Professional Visualization Techniques for Athletes is a course of guided mindfulness visualizations for athletes who want to take their game up to the next level. 1. Promo: Hello and welcome to professional visualization techniques for athletes. Some of the greatest athletes and performers throughout history have used visualisation techniques to maximize your performance. And why is that? Well, that's because visualization works. My name is Joseph Drumheller. I'm a three time award winning author on the topics of meditation and visualisation, and I've been working in these world since 1991 helping people just like you. I'm also a lifelong athlete, and I've used the techniques outlined in this course to take amateur and professional athletes to the top of their game. From our first technique on will be going into deep, meditative states to release the barriers that prevent you from reaching your full potential as we progress will harness the power of the subconscious mind. To develop the necessary mental and emotional states you will need to optimize your performance. Introduction: Hello and welcome to the introduction for visualization techniques for athletes. Before we get started, I'd like to issue a warning. This is an intense training program to hardwire your subconscious mind for athletic success . Your intent. Student involvement is required to get maximum benefit from this course. The 1st 7 visualization exercises are long. You need to do them repeatedly because what we are doing is establishing a solid foundation in your subconscious mind for future performance. After we established that foundation, I will give you a number of shorter visualizations that you can use during a game at practice in the shower, waiting in traffic or standing in line at the grocery store. So to stay sharp, you'll need to do the shorter visualizations repeatedly. Also, it's the same idea as going to the batting cage, hitting balls at the driving range or shooting free throws you need to practice. The reason that is is because of shorter visualizations. Feed off the longer ones, so let me say it again. You need to do the longer visualizations first until they are ingrained into your psyche. It's also a good idea to take this course with a friend or family member because there's nothing like camaraderie to notch up the fun of success or connect with other people through the platform in this course, start making some great connections with your future teammates. I've also been doing this work for a long time, so please don't hesitate to ask questions if you need assistance. The only bad question is the one that doesn't get asked. Now go get it. 3. 01 Lecture - Getting into the Zone: hello and welcome to the election on getting into the zone. In athletics, the zone is referred to as an actively relaxed state of mind. When you're in that relaxed state, you can achieve your highest potential with seemingly effortless effort. Success appears that happen without really trying. Everything just seems to click with a natural flow. It's well known that athletes function at their optimal potential when they're actively relaxed. Visualisation techniques can help create that state and anchor it into your subconscious mind. Then it could be directed to benefit teacher performance. Therefore, everything in this entire course will be built on creating the foundation of entering the relaxed state of mind called the Zone. And here's how we'll do it. First, I'll guide you into a deeply relaxed state by systematically relaxing your entire body. Next, when you're deeply relaxed, you open your eyes that certain animals to one increase mental alertness and to to increase physical energy. Then we'll put all three of those elements together. Relax ation, mental alertness and physical energy to create the zone. And once the zone is established, the next step will be anchoring it permanently into your subconscious mind. There are three techniques we're gonna use in this visualization toe. Anchor the zone into your subconscious. The through visualizations are one. First, we're just gonna anchor that feeling of the zone into your subconscious by simply touching the tips of your fingers to the tips. Your thumbs very easy. Then we'll go on to anchoring it into your subconscious by simply feeling the state of being in that relaxed, active state of the zone With your eyes closed, just close your eyes and feel what it feels like to anchor it permanently into your subconscious. And then the 3rd 1 will use is that will feel the feeling of going into the zone that actively relaxed state with your eyes open. And so this will be very important to learn, because you will be playing sports in the zone when your eyes are open. So once you've established the sensation of the zone in your subconscious, then you'll be able to recall it later by using shorter techniques. And those techniques are provided at the end of this course. Then, after that, you'll need to practice. Repetitive use of these techniques will help train your subconscious mind to enter the zone rapidly. And that will hopefully to the point where it's your second nature. So thanks again for joining me in this lecture of getting into the zone. Now let's go to the visualization technique and actually end with this own. So I'll see you there. Thanks. 4. 02 Visualization - Getting into the Zone: hello and welcome to our first visualization on getting into the zone. So get yourself situated in a nice, comfortable position. We'll start to relax, so go ahead and take a deep breath and begin to let go. And as we begin, I'd like you to imagine a wave of relaxation coming down from above the top of your head and just allow this relaxation begin to move into your brain. Allow your brain to start to relax, feel your thoughts slowing down and allow this relaxation to penetrate every cell of your brain and feel the relax ation as it continues by moving down into the stem of your brain so you can actually feel the relax ation moving down your spine, slowly working its way down the very tip of your spine. And as your spine continues to relax more deeply, just allow this relaxation to begin to move out into your entire nervous system so you can feel deep relaxation all the way from the top of your head out to the very ends of your nervous system, you breathe. Become more and more deeply relaxed. Bring the awareness of this relax ation back to the top of your head and allow the relax ation over the outside of your body, penetrating your scalp and your hair moving down into your forehead in your temples, slowly working its way into your eyes, your eyebrows, your ears skin on your face muscles in your face so that your job becomes very heavy, very deeply relaxed. And you can feel the relax ation in your nose on your lips and your teeth in your time so that your entire head is encompassed in this incredible feeling of deep relax ation. And it feels so nice to be so deeply relaxed now allow this relaxation to continue. I'm moving down into your throat. Need to your neck perhaps will swallow or breathe without effort. You can feel the relax ation as it moves down into your shoulders. Your shoulders let go the way they've been carrying on. You can feel the relax ation down into your arms, slowly moving into your biceps and your triceps down and your elbows, your forearms, your wrists into your hands so that from the top of your head all the way out to the tips of your fingers and thumbs, you're very deeply relaxed you're very calm and you're totally at peace. I bring the awareness of this relaxation back to your shoulders and allow it to begin to move down your back so you could feel the muscles of your back beginning to unwind and to de stress and let go as they deeply relax and you can feel the relax ation