make even exist. And it's a cert, flour will be lookin up here really, really light. You can see that my color is quite watery. Here we have the flower. Let's add a bit of ultramarine blue to the center and to some petals. And now's the darkest color flower Center for. Yeah, it seems nice. And now let's add stem or for stem, I will use olive green. I will, makes it a bit here. So it just exists. And the really thin line here, this one will be looking for alms at direction. So the seeing four here. And I will add a bit of burnt sienna just a bit. Yeah, it looks more interesting. And also if you have like in a grid on while it also you can add in the shadows just underneath the flower. So four here. And this one. And it's going to be this way. Let's add some leaves. That is a same, olive green. And just there with brushstrokes, I made in some leaves. Maybe more of olive green. Doesn't look really cute. And let's use, if you have something really bright, I would suggest you also use these color. This one is called bring gold. It's really beautiful and do lead also some nice sheet. So for here and here. And relieve quite a lot of whitespace because we needed that are lidar in order to add some dangles. Let's put aside our second project that deal it will get dry completely and let's move to the next one. 8. Loose Sunflowers in Watercolors: And now let's being cheerful sunflowers. For some flowers I will use the following gallery. Golden can agree on goal to Oregon use cadmium yellow. Or you can use a Garmin read or Monroe's quinacridone violet, violet and burnt sienna or burnt umber. So that is actually far getting like really beautiful rich brown color and olive green now for their leaves and stem. So if you're ready, then let's start. First of all, we'll make remarks. So we're are going to be our sunflowers. One. We'll be looking in zed direction. In that direction. Okay, so and we will work dry on wet. This means that first of all, make this area wet. And then we'll start to introduce the color. So let's start from this one. And I will start with golden yellow. Here we have, if you have cadmium yellow, you add cadmium yellow, then I will add zeros matter ed partner, so that his mother and the or next one is going to be radon while it or while at if you have if you don't have z's color. So this one is a bit softer. But while it is also fine. And then we'll prepares a mixture of while it was burnt, sienna or bird, burnt umber, or any brown which you have in order to get some beautiful chocolate color. So here we have. And then z's color should be quite concentrated. This color we introduce in the center and here on the border. So here we have our sunflower Center. And I think that it's too watery. So that's why I would suggest you if you're ones is the same as my ONE, I would suggest to first to make another one. So four here, let's introduce first the yellows. That is, can agree on gold. Then let's add a bit of the red regions that is too much. The same colors can accrue than wireless. Then it turns more like brown shade. And then our darkest mixture of wireless with a bit of burnt sienna. And now it's time to add the beautiful battles. So I am switching to another bigger brush that is number eight, and I will lose, I will use a grid on gold. So you can see that now I start to Dutch, but it's not really already, it's not so, so wet as it was before. Otherwise it would be turned into really like almost black color. And I'm dotting, yeah, you can see that first step that I'm Dutch, you know, with their very tip of my brush flower centre. And then it starts to bleed. Sounds this way until you can use also some warmer yellow. So here we have one sunflower and full, let's paint and as one of flowers into the same physical dry a bit. And now we can meet more often agreed on gold this way. So here we have our sunflowers, really cheerful ones. And now what we can do, we can add some beauty. On the deep of your brush. You can take a bit of burnt sienna and to some petals so you can add some lines like this so that to separate them and beat and to make it more interesting. This way, for example, this one, it's a really beautiful shape. So you can correct shape as well. And these ones, and they also look and be quite similar. So let's add a bit of a darker shade. So that is burnt sienna and I made it just to some, but those. So here we have, now our battles more interesting. Let's add stem for our stem, but I will use olive green. And it's, I will make some really seen stem. So this way. And some leaves, four here. So that is like some imaginary leaves. It's not as Aleve selves and flowers, nicer stems. Because I had to think. And that's fine for our purposes. And I will add a bit darker shade for this. I will make cell olive green with a bit of quinacridone islet. Cell here is like a darker shade. And I will introduce it here in some areas of leaves. And yes, a stem here probably. So here we have our sunflowers. What you can do, you can add a bit more of a darker value flower center. So for this, I will mix again burnt sienna with Violet. And then just in these border to add to make it a bit darker. And this will create some additional volume and the flowers will look. There's more volume. So here in the center, here. And there was this one's the same. So that is why islet mixed with burnt sienna. And here you can see that now it's good. It looks better. So here we have our sunflower sac and now unless I do, it will get completely dry. And then we will move on to our next stage of the project. 