Meringues only require egg white and sugar. So if you made, for instance, mayonnaise, which only uses egg yolk (you can see my class on this), you can use the left over egg white for this recipe.

Here I used 2 egg whites and 125 g of sugar, which is equivalent to 2/3 of a cup. Oven will be at 250F.