away down from your shoulders to your lower, deeply relaxed, very peaceful greatly at ease. Now pay close attention. As this relaxation moves inside of your upper body, you can actually feel the organs inside of your body beginning to relax. You can feel your heart as it beats incomplete. Relax ation asses. Peace and easiness moves out into your lungs into the center of your breath, and you could feel the relax ation moving into all of the other internal organs in your body. Good as well as the muscles in your torso. This is in your chest and your abdomen so that your entire over body is perfectly and deeply relaxed. Relax and very cool. Relax. Ation continues to move down into the lower half of your body. You You could begin to feel this relaxation as it moves into your legs, which are becoming increasingly heavy. And as your legs become heavier and heavier, you could feel the relax ation moving into your thighs down into your knees to your Shands in your jobs, your ankles Finally along the way to your feet so that from the top of your head all the way out to the tips of your toes, you're very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace now as you continue to relax and to breathe, I'd like you to imagine yourself, if you can, that you're above some beautiful place, this incredible place where you can learn how to go deeply into the zone. And as I count backwards from seven, using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to drift down to this place into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and effortless Relax. Ation number seven. Feel yourself going down, down, drifting deeper and deeper. Six. Drifting down, down, drifting deeper and deeper. Five. Drifting down, down, deeper and deeper. Four drifting down, down deeper, deeper three drifting down, down, deeper and deeper. Two drifting down, down deeper and deeper and one drifting down, down, down deeper and deeper and deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. No. And with every detail that you notice, I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper state of calm and effortless. Relax, ation. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed. More and more perfectly relaxed, very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Very calm, very peaceful, very deeply relaxed. Call peace. I realized peace relaxed. Now, as you continue to relax, I'd like you to pay close attention to your mind. And I want you to allow your mind to become very alert and very awake while the rest of your body remains deeply relaxed. So pay attention as your mind becomes more and more alert. Now, I would like you to slowly open your eyes and remain very deeply relaxed. Allow your mind to be sharply alert and continue to experience that sensation of being alert and relaxed for just a few moments. Now close your eyes and become even more deeply relaxed. Now, as you continue to relax, I'd like you to pay close attention to your body and allow your body to become very energized. While you remain deeply relaxed, it may feel like electricity or tingly flowing through your body. Pay attention as your body becomes more and more energized. Now, I would like you to slowly open your eyes and remain deeply relaxed and allow your body to be fully energized. So go ahead and experience that sensation, being relaxed and energized or just a few moments now, close your eyes again and become even more deeply relaxed. Now, as you continue to relax, I'd like you to be aware of both sensations, mentally alert and physically energized. While you're deeply relaxed. Good, Pay attention to those sensations. For just a few moments, Aziz, you continue to pay attention to those sensations way will anchor them into your subconscious mind. So focus on those sensations now. First, I would like you to touch the tips of your index fingers to the tips of your thumbs and that will lock that sensation into your subconscious. All right, Okay, Good. Go ahead and release your fingers and thumbs to their normal positions. Now what we'll do next to anchor it into your subconscious is to simply keep your eyes closed and simply focus on the sensations of being mentally alert and physically energized . So with your eyes closed, focus on that sensation and that will lock it into your subconscious mind. Now, the third way, we're gonna lock it into your subconscious. What I want you to do now is to slowly open your eyes and I want you to focus on the sensations of being mentally alert and physically energized with your eyes open and being aware that sensation with your eyes open is going toe, lock it into your subconscious for later use. Okay, Now go ahead and close your eyes. So now the sensation of the zone is firmly anchored into your subconscious mind. Use the shorter visualizations at the end of this course to reactivate this state of mind when you need it. So go ahead, take a deep, slow breath. And when you are ready, you can open your eyes and slowly drift back in to the conscious world 5. 03 Lecture - Removing Performance Blocks: hello and welcome to the lecture called Stop Choking Now or removing mental and emotional blocks before we get started. I like to throw out a little disclaimer. This lecture may not pertain to everyone. What we'll be doing is starting at ground zero in the subconscious mind by clearing out debris from the past. However, if you have repeating patterns of performance anxiety such as choking, then this lecture maybe for you in the worlds of competition performance. Sooner or later, the pressure cooker is going to get turned on your going. Get nervous and you're going to underperform. Another way to say it is you're going to choke. Choking is normal and everyone's done it. However, it's not normal to choke all the time. If it happens enough, you may earn the dreaded tag of being a choke artist or worse yet, a head case. Examples may include a scratch golfer who can't sink a two foot putt to save his life. Ah, 3 50 hitter in baseball who could never hit a running from third base, or a basketball player who's a 90% free throw shooter who can't hit a free throat if the scores within one point. These are all examples of real players, and they all have one thing in common. They have repeating patterns of under performance that don't make sense, and only in our little secret. Their under performance has nothing to do with the activity they're involved in. Their performance blocks come from somewhere else. They come from their past, usually from trauma experienced at a very young age. So here is where we need to take a new course and take a discussion on the nature of emotion. Because it affects performance. Emotion is born to be experienced. When it is, it dissolves into the ether. When it isn't, it unknowingly and unintentionally gets suppressed into the subconscious mind. And everyone has a natural tendency to avoid unpleasant emotion, such as anger, sadness, frustration, unworthiness, etcetera. However, when we avoid those emotions, they get stuffed into the subconscious, and there they lie, like living creatures just waiting to be released so they can complete their life cycle. Suppressed emotion will then begin to create scenarios where they can be experienced, like in your athletic performance. They'll create situations so you may experience your anger, your frustration, your guilt or feelings of unworthiness. They will also pull in any unknowing yet willing participant into your personal drama. If you pay attention, you'll be able to feel the suppressed emotions in your body. Sometimes they feel like an electrical charge and are often referred to as emotional charges. If emotions continue to be avoided and suppressed, you'll start to see repeating patterns of the same difficulties. They may even show up in your