9. Cherry Blossom. Preparations: For our cherry blossom project, we will need the following colors. Venetian red, Indian gold, burns, Yana wireless, and PM10, genuine venetian red. You can substitute r, for example, is the rent and mix it with a bit of burnt sienna, for example. And then you can mix it also with some yellow which you have. If you don't have in Django, you can substitute it with golden yellow or mix yellow with orange, for example, burnt sienna, all burnt umber and while it and any brown. So this is a PMT genuineness like a really beautiful color because it's a grand relating brown. So that's why I like to use it for painting branches. So prepares a colors which you have. And before we will start the, Let's practice a bit with four battles flowers. So basically, that is, I will prepare already my venetian red. So here is a really beautiful, rich color. And basically that is, you have like point where you have flour center. And then you're bringing with different shapes, brushstrokes, you bring your petals to this flower center. And while it is still wet, you introduce some dark center. Here we have our flower. So that is the idea. Just practice. You indicate where is going to be your flower center the same. You can do this way. And here one legacies Bethel. And then to introduce some darker Center for here. Also, it could be the flower looking up. So then you just agreed the shape. And the same. You can add in the lower part some darker william. You can practice always some brushstrokes DO make small flowers like these ones also we are going to use. So just practice and have fun. Yeah. So I was this way. 10. Loose Cherry Blossom in Watercolors: Okay, so if you have practiced with brushstrokes, let's move now to our main cherry blossom project. One of the ideas is going to be that will make the indicator for our like big flowers. So that is going to be like here, 14 here, one, probably four here. Let's make one here. And then the general first-world place flowers. And then once the flowers will be faced placed, then we will add branch. The branch generally is going to be y exists in z direction. So that for your idea. But we don't need to have like everything, like it's really a loose and you'll see for late dot what we are going to do, that's going to be fine. So you have your flower centers indicated. And let's prepares a color. I'm using venetian red for painting flowers. So this is a really beautiful, rich red. It reminds me like those middle ages are really a luxury clause of royal families. And then forms a centres. We will prepares a mixture of burnt sienna, who is a bit of while it. So here we have our dark mixture and let's start. So I am using two brushes, number 64, paint in the battles and small brash or for with another color in order to add the flour centers. And let's start. So that is orbitals and just let's play with brushstrokes. Oh, you can correct. That's fine. Then you introduce some darker color. So here we have one flower. Let's make it a bit too watery so that it will be more interesting. And let's place here another flower. This way. And also I will add a bit more concentrated color directly, firms are banned in some areas. And I will continue here. I'm going to be another flower. And I were thinking four here, place one more flour. Yeah, I can add already dark center for here. For here. This one. I see that it's really watery, so I will wait until it will get dry a bit. But if you're one is, isn't so what the real is my one here. I will add a bit more. Dark center. And here, I would say for here one more flour. So that it's like looking in that direction. I will add a bit more concentrated color for here. And then I will add some flour. So which would be like really tiny ones. So far here. Unsung workforce. For here, I'm adding flower Center. And finally o. Now it looks nice this way. So here we have our flowers and now letting go, How will we will make the brain? I would make sub-range and going first, it shouldn't be for ion banked in just with water. And there's a branch, it shouldn't go really straight. So it's really interesting away and it's like bending and the shape is really irregular. So it will go like, let's say it's this way. And from here would be some part going in z direction. Whereas at Flour is probably somewhere here like this. It could be nice. Now, I think, I hope that you can see my direction and how first I have made with water this way. And now it's our final part. I will let PM10 genuine and you will see how it will start to behave. So I don't need it everywhere. Don't, don't add it everywhere. So in certain and you can see how, in which brushstrokes I made in it. So I exist. And for here, it's going to be this way. This way. And this one, it has got almost dry, but that's fine. And you can see now it's really beautiful how it is splitted in different shades. So quiet here just make some interest and structure of