About This Class

74b669d4

A guided framework of reflections, insights, and actions for maintaining a creative practice while raising a family.

This workshop is for mothers who desire to pursue personal fulfillment through creative hobbies, outlets, and activities, but either feel guilty taking the steps to do so or cannot logistically figure out how to fit creativity into their busy lives.

You will engage in a mix of self-discovery journaling and hands-on activities to get the creative juices flowing on the way to your larger goal of reclaiming ongoing space for creativity. So, if you're searching for some self-(re)discovery and self-care, creative best practices, productivity hacks and logistical planning, and a whole lot of solidarity and encouragement, then you've come to the right place, mama!

[General Materials Needed: Journal/paper & pen, Word/similar computer program, voice memo, or follow the links to my worksheets on Google Drive. Additional materials needed for mini-actions/projects listed below.]