athletic performance over and over again. Do you have suppressed anger, frustration or unworthiness? Or do you lack confidence? No problem. They'll help you miss free throws, putts and baseballs, and those suppress feelings will become activated to help you choke. And it's important to understand. Suppress emotions are based in the past and technically are not really there just mental pictures and emotions attached to a past circumstance. However, our attachment to men could be exceptionally strong, and they can have a powerful influence on your athletic performance. Repeating patterns of difficulties are also never about someone else, so you can't blame anyone else for your lack of performance there about what's going on inside of you and our result from avoidance of pain and on the way to say it is to overcome the tendency to choke. You must experience. You're painfully, and that's not as difficult as it sounds. Healing suppressed emotion can easily be done with visualization. When you're deeply relaxed, the subconscious will open up, and suppressed emotion can be either fully experienced or released. Plus, most of the techniques are deeply relaxing and painless. When healing from visualization begins, initial results may start to show up in your game within a few days. If you use the visualizations repeatedly, the repeating patterns of under performance will start to diminish and made vanish completely. At that point, you can use the other visualization techniques to enhance your performance, and those could be found in the lectures following this one. So let's go on Teoh visualization technique to help release emotional and mental blocks that prevent you from reaching your fullest performance. I'll see you there Thanks 6. 04 Visualization - Removing Performance Blocks: Hello and welcome to the visualization. Removing performance blocks before we begin. I'd like you to close your eyes and remember a time when you choked or underperformed. Be there now as if you were actually there. Pay close attention to what you are feeling in your body and notice where you're feeling it in your body. And if you could put one or two words on that feeling, what would it be now? Remember that feeling and we'll come back to it later. Individualization. Okay, so as we begin, I'd like you to take a deep breath. Welcome back to that emotion. Later, as you take a deep breath and begin to relax, I'd like you to let yourself go. As you begin to sing into a state of very, very deep peace, imagine yourself floating on a cloud or maybe floating on an air mattress in a very comforting lake. We're very relaxing, swimming pool, just relaxing, floating into a state of extreme the peace. No cares. We'll concern. Has your body become so light? It feels as if it's disappeared completely. Relax, called deeply at ease. Peaceful, tranquil, serene rest and deeply relax. And as you continue to relax on when you are ready. I'd like you to call up that feeling that suppressed emotion we talked about earlier. Not so it's overwhelming. But just so what has your complete and for attention notice where you feel it in your body . It may be in your stomach, your heart or your head. Wherever it is, I'd like you to continue. Observe your emotion. And as you continue to relax, I'd like you to imagine in front of you the beautiful flower or sacred objects and imagine it so fully you can actually feel its presence right in front of you. This flower or this object has an incredible healing quality. What it does, that it pulls suppressed emotion out of your body just like a magnet. And the more you let go stronger the object polls and the stronger the flower or the sacred object polls, the more effort you let go. But the flower were the sacred object continued to do its work. Pulling emotion out of your body you need to do is relaxed and let it go. And as you continue to release emotion, you may notice other things releasing as well, like people events from the past circumstances, objects, colors or even symbols. Whatever it ISS just let it all go and continue to relax completely. Allow the release process too deep. Take a few minutes to rest and just allow the process to work for you inside. - Just continue to relax and to breathe, allowing your awareness to slowly come back back to this President. Please take your time. There is no hurry. But when you were ready, slowly, gently Open your eyes. No, no. 7. 05 Lecture - Creating the Inner Warrior: Hello and welcome to the lecture on Creating the Inner Warrior. In this lecture will be discussing how to build the necessary emotional framework in the subconscious mind toe optimize athletic performance. Athletic success is rooted in passion. In order to solidify that passion as your foundation, it's an excellent idea to remember where it came from. Once that passion is remembered, it could be anchored into the subconscious mind and set as the base for your motivation. Take a moment to reflect. What do you love about playing your sport? Feel that emotion and now remember it. We'll come back to later in the visualization that follows after we cement passion into your subconscious mind, the next step will be to call in the fire of the warrior. Athletics are intense. You're constantly opposed by your opponent, being a teen, a person, the clock yourself, a mountain, a river or whatever. At some point, you will have to reach a deep within yourself to ignite your flyer. In order to conquer the opposition. You may need that inner power for only a few seconds during a competition, or you may need it for an extended period of time. The raw emotion itself is very similar to rage. However, in the case of optimizing performance, the emotion is tweaked to be calm and controlled with a very specific and positive purpose , like winning or playing at your best. However, if this energy is not calm and controlled, it can become scattered and wasted. If that happens, it can actually diminish your performance. We've all seen athletes with out of Control Flyer, and it's not a pretty sight to see. So in order to gain that competitive edge, you'll want to create the fire in your subconscious mind ahead of time. That way, you'll know it will be there when you need it. At some point, all athletes lose, choke or disappoint themselves, their teammates, their co two's or their fans. That's normal. Feeling miserable afterwards, is also normal. However, nothing damages performance like wallowing in the past failures. Therefore, it's imperative for athletes to be able to process emotion quickly and move on so they can stay focused in the moment. It's actually referred to as mental toughness, but it's actually emotional toughness. Emotional toughness can be created in the subconscious mind, similar to passion and flier. Once it's there, it will act as an Impenetrable shield after a tough loss. A failure or a disappointment in the visualisation associated with this lecture will be going through a systematic process to install the subconscious emotional components of the inner warrior. Here are the steps. First, we'll enter a deep state of relaxation. Next, you remember what you love about your sport. You'll feel those emotions to set the structure of your motivation. Next, we'll create the inner fire of the warrior and after that will create a protective barrier for emotional toughness so you can keep it with you after the meditation is over. And then we'll anchor all three attributes into your subconscious by tapping on your heart three times. So that's it for this lecture. Let's move on and go to the visualization technique for creating the underwear. I'll see you there 8. 