the branch with brushstrokes. I exist. For here. It's really nice. And now what we can do is just to join this flowers. But it shouldn't be something really real. So this one, it won't be a bit in the air. And this one also. So here we have our red cherry blossom. What I can add is maybe darker center here because I want set it would pop up here once it has got dry to reinforce the flower's center. So I all cherry blossom is ready. And here we can add also some darker values for here. If you feel like. And now let's leave our cherry blossom to get dry. 11. Loose Florals in Watercolors. Simple Shapes: Now, let's Bain, our final composition that is going to be the most complex one. That will make it also in loose style. And I will bend like here, three central flowers for here, one flower, four here. And then we'll add some fillers. You can use any colors which you like. I think that I will tend towards a pink and yellow and blue while wireless broadly and indigo. So that's going to be my thing, colors. And then let's start. Let's prepare the color mixture. I'm using here, magenta, quite diluted one. And the same just with brushstrokes. Let's make some shape. And this way. And there was another one, I will add some golden yellow for here. And that is going to be my flower Center. And I think that I am missing a beat of contrast in this flower. So I will add a bit more of my agenda, concentrated color, somewhere, four here and four here. Now it looks much better. Another one, I will make the same margin there, but I will make EBI differentiate. I will add a bit of yellow set, so that is a cadmium yellow. Here. We will place one more, just simple brushstrokes. I will add a bit more concentrated color. The same magenta. With another brush. The center, the same, the center I will make golden yellow. Really beautiful color relates. And one more herself enrolled in three brushes. And one more as the same agenda. But this time I will let a bid-offer, golden, yellow, and blood, see which color will get really beautiful color. Warmer. Yeah, so, and for example, this one, I will make like flower looking in that direction. So here it is. And or hear a bit of golden yellow. And as a contrast to this flower, I will add a bit o for venetian red Z scholar. That is really nice. And just for some, for some areas to make it more contrast. I think yet fuzzy Scholar is really nice. Now what we can do is that to this flower subito, far darker center. For this, I will use that mixture, mixture of burnt sienna and Violet. And let's add here some center this way. And does these flower as well? Just a bit to this one. So that not yet. And it looks like according to my plan, I will place here and here like while it once. For this, I will use as a gala which is called lavender. Probably you will be able to see it. And the vendors so that these ultramarine blue mixed with white. So you can mix alderman blue with white wash. That lets a way how you can get this color. And probably I will add a bit of wireless did just a bit to make it darker. And let's make some flowers for here, just with brushstrokes. Exam shapes. So here omega3 battle. So just moving like this and my brush. And then with wireless it, I will add some here. Oh, this looks really beautiful. So I'm just EBTBD degenerate so that it won't make like really covering everything about just small piece. And you can see that here you left a really light a border and in the center is darker. And let's make ours the darkest areas at this. For this I will use indigo. And with indigo, I'm making I exist really dark center. Also, it could be nice if the opposite, we will make really light. For example, yellow center. We can enter now, cadmium yellow. I beat more of cadmium yellow. Yeah. I think this looks more interesting like this flower. And from this side is the same. I will use this mixture of lavender with wireless so that the color would be quite light and the same just plain with brushes. And making this. Like F30 brush strokes. So I am just moving like is a brush. And then you can correct the shape of the battles. And from this side. So here we have another flower. And now I will add a bit of wireless it just on the tip of my brush. And you can see that it starts already the magic hour, it starts to move. This way. You can bit like helped to move the pained by Bush in it. And in the center. Let's add, in the center, let's add cadmium yellow. That's fine. Are integrated on gold. Yeah, I think like this, it looks more interesting. This flower, what else you can do if you have some golden paint? Like you can add this bit of embellishment that it won't be really noticeable. Or at least x21, which I have, it's not so noticeable, but yeah, you can. And also some gold. They are battles. So this one probably you may notice. And here also. So to make them a bit more interesting this way. And also to this one, here it's more noticeable. So in some areas, I think that this center says they aren't really dark. So I would add a bit more that mixture of burnt sienna or if you have burnt umber, that is also quite good option. Burnt sienna or burnt umber with Violet. Make it stronger. The flower centers. Just several dots. Okay, so here we have our flowers. What I