Concise, eloquently communicated. In general, these are basics but they are explained very well. An hour well spent if you are just learning the ropes.
Excellent overview and extremely helpful. Appreciate how concisely it covered the essentials in raising money

great info!
This is an excellent lecture for all start-ups who are looking to raise capital or meet investors. Many start-ups approach investors and VCs with very minimum knowledge, or with the belief that their idea is the best thing ever, but through this lecture you will learn the underlying truth of how to well prepare. The class was simple but very informative. The breakdown allowed me to modify my investment deck extremely, and even change my entire approach. Understanding more about how Investors think gives you more confidence.