06 Visualization - Creating the Inner Warrior: welcome to the visualization creating the inner warrior. This visualization will have three parts, including remembering passion, creating an inter fire and establishing a barrier of emotional toughness. And it all gets started by becoming deeply relaxed. So let's get started. So get yourself in a nice, comfortable position as we get in the process of sinking into a deep state of peace. So go ahead and close your eyes and begin to relax. You take a deep breath all the way down to the tips of your toes and just begin to release the cares of the day. At least any worries are uncertainties Just kind of. Let them all go for a while. Maybe take another deep breath. We'll start to let go. So what I would like you to do before we begin? Just just relax and to allow yourself to be willing to open up to a healing presence as I do the same and what I would like to do begin the process of relaxing deeply is to tell you a little story. Okay, now you're welcome. Toe, listen to this story if you like, but the whole purpose of this story is just to help you relax. Just breathe. Once again start to unwind. I don't know if you know the fact that almost everyone on this entire planet, including me, including you, dedicate nearly 1/3 of their entire life to the subconscious mind. It's the time of day way. Go to sleep. Maybe the deep dark recesses calm, quiet night or during the day when you're just not for a few winks, because when we sleep way and when we dream way, open ourselves up to a magical world to a world that's very different from the world we experience when we're awake. For some people, these dreams are clear and lucid, almost as if they're in the dream themselves. And for other people there, misty and foggy, hard to remember, strange and unclear. And yet for other people, still, it's a world of feeling. It's a world of color. It's a world of mysterious. So as we begin to unwind and relax and to engage in this healing session, I'd like to open the doors to the magical realms of our dream world. Waken Relax and be very cool, completely at ease, effortless in our breathing, in our thinking and in our being. And sometimes when I dream, I float on a cloud feeling completely weightless, unattached, free districting and floating in the sky effortlessly. Peace and I can watch scenes below. And I can see the changing of the light as the sun changes its angle as it moved across a peaceful sky from sunrise to midday to sunset, peaceful, relaxed and at ease. And as you continue to breathe and to dream and to relax, I often wonder where you might be if you would be on a cloud the way water wear on the shore of a peaceful lake, where you can just feel the relax ation drifting down through your entire body as it moves into the top of your head into the brain, slowing your thoughts and bringing you peace. As your entire body relaxes, it becomes very heavy, very peaceful and deeply relaxed from the top of your head, the tips of your fingers through your entire body, tips of your toes deeply relaxed, and it feels so nice to be so deeply peace. And when I relaxed and feel as peaceful as I do now, I always go back to drifting on a cloud safe, secure, just dreaming away watching the scene. And as I watched the scene below, I like to drift down slowly and peacefully into a peaceful sanctuary place that's calm, welcoming and relax. And as I count backwards from seven using the words down and deeper, I'm going to drift down from my cloud into this sacred space. Number seven. Feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper, deeper. Six. Drifting down, down, deeper and deeper. Five. Drifting down, down deeper and deeper. Four. Drifting down, down deeper, deeper. Three. Drifting down, down deeper and deeper. Two drifting down, down deeper and one drifting down, down, down deeper, deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. And with every detail that you notice, I'd like to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and effortless. Relax, ation. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed, very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed, very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed, peaceful, relaxed. Tom Peaceful. Relax as you continue to relax, I'd like you to remember what you love about playing your sport and just allow yourself to go wherever your memory takes you. Now, as you continue to experience that memory, I'd like you to pay close attention. Pay attention to how that makes you feel and gently focus on that positive memory all right , and let it remain active and alive in your subconscious mind. Now I would like you to gently shift your focus to an energy that is just outside of your awareness. It's a flame, it's a fire, and it's the power of the warrior. Allow yourself to feel that power. Now. Pay attention to where you feel that sensation in your body As that power expands. You may even feel a warrior entering your body. And as you feel that power, your heart rate may slightly elevate to that perfect warrior. Cartwright and your body temperature may slightly elevate to that perfect warrior body temperature. Feel the warrior now. I feel that sensation as it expands to every cell in your body. Now I would like you to gently shift your focus to an area about an arm's length outside of your body. It's a protective, an Impenetrable shield surrounding your entire body. I feel that shield as it activates like an emotional electric fence. Powerful, strong. It's an electric fence of emotional toughness and is that emotional toughness becomes stronger and stronger, stronger pay attention, toe how feelings of disappointment and failure. I cannot penetrate this shield. Now, as you continue to relax, I'd like you to beware of all of the sensations passion, fire and toughness and pay attention to those sensations as they become active and alive in your subconscious mind. Passion, Fire, Toughness Warrior. As you continue to pay attention to those sensations, we will now anchor them into your subconscious mind permanently by tapping three times on your heart. So to cement the heart of the warrior, go ahead and tap on your heart, ready one to three. Now the inner warrior is firmly anchored into your subconscious mind. You will use the shorter visualizations at the end of this course to reactivate state of mind when it's needed by tapping on your chest one to three. So go ahead and take a slow, deep breath, and when you are ready, you could open your eyes and slowly bring your warrior back into the contest. 9. 07 Lecture - Laser Focus: Hello and welcome to the lecture on Laser Focus. In our last lecture, we focused on setting the emotional tone in the subconscious. Some people are more emotional than others, and setting the emotional tone in the subconscious is top priority. On the other hand, some people are more visual and mental pictures have a greater subconscious influence in this lecture will be discussing how to build the necessary mental and visual framework toe optimize athletic performance, see the ball be the ball is one of my favorite sayings. When it comes to athletic visualization, the mind will create what it sees. If you can picture in your mind's eye what it is you're trying to do before you begin, then your mind knows what to do. That means imagining success before trying increases your likelihood of success where they're trying to perfect your form, a technique, your swing, your stride or whatever. Seeing it first will put your mind and gear to make it happen in the visualization. With this lecture will be going through a systematic process to instill mental pictures into your subconscious mind. To help perfect a technique. Here are the steps. First we'll enter a deeply relaxed state. Next, we'll have you gently focus your attention on your third eye between your eyebrows. Then you'll imagine a beam of light coming out your third eye like a spotlight. Then you'll see yourself shining in the spotlight, perfecting whatever technique you choose, and I'll have you watch it with deep intent, and focus after that will anchor it into your subconscious mind by tapping three times with your middle finger on your third eye. 123 And then we'll allow the visualized activity to dissolve into your subconscious mind. So that's it. It's pretty simple. So let's go to the next visualization and I'll see you there. Thanks. 