would suggest now do add some more of filler flowers. I will use the same color vendor. Just with simple brushstrokes. Did something like 11, the flowers here, four here. So that is, that it will look like this way. And four here. Then let's add a bit darker shade if you have agreed on violet or wireless, so that it would be a bit darker color. And then you add in some areas this darker sheets. You can mix also, ultramarine blue was a bit of wireless. And with this color is the same, you can add some spots so that to make it, it will make it more volume. So I made in from one side mainly. And for this one. Exist, even dread. And even to add more volume, you can add in several places indigo, that is really dark color. So just in several places, not everywhere. And now it's time to add some green leaves. So let at greenery. For greenery will use my favorite olive green. Also, if you don't have olive green or you can get it by mixing cadmium yellow with a bit of Payne's gray. So that is another option, how you can get beautiful olive green. Green. So I will start from this site, just symbol. And also you can add some darker green shade. For this I will mix. Let's add from this side some leaves. And those are made in some shades with this darker green which I have mixed. That is just the green mixed with a bit of Sapiens from Z sides the same. What you can do also that with some olive green and on the age. And the deeper thread, EBITDA, ghrelin while it does that is another option. And also you can add some darker leaves. You just fill in the space and with some extra greenery. And from this side, and I will add some dark and green. For here. It is completely Llosa and the way you feel, don't just play with scholars with shapes. I'm missing some darker shades of green, so I will mix green with indigo. So to get some really, really dark shades of green. And we'll place them from this side. So that is just the normal green mixed with indigo and you get two such really, really beautiful dark shades. So I'm from here. This way. Sam leaves and probably this way. So just to add some contrast, this leaf I will cover four here. So here we have Broglie. Here. I will still add some darker shade. And four here. Just to make it some more contrast. I wanted a bit darker flower centered to these flowers. I use just indigo. So here we have our loose laurels composition. And now let's put it aside and wait until it will get completely dry. 12. Zentangle Embellishment Patterns: Now let's start out with a fun part and relaxing. I mean, what the color is also it's relaxing, but each one needs even more relaxing bars. So prepare all those fine liners for this, you will need the sound file line there. So here I have So they give these kinds of different range of lines as well. I have a brush pen, this is bended. So here it's more like variation. You can get with a line. And as well, I will use white gel pen. And then just take all these different gel bands which you have. Golden ones, brown ones. So different kinds of colors which you have but more like dent into brown, dark brown color. And if you have some kind of different patterns, I will show you some of the AMA which we are going to use in this class. Different tangles. So I have here like Collection and for example, if I want, like lack of ideas over there, so I just check the ones for which I have and this and some ideas or starts to flow. And what you can add in order to embellish your artwork. So some of them I will show you now, get barbarity of materials. And let's move to the next part. 13. Wild Daisies. Adding Line Work: Let's start with our wild today's ISS project that here you can see that it has got completely dry. Let's check which button we have got here. I think it's quite, it looks quite interesting and quite beautiful. These parts, as I look like under sunlight for this project, I will use a white and black gel pen. So my idea is to extracts undefined here daisies and to make some pattern in my imagination, I would like to make it more like a heart shape. And I will start. So just simple and the main idea is to get relaxed. So what I'm thinking is like, here it's going to be the heart shape. And then I will start with wide yelled Ben, just to make some battles. So for here, for Z, like this way. Okay, so here we have some, some daisies determined this way. Yeah, so just simple flowers. And now we will move to another part that is whitewash. Was gosh, I prefer to use the same brush. So that's, I think it's easier to clean it after using guage. And here with white gosh, we just add these kind of petals. So just gave them loose. And this way. Another one. Just enjoy and make those brush strokes the way you feel. Smaller, bigger. These Wayne. Some more. Here. I can see now it's like already Einstein's starting to detect some additional basis. And just that around them, some white petals. And now let's add some leaves, tower daisies, and the same with white color and was whitewash. And I will add here and there some leaves. Just noise free brushstrokes. Nothing really sophisticated. Look into the centre. So here I have already, my days IS always limbs. And I really like that. It's not really a plane because also you have these kind of