About This Class

Knowing how to draw something is all well and good, but what's the point if you don't ever put what you learned into practice?

Today we're going to take ACTION and get our hands dirty practicing our line, value, and form with one of the classics of art: a still life of apples! I'll walk through basic techniques with you including:

  1. Sketching interesting compositions
  2. Drawing with 3-D form
  3. Building values into your art

We'll build our painting throughout the class of these delicious looking stars of August - apples. I've included reference photos for you to download and use, so let's get started!