10. 08 Visualization - Laser Focus: Welcome to the visualization laser Focus in this visualization will be using focused mental pictures to perfect the technique, such as a swing, an athletic form or a stance. And it all starts by becoming deeply relaxed. So let's go ahead and go there now. So go ahead and get yourself in a comfortable position. Take a deep breath. It will start to relax. Take this one more deep breath as we begin to relax very deeply. I have been doing meditation and healing work for a long time now, and one thing I've learned is that sometimes it could be very difficult to relax or to even learn how to relax more than you ever have before. And so, as you continue to breathe and you continue to let go with your eyes closed, you may begin to become aware of certain sensation, I thought, or memory. And then I start to wonder if you have ever had the memory. I'm just sitting fourth for Nero late, biased even the ocean because there could be something deeply relaxing, very comforting, not just sitting there and doing nothing breathing and relax and listening to the peaceful sounds sounds of nature Maybe you can hear the way ashore are the breeze through the trees as you breathe, inhale and exhale out and a continuous flow that seems to go on and relaxing and feeling soothing. Sensation as your mind effortlessly drifts with quiet, almost and visibly silent, the endless echo in the background a pair with. I'm not sure that you've ever done it that way before, relaxed just a certain way with that peaceful quietness in the background of your awareness , relaxed in such a way, you listen to the endless, quiet, resonating sound with the natural world. Perhaps it was a waterfall, more vision of sunset. We're just a silent place in the center of the woods, happy memories, a big piece and did contentment. Or maybe it was just a dream, a place safe, a place so comfortable that it was easy to allow your mind to relax for your body, to relax, everything to relax. And there are many things that I do know. But one thing I do know is that everyone it was a place they can go silent place deep down inside, where they can let go of their chairs. All of your worries their concerns, and they couldn't wonder about the wonder of wonder itself as a deeply relaxed at the effort. This heaviness as their arms and their legs become heavier here, as relax ation continues. Maybe he was like Sand, war and the sand, and you could scoop up in your hands and just let it flow through. And it's time in its own way as you continue to relax with nothing to do for a time, except just to relax and to let go, and to be a piece listening to the waves of relax ation to the breeze of effortless piece while you were sitting there getting to make any effort at all, or even to try to be aware when or where those feelings of relax ation began. And as you continue to breathe to relax and unwind, I'd like you to imagine yourself, if you can, about some beautiful place, a healing place or a sanctuary place, a place where you can go to experience the wonder of forgiveness. And as I count backwards from seven using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to drift down to this place into a very deep in peaceful state of and effortless. Relax. Number seven. Feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Six. Drifting down, down deeper, deeper five. Drifting down, down deeper and deeper, drifting down, down deeper and deeper. Three. Drifting down, down, deeper, deeper and to drifting down, down deeper, deeper and drifting down, down, down. Deeper, deeper and paper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there. A Ziff. You were actually there with every detail. You know, I'd like to take you into a deeper, deeper place of effortless relax ation. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed, very cool, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Very cool. Very piece. Very deeply relaxed. Peace. Peaceful. You know, as you continue to relax in your sanctuary, I'd like you to bring a firm and relaxed focus to your third eye, which is on your forehead right between your eyebrows. As you continue to deeply relax, pay close attention as a beam of light shoots out from your third eye, much like a spotlight allow that illuminated light to shine on a particular spot in space. As that beam of light intensifies, see yourself inside that spotlight as you perfect the technique to bring your talent to its absolute maximum capacity. See yourself from different angles as your body flows. An effort. This union with your desires as you master your craft. Effortless, perfect body in the mind flow in unison, perfecting your technique for the next few moments in silence. Pay attention to yourself as you perform was perfect. Take as you continue to relax and observe yourself with perfect technique. Well, now anchor it into your subconscious mind. So when I start counting, tap three times on your third eye, ready one to three. Now, as you pay close attention, allow your visualized self and the light that shines on you to retreat back into your third and allow that image to dissolve into your subconscious mind. Now you're perfected. Technique is firmly anchored into your subconscious. Use the shorter visualizations at the end of this course to reactivate laser focus of your perfected. So go ahead and take a slow indeed breath. And when you are ready, who could open your eyes and bring your perfect technique back into the conscious world? 11. 09 Lecture - Confidence: hello and welcome to the lecture on Confidence. In a previous lecture, we discussed setting the emotional foundation to AMP up success. Confidence also falls in the category of mental attributes. However, in athletics, confidence is such a major force, it deserves specific attention apart from the other emotions. So confidence gets its own lecture. I like this throughout a little disclaimer. Before we get started, I want to remind you that success builds confidence. So take the techniques offered in this lecture to go out and make success happen. That means you'll need to take action, which will get into in our next lecture. Furthermore, techniques of building confidence on a subconscious level can effectively boost your given level of talent. However, they cannot give you talent that you do not have. So that is for you to discover the gods of athletic performance respond exceptionally well to confidence. If you intend for something to happen, make a decision, take action and think it will happen, then it may come into fruition. On the other hand, if you take all the same steps to make something happen and know it will happen, then it will happen. Confidence is a feeling in the physical body of absolute knowingness. It's solid, it's strong and it's unshakable. We've all seen confidence produced numerous successes in sports. It's as if the entire universe will move mountains in response to that mindset. It's a key ingredient to take any game up to the next level so you can have the perfect emotional and mental subconscious framework in the world that we discussed in our previous two lectures. However, without confidence, your emotional and mental fortress will crumble. Yet everyone goes through phases where their confidence gets shaken or more difficult. Yet you may not have any confidence