patterns, laughter from the clean. And they really complement each other. Here as these ones I will make, you can make seeker, you can take sicker wash. And then it will be stronger than the color. One, central one. I will add a bit more of whitewash. This and produce these petals is a local, so quite pay. Let's add a bit more. And I would add some more contrast. I will use I will use a first 0.7. find liner. And you just under the flowers, you make some bad those lines. The outline and disease it will make a will grade quite interesting effect and will make daisies are more noticeable. So just to sum up the pedals your adds this kind of black outline as the same with some leaves. For examples, these were some leaves. So just play around and see because I mean, I'm sharing the idea, but that is up to you and your imagination would create here. And now. Let's add somewhere. Now we're there. And wildlife ZBrush band. Or you can use some, for example, ink. That is also an option because I like brush pens and it gives a variety of lines. And you can get some really seen line and really seek line. So then you can play a bit with a line. Compare that with fine line. You can combine them about if it's 07 and gives more or less the same line and sometimes a year looking for different effects. So you can see that this one is more interesting and it gives more contrast. So here we have our daisies and what I really like girls at does AR Like really then there. And I'm like a lost and found something. This kind of effect. What do we can do more? That is also to add some, using these patterns to add some leaves, I would choose a salmon color, really dark green color. So for z, psi will use CAPM, mixed it with green. Okay, so let's, let's check what is the color. So more or less disease green, but I would like to make it more greenish. So I would add a bit of orange mixture and let's see, and a bit of green. So that is green and orange. There. This one looks more what I'm looking for. And for example, here I have, this looks really like some leaves. What they can add is just some definition, some lines. So for here also it could be some leave. But I personally an area like the way it is, this kind of pattern itself. So I usually add several leaves. I leave the way it is because it's really this kind of really beautiful effect are off, Lost and Found. So that's why probably I will stop with these ones. 14. Pink Flowers Bookmark. Adding Pattern: Once our bookmarks has got dry, let's add some interesting touched as m, i will use fine liner. And what's the first thing? And is I think what we can do to make it a bit interesting, suggested Zan, small z is small circles. You can let them transparent ones or some feel away, sir. Legging. So some bubbles this way. And you may see that it already looks more interesting. So here is our first option. How we can make our bookmark more interesting. So you can stop at this stage or you can keep on moving further. The next stage would be where there are these bubbles. Let's add some lines. So just straight lines. O'keefe. Well, so just lines and you can interrupt them and some boys make them thinner, wider. Also, if you have used the smooth surface of your watercolour paper, then you will get it more smoother because as this one is a textured side of the paper and you can see that the line isn't really straight. Here. Let's add some just simple lines. And also, uh, you may notice that now it's already our flowers as it gets some volume. If you interrupt as a line, as it gives more like ARAF effect. And I really like how it looks. So here we have our first bookmark. I really like how light, and it's really, really tender. So here's our first bookmark, really beautiful and really delta. 15. Cornflowers Bookmark. Adding Pattern: With our second bookmark, will show you several patterns which you can apply. And then you will choose whether you would like to apply C10, which I am going to use R, or the one which I will show you. So the first one is going to be this one, and that's one. And the one which I am going to use. So you start with square, then you add three Angular's from force sides of the square. And then the one side of the triangle are you add another square and as it triangular. And again from all four sides triangular. Then again do one triangular. So you are joining square, triangular. So, and here it's like limitless style, like this. So there's a basic shape. Again, I will show you the basic shape is square and z square is surrounded by four triangle ours. And this way. And then you started to attach another 20 sides as there is no rules, only things that all the time should be square surrounded by four triangular. And what we can do here is that once we will make quite a lot of pattern, what we can do is, uh, some OSes, like, let's say flowered triangle of flowers to fill them with zinc like this. And then it will once as era, many of them it will look like Asad, like Zr, so like tiny flowers. So that this is east pattern which I am going to use her with my bookmark. So some other patterns for your collection would be like, here. We are making these kind of lines. And now let's start. I will start with this one. So here are some kind of leaves. This