at all. Then what? Well, there are two ways to build confidence in the subconscious Mind if you have confidence already, or if you've experienced confidence in the past than it's easy to visualize and remember that confidence, then all you need to do is focus on that feeling of absolute certainty and anchor it into your subconscious Mind. If you have no confidence to begin with, then you need to borrow it from someone else. That means feelings of subconscious confidence work no matter where they come from. And this is where subcultures visualization techniques can seem like magic when you're in a deep state of visualization. Simply imagine you're the greatest athlete in your sport for a baseball player and maybe Babe Ruth or Hank Aaron. What you feel their unshakeable confidence, confidence in your body when we just lock it in your subconscious mind in the visualisation techniques of this lecture will be going through to systematic process is to instill confidence in the subconscious mind. Here are the steps, and this one is for those of you have experienced confidence before. First, we'll enter a deep state of relaxation, and then we'll gently focus your attention on a time when you have experienced confidence in the past. Then we're gonna have you feel it deep in your body, and we're gonna amplify that feeling of absolute noi and certainty. They were gonna allow it to strengthen and expand into every cell of your body. And then we'll anchor it into your conscious subconscious mind will do that simply by placing your hands on your hips. So when you're out in the world, a stance of confidence is a stance with your hands on your hip, and that will help trigger your feelings of confidence in the future. And then we're gonna allow that visualize activity to dissolve into your subconscious mind . Now, for those of you with no prior confidence, we're going to do something similar. We're gonna enter a deep state of relaxation, and then we're gonna imagine your favorite player from your sport that would gently focus your attention on their confidence. And then we're gonna feel their confidence deeply in your body will amplify the feeling of absolute annoying uncertainty. Then we're gonna lock to strengthen and expand in every cell of your body. And then again, we're gonna anchor it into your subconscious mind by placing your hands on your hips at the stance of confidence. And then we're gonna allow your favorite player to dissolve inside of you, leaving you with absolute confidence. So that's it for this lecture. So let's go to the visualization techniques for confidence. I'll see you there 12. 09a True Story - Confidence : Hello and welcome to a true story on confidence. I love to tell a story for a couple reasons. One first of all, it worked very quickly and to is kind of extreme. So it was a lot of fun TV, so So. Back amount 2003 I moved to a town called Bellingham Washington, which is in the northwest corner of the state of Washington. And in order to get tuned into the community a little bit, I decided to volunteer for the local high school baseball team. So I played baseball in college. So I volunteered to be an assistant for the ninth grade baseball team and at the time was also working at the local cancer unit at the hospital, doing clinical hypnotherapy with cancer cations. And so we're on the bus going to a neighbor town of Linden, which is about 30 minutes to the north. And there's two kids on the bus sitting behind me who are two of the better players on the team and one of them Terps up behind me and says, Hey, co to hypnotize people Don't Yeah, I said, Yeah, I kind of says it goes. Hypnotize me right now said did it out of here. Forget about crazy. So no Hypnotize me right now and so you wouldn't let up. And so I said, Well, okay, so I turned around to him. I said, Okay, so I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath. So kid closed his eyes, takes a deep breath. I said, I want you to start to relax. And so as he takes a deep breath, I could see his face kind of twitch. I'm going. My goodness, kids really going into the zone. That should be interesting. And so I said, So take another deep breath and I want you to pretend like you are your favorite baseball player and I can't remember who he picked was probably someone like Ken Griffey Jr or a Rod or Derek Gear or somebody like that. And I said, I want you to imagine that you aren't them. So he takes another breath and I could see he is really sinking into a pretty deeply relaxed state and going on my goodness. And so then I said, OK, now I want you to feel their confidence in your body. And when he did that. His body kind of like, did a little twitch. And I said, When you feel their confidence in your body, just let me know by not in your head. So the Sarah his eyes closed and finally goes really slowly, not his head. And so then I said, I'm gonna anchored in your subconscious mind Now on the count of three. So I went one 23 and I took my middle finger and I touched his third eye and I gently pressed my finger there for about three seconds. And then I said, OK, we're done, That's it says he said. He opens Eyes is wow, that was really cool. And so we get, go on our way, finish our bus ride, get toe lended. And in this game, this kid is a starting pitcher for our team. And in that game he struck out 14 batters and hit a double and a home run. It was like the most amazing thing I've ever seen. It was a direct result of what we had done on the bus. So I hope you enjoy your contemplation and meditation with confidence and what works. A swell as it did for that young baseball player. So thanks. We'll see you 13. 10 Visualization - Confidence: Hello and welcome in this visualization will be activating the sensations of confidence by visiting a time when you felt confidence before or by borrowing it from your favorite player. The first step is to get deeply relaxed, so let's do that now. So go ahead, get yourself situated in a nice, comfortable position. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and will begin to relax. So as you begin to relax and unwind and to let go, I'd like to read you a little story. You're welcome to listen to this store if you'd like, but the whole purpose of the story it's just to help you relax, so just listen to my voice. Take a deep breath and we'll begin to let go. So as you relaxing with your eyes closed and as you go deeper into a meditative state, I'd like you to take your time because I really wouldn't want to to relax too quickly. It's just easier to pay attention to your body, perhaps paying attention to your head as it starts to unwind and to relax, or perhaps as your arms and your legs begin to feel heavy as you breathe and continue to Listen, the sounds of my boy to the sounds far away to the sounds nearby, as each of those sounds take you into a more and more deeply relaxed state. Perhaps you've already started to let go and to drift down into very deep peace, Relaxing the mind relaxing booth and most people at some time in their lives quietly sat down at night around a fire, just watching the flames dance, watching them flicker, perhaps hearing a pop watching smooth as it drifts into the sky. Very calm, very peaceful. Bear relaxed. And as you drift away like smoke from a fire, you may begin to dream away as your thoughts drift has your mind wanders and as your soul becomes more and more perfectly relaxed and you may not listen to everything I say you as you continue to become more relaxed, more peaceful, more deeply, and you may start to notice the small changes that are barely noticeable, that you continue to relax X like the slowing of your breath or the rhythm of your heart or the relax ation with muscles in your face. Because every part of your body can begin to enjoy