one, so from here starts as stem and then as a leaf, then this one we can it this way. And then let's adds a leaf stem, and let's add a leaf. So let's make the stem. And then let's add the leave. For here. It could be interesting. I will start already with a stem and then I will add some leaf. And for here from this side also could be interesting. First I add this them, then make this tough smile. And then I add the leaf. So here is another pattern which also you can use in order to apply and DOE introduce somewhere between your corn flours. One more button for collection and which also would be nice to USA whizzes. In this bookmark. That is hard leaves. I start with line. Then I make the leaves in the shape of hearts, and I join them to the stem. So this way, this heart-shaped leaves. And here would be the central harm. And to make it more interesting, on one side of each heart, you add some dot from another side. I add dot from another side on the leaf. And to make it a more volume, then from here I add three lines. So that is just three lines. Their lives is. You add these three lines and then the grade also some kind of volume and interesting texture. So here we have different ideas so which you can use with resists, bookmark. So you can add this kind of branches. It will look quite nice. Or these kind of leaves. Or you can go as me. And with this pattern, let's add these kind of interesting touching. I will spit up a video because it requires some time and actually it's quite relaxing. So just take your time and enjoy this pattern. And I will try my initial thee, I will try to make it maybe this way and this way somehow. But just look at your painting and makes away you feel all options are fine. And they shouldn't be perfect because it's handmade. And there's a main thing out of this practice is that, yeah, that's a really nice to how the Andrew really beautiful bookmark. But one of the things is that the while you're doing these repeating patterns that you get relaxed. So disconnect from all your thoughts and just focus on all this. Squares are E13 Angular's. Okay, so lets more of these squares and triangles. Also you can vary in size to make them smaller, bigger, and direction. So that is a really simple because everyone can make triangles and squares. And while you are doing this practice, you are concentrating only on this. And I think it should be some kind of connection between your hand and your mind. While once your hands are busy, then your mind also stopped plus circulating Zoe's energy consuming so much. So in quite complicated situations when it's difficult to get distracted from the salt. This really helps. Just gives you a time to get distracted. And then to have a look at the same thing with different point of view that usually then it's easier to solve any problems. Let's say it'll exist. And now let's choose some of them and let's fill them with legging. For example, this one. So that is up to you. Just check the ones which you like and start to cover them. So I think that I have finished with my bookmark. And let's have a look. I think it looks quite interesting, quite cute. So I like my corn flours bookmark and I'm looking forward to CR1. 16. Sunny Sunflowers. Adding Pattern: Now let's have a look at our sunflowers project. What I would like to do is some kind of mosaic effect. In this case. What you will need. First, you started to like to add some lines. This way. Years, all of them, they are different and then they start to grow those horizontal lines and vertical lines. And then they start to growth and degrade to different patterns. So that is like no rule. It's up to you where you will see some areas, whereas a really why does so you can add some like xA, xB line for example. So it's up to you, tell you have seen that I have started with horizontal lines and then have edit some vertical lines. And later I would look in a where I would like to add some more lines in all degrade interesting pattern. As the next thing what you can do is to find some tiny triangular and took hours MR. With the fuel jama whizzing. Yeah. So here probably this one. Also. And or if you are missing some of this triangle or you can create them. For example, this one. I wanted also. Broglie's, that's all I don't see. Some like don't feel really big shapes like this. But also there is an option. What you can do is some of their areas, tiny areas, you can cover them like this with some straight lines. Yeah. This way. And as far away is that this part I really like. So you can add just three dots in different areas and they create really beautiful dynamic for your mosaic. So just 33 dots. And they go in different directions. So you can, here you can add one more, like a black triangular sounds or shapes you can feel with lions. And here you have generally is a pattern and what you can do for like big areas and to make some interesting effect. So let's have a look into, let's try to apply the scheme. Do our sunflowers project. It could be nicer with blank, fine line there. But in my case, I think that broadly some brown color. Which if you will manage to find some brown color, it was gel pen as closer to this. Another thing also what you can know, like took hours, I'm completely