the deep sensations relax ation. And if you take a stone and throw it out into a pond, it will create ripples generating out from its center. Calm, peaceful ripples has the stone gently floats down to the bottom, drifting down, drifting down, slowly floating down, where nothing is disturbed and everything is at peace. That bottom of quiet calm. And you can relax and comfortably reflect on your life in a certain way, as you continue to relax more deeply, more effortlessly, more peacefully, then you ever have before. And as you continue to breathe, wine your legs. I'd like you to imagine yourself above some beautiful place, a healing place. Ah, sanctuary place. And as I count backwards from seven, using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to drift down to this place to a very deep and peaceful state of calm and effortless. Relax. Ation number seven. Feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper, deeper. Six. Drifting down, down, drifting deeper and deeper. Five. Drifting down, down, drifting deeper and deeper on four, drifting down, down deeper and deeper. Three. Drifting down, down, drifting deeper, deeper and to drifting down, down, drifting deeper and deeper and want drifting down, down, no, on down, deeper and day. For if you are now in your sanctuary place, just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. And with every detail that you noticed, I'd like to take you into a deeper and deeper place of cold and effortless. Relax, ation. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed, very calm or very peaceful, very deeply relaxed, very cool, very peaceful, very deeply relaxed, calm, peaceful, relaxed, call peaceful. Relax, you continue to breathe and to relax. I like you to remember a time in the past when you felt confidence. So just go there now as if you were actually there. Or you can imagine that you are your favorite player overflowing with tremendous confidence . So go ahead, step into their shoes as if you are actually them. As you continue to relax more deeply, pay close attention to the confidence that you feel. Pay attention where you feel it in your body and allow that confidence to grow to intensify and to expand every single cell, feel that confidence strengthen, feel deepened and feel as it transforms into a powerful and unshakable force. Feel it into the very depths of your soul, unknowing certainty that you will achieve your goal. There is absolutely no doubt. So for the next few moments in silence, pay attention to yourself as that confidence fortifies into the very fabric of your being. - As you continue to relax and to observe yourself and perfect total confidence. Well, now anchor it permanently into your subconscious mind. So when I start counting, place your hands on your hips and feel the power of confidence in your entire body. Ready one to no. Now, as you pay close attention, allow that confidence to dissolve into your subconscious mind. Now confidence is firmly anchored into your subconscious. Use the shorter visualization at the end of this course to reactivate. Your confidence has needed. So go ahead, take a deep, slow breath. When you are ready, open your eyes and bring your confidence back into the conscious world. 14. 11 Lecture - Determination and Will: hello and welcome to the lecture on Determination and will. In our previous lectures, we discuss setting the subconscious foundations for emotions, fire thoughts, laser focus and confidence. Now it's time to put them all together and bend the laws of the physical universe by activating determination and will. It's time to set the final stage for the necessary action to up your game. The activation of determination and will is based on the concept of what lives inside of us will be reflected back to us in our day to day lives as within so without the visualization technique will be using in this section creates a dynamic action potential in the subconscious mind. By utilizing everything we've learned so far, we'll start the visualization by activating the powerful emotions of the warrior. Next, we'll combine that fire with vision and confidence. Once those three components are set, it will automatically activate determination and will. Then we'll focus on your will, and you are intended outcome such a scoring, winning a game or winning a championship. Then we'll lock it in the future of your subconscious mind, as if it's already done. Your job when we're finished will be to go out and to make it happen in the visualisation associated with this lecture will be going through a systematic process to activate determination and will. Here are the steps first going to enter a deep state of relaxation, like in all of the other visualizations. Then we're gonna call up the fire of the warrior we're going to see with laser vision, and we're gonna feel confidence in your body, then will activate the warrior, the visions and confidence to create determination and will. Then we'll focus on the future successful outcome of your choice. Then we'll end by anchoring it into the subconscious mind by making a fist in one or both hands, as if the desired outcome has already happened. So now it's time to put it all together. So let's go to the next visualization and make that happen. So I'll see you there 15. 12 Visualization - Determination & Will: welcome to the visualization determination and will in this visualization will be putting it all together by creating a dynamic action potential in the subconscious mind. We'll revisit your fire and passion of the warrior. Then we'll revisit your intense laser focus, followed by your unshakable confidence. Man. We'll launch those three forces out into your future to bend the laws of the physical universe and create what it is you desire, be it an advantage, a win or a championship. But first we need to get deeply relaxed. So let's do that now. So go ahead, close your eyes, take a very deep breath and allow yourself to start to relax more deeply than you ever have before. And as you begin to unwind so let go. I'd like to read you a little story. You can listen to the story if you like to or not. It doesn't really matter. The whole purpose of this story is to help you relax. In the years of doing this kind of work, one thing I've noticed is it For some people, it could be difficult to relax or to relax much more than you ever have in the past. That's what you continue to relax comfortably with your eyes closed. I wonder if you can remember a time when you were sitting on the bank of a river or a shore lake are needed to see just listening to the water, listening to the waves as they roll in. And as they will because it's very peaceful. Just listen. Toe waves washing on shore waves that go on and, uh, and and just allowing your mind to drip effortlessly with way as you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more deeply at ease in that silent space in the center of your being. Perhaps you've never relaxed this much before, deeply relaxed in a very peaceful ways, letting your mind go drifting and drifting in an effortless state of Perhaps you're having happy memories, content of time, more a place that brought you deep peace that kept you comfortable and safe on deeply secure. Because one thing I've learned over the years is that everyone has a space. They can go deep down inside a relaxing space where they can really let go of all of their cares of all of their worries. A. With their concerns, no, and just wonder and relax with those deep, peaceful waves. Wave, Relax, ation. Maybe it was a smooth of the effortless water. Washington shoes. Perhaps you could walk in the sand, leaving gentle footprints that were later washed away without effort. With that worry and complete and absolute peace, just letting go, letting it slow the water that was washing on the shore. Relax, effortless and that peaks. Relax. Effort this and at peace, comfortable and your life. And as you continue to relax with your eyes closed in a deep state of peace, I'd like you to imagine yourself if you can't above some beautiful sacred place, sanctuary or you can go could be peaceful and free from stress. Relaxed because I can't backwards from seven The way words down and deeper. I'd like you to drift down to this place and into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and effortless. Relax ation number seven. Feel yourself going down, down, drifting deeper and deeper. Six. Drifting down, down deeper in deeper. Five drifting down, down deeper, deeper. Four. Now tune into your laser focus by concentrating on your perfected techniques activated by your third high vision, perfection and focus and take just a few moments to concentrate on your laser focus. Next, feel your unshakable confidence surging up from the very depths of your core. Feel it with every cell of your body. Strong, powerful, undeniable. You will succeed. Now feel those sensations of confidence just a few moments now Pay attention. Toe all three forces alive or body fire. Focus confidence feel and see their power to your take. Just a few moments simultaneously focus on those three forces alive in your body. Now send those three forces out into your future, commanding and bending the laws of the physical universe to bring you what it is. Your desire. I see it and feel it with absolute certainty, as if that desired future exist. Right now, be it an advantage, a victory or a championship. So for the next few moments in silence, I see to you and create back future. Now we will anchor your desired future into your subconscious mind, like clenching your fists on the count of three. Clench your fists, ready one to to me. Now your desired future is firmly anchored into your subconscious mind. Use the shorter visualization at the end of this course to go out and live it. Now go ahead, take slow, deep breath, and when you are ready, you could open your eyes, bringing your determination and your will back into the conscious world. 16. 13 Lecture - Game-day Visualizations: Hello and welcome to the lecture on game day. Visualizations game day Visualizations are short and powerful techniques. You can use a practice on the sideline or during a game in the heat of competition. These techniques are designed specifically to reactivate the attributes we set into your subconscious mind in our previous lectures. To summarize those activites are the zone are actively relaxed. State the warrior were reactivated fire motivation and emotional toughness. Laser focus to perfect a specific technique. Confidence. Knowing that something's gonna happen for sure and determination and will to put all those attributes into action. Now I've laid out 15 different techniques used them frequently as needed, with your eyes opened or closed, standing, lying or seated. As you delve more deeply into this strategy, you'll soon discover visualization techniques are only limited by your imagination as to become more comfortable with using game day visualizations, I highly encourage you to come up with your own. The following techniques aren't just a few. I've had success with so best of luck. Now let's go for it and I'll see you at the videos for each technique 17. 14 Game-day Visualization #1 - The Zone: Welcome to game day visualization Number one. You'll be touching your fingers to the tips of your thumbs to reactivate the relaxed state of the zone in this visualization. So with your eyes open or with your eyes closed either way, go ahead and touch the tips of your fingers to the tips of your thumbs. Take a deep breath. Feel how your mind is becoming very alert. Be aware of your body. Becoming incredibly energized and deeply relaxed were like a tiger that's about ready to pounce. Great again you're now in this. 18. 15 Game-day Visualization #2 - The Warrior: Welcome to game day Visualization number two and this one You'll tap on your heart to reactivate passion, fire and emotional toughness. So again, with your eyes open your eyes closed, tap on your heart I feel the passion why you do your sport and the fire The warrior is it wells up from the depths everywhere in your body and feel the emotional toughness in the protective shield. Focus on that sensation for just a moment. Fire the warrior. 19. 16 Game-day Visualization #3 - Laser Focus: Welcome to game day visualization number three. In this one, you'll tap your third eye to reactivate laser focus to protect the techniques such as a swing, a stance, a form or a posture. So again, with your eyes closed or open, go ahead and tap on your forehead. See yourself in intense visual spotlight, protecting a form, our swing or whatever it is in your game that you'd like to perfect. Allow yourself to suit from different angles. Whatever vantage point is best for you now allow that vision to retreat back in your subconscious mind. 20. 17 Game-day Visualization #4 - Confidence: Welcome to game day Visualization number four and this one. You'll place your hands on your hips to reactivate the absolute knowing this uncertainty of confidence, how they recommend to do this one when you're standing up. So with your eyes open for your eyes closed, place your hands on your hips and in that position, I want you to feel the absolute annoying, this uncertainty of confidence welling up from the very depths of your being. Whatever you're focusing on, whatever you want to happen is going to happen and no, it from the depths of your soul. Now apply that vision. Whatever situation you need, confidence, you feel your confidence. 21. 18 Game-day Visualization #5 - Determination and Will: Hello and welcome to game day Visualization number five and this one. You'll clench your fists to reactivate determination and will to create a desired final outcome. So again, with your eyes open your eyes closed, clench your fists. Feel yourself going into the actively relaxed state of the zone. Call it the fire. The warrior. See the crystal clear visions of yourself in a perfected technique. Call up your confidence from the depths. I feel that incredibly energized and active state, and I want you to project it into your future. To see a final outcome you desire focus on that outcome and now release your fists. 22. 19 Game-day Visualization #6 - See the Ball, Be the Ball: Welcome to game day Visualization number six. See the ball Be the ball. This one I've used a number of times with great success. So in this one, all you do is you imagine a ball park or an object, whatever, as a loyal servant and, um, talent, what it's going to do without question so you can use other techniques with this, like confidence or Clinton your fists or whatever. So in this one, just go ahead with your eyes. Close your eyes open being a situation where you're with the ball or a puck, whatever object to use in your sport. And now you're just gonna tell what it's gonna do. And it's going to obey when you say, Let's focus on that for a moment and then released the object individuals 23. 20 Game-day Visualization #7 - The Magnet: Hello and welcome to game day. Visualization number seven. This one's called the Magnet. It's one of my favorite ones because what it does, it takes some of the responsibility for success out of your hands. So what you'll do is you'll imagine a ball being strongly and magnetically drawn to a particular place. So some examples might include. If you're a golfer, the ball is gonna be magnetically drawn to a cup. If you're a baseball player, the ball is gonna be magnetically drawn to your bat. Playing soccer in the ball that you kick is gonna be magnetically drawn to the back of the net. Or if you're a basketball