with this net. Or you can also, while you are, when you are getting towards as a flower, then you're like remove your pen and you got one here. So it will create a bit different effect. So you can try both of them and see which one you like more. So let's try and see how it will work. First, I'm starting now with horizontal lines. And it's interesting the Wednesday go different shapes. You can see that the AS-AD happens always gel bands are because as this paper is what the color one and it has some texture, if it will be smooth paper is going to be a bit easier. Okay? And it starts to look already interested in for me at least. And let's add some vertical lines here. This way. Exist. Now, just, I will need to degrade Sam's is sum of these tiny triangles. So then you look away. It would be interesting to grade them. And you make for Zr. Yet there some Lyons. So here I see also that I have really many this way. And for here broadly, I think that I have already everything with my lines, with lines and now I will start to gather some of this triangular with ink. This looks really interesting. Then here I have one. So that an issue that you need to have a look for sounds that to say won't be really, really big ones. So here I have one more. And then probably I will do this part with lions for here for example, then probably is this one. So in your case, I, I, I'm sure that the UK would go out the different kind of lines. So just have a look at year one and see what you can do. And I will start with these three dots. So jazzed, we'll start to add them. And you will see how it is changing. Let these really nice effect. So it's going to be somewhere for here or here. Just have a look and where you feel that something is missing, just add. So for here I will add some lines. For here, I will add some lines. So Zed is already like and to see what you're missing and your taste. So for example here it's like looks empty. So I will add some lines. And probably you can choose a different color of your gel band. So then you will get a different effect than me. For example, here I will add some line. So the idea is to try to find and to make some interesting reason. For here, we can make some three dots. And it's already looks quite interesting. Here I have another gel pens, like wild ones. And I'm really curious what will happen if I will cover who is this while it, some of these triangles, because they are darker, I think that they will create some more interesting effect. So that is another way how you can combine different a gel bands. If you have many, many colors. Over here, I think that now it's looks more interesting. And also these dots, now I will add with this color because it's more, because it's more interesting. Here. That is a really beautiful combination for here. And for some vertical one. Where here. This way. Some of the lines. That is really beautiful combination. So if you have the same gel pens or maybe you will find the your own combination. So here our sunflowers Project, and I hope you have enjoyed it and I'm really looking forward to see what you have created with this pattern. 17. Cherry Blossom. Adding Pattern: Let's see what we can do with our cherry blossom project. Actually is there are really many ways how you can play with lines. And to add some interesting touch to your work. This time I will use some kind of golden bronze gel bands. So let's see. So this one just grabs the ones which you have and see what you can find. So this is darker gold, and this one is a bit different. I would say like greenish gold as these kind of shade. I think that for this color combination that I would use a light yellow golden color. And let's see what we can agree with lines. So let's make, let's add some lines. But tried to me exam like EBIT, always different. Distance, a bit wider sinner. So just try to combine. My idea is like to have one scene, one here on the top, then several for in this area, and then probably two more thin lines over there. So you can interrupt them. But even like this, once you already add these lines, it looks already more interesting. As a distance. If you don't have a golden gel pen, but probably you have golden paint metallic ones. So that there's also the gays and could be an option. So just dry brush you will make something similar. I would say that for me it reminds at now's a worker starts to get more sunlight. In this case, I haven't used the black liner because the flowers themselves as they are quite dark. So I wanted something that it will make it like lidar, Light up, possess work. So that's why I have chosen Golden. And now the most interesting thing, a, I will turn it a bit and now we will start to feel. So that is another part. And the same. Maybe if you have some golden paint, then it would be easier for you. Just uses a paint. So here we have our project. What else you can do is dead some hearts just randomly, because it's all otherwise, it will be full of hearts. So that is how you can quite quickly, easily add some interesting touch it to your work and what you can do. What else? That is another idea that also you can add some Moses and golden, like Boston. Yeah. So then you will add something which is at the background to your main subject. So I hope you have enjoyed this project and I'm looking forward to see you what you have created with your golden gel bands out, or which solution in which you o, or which solution you have found for cherry blossom project. 18. Loose Florals. Adding Pattern with Ink: And now our loose flowers second position. And I will do like go do offer you several options. So what you can do, one of them is going to be that we will add some simple lines. First, like for example, legacies. So that is just lines and you can add some tiny circles or some hearts. So that is what we have tried in another project. And another option could be that you can add like this vertical lines. So let's see here is there is one flower, another flower, and here one more flour. And you make different shapes of vertical lines. So z should be quite interests and not like all of them are very similar. And then what you can add is some kind of lives in the heart shape this way. So that is one option. For example, if it's like some greeting card for sand volunteer. So you can use as is this decorating element. And I think that it will be, it will look really great. With hearts. If you want, you can add some details, like one dot from one side or some lines. So it's up to you. So that is one option. You can decorate greeting card. And as an option, again, we will divide with some lines. This time we will may exam diagonal ones. So my exam, interesting disease. So here in the center will be your flowers. I followed the plays out and then we will add some circles. Today's way. And water we are going to do now is that the, we will decide, for example, we will feel this one. Color. This means is that we will play with contrast, is that white and black. This means these parts will be, let, this part is going to be white, and this part is going to be black. I also enjoy how I'm doing that, not to get confused with this black and white. So and then I start to feel this area with black. Also, I think that in our project I will use golden golden gel pen. It just because it will be more, I find more interesting for, for these kinds of flowers and do we have used here some Also Golden things. So I think that it will combine really well. Okay, here, hand placed any circles, so I will place them now. They could be of different size. It's more interesting when they are different size. Then this one is going to be white each, which means that this area is going to be black. And disease bar dt is going to be black or the circle. This one is going to be black. So this part, I will leave white. And this one, I will fill it with black. And then again, I will fill this area with black. And next one is going to be one who is black. Or you have got to the idea and this one. So then it's black and white and there was this float in circles. So in that area where there is a white line, the circle has black side. And in the areas where this black line is a circle has got a white side. And one more option. I think that it's also quite interesting. So that's why I have decided to show it to you. For example, here our flowers. So here our flowers. And then we start to make like stairs. Also, if you will make a deal with some kind of are the same golden gel band. It can look really interesting that even if your will make this way. So just, I mean, I hear haven't blazed a really many flowers, but when you have like this composition, then it will be interrupted in really many areas. And it will look really, really interesting. They affect. And what else you can do. You can leave it as it is or the same. You can add some like this time circles. And it will look more interesting. So we say I'm interested in the reasons and I think that it will look really interesting, actually exist today. We'll look both of them. They will look nice because you don't cover lots of area of like in this case. Suppose if you will go for this option, then better use Golden paint. If you have, if not, then I will go one for one of these ones. And in my case, I think that I would like to make something that was hearts. And let us do that. The first thing we'll see is a result of which I will get this time. So anyway, if you aren't happy with the result of which you have got, just learn and try again. Just, let's add in those areas where you see like empty, let's add these hearts. And you know that if you have filter with one project in factors that is for you additional chances to practice more with loose plurals. So thats why, don't worry. All your efforts as a aren't useless. Because I always say you gain something. And I will place also some like this to make it more interesting reasons. Or maybe you're willing when your own pattern. So that is also another optional when you are playing quite a lot with different lines and then you can have some interest in the results and discoveries. Okay, so here is like, I will add something, I think in the center, some of these gold as well, just to make it more connected with their background. So here how it looks like my final project. So I hope you have played down and for sure you have invented your own way. So yeah, I think that now I was satisfied with all my heart. 19. Final Thoughts: Thank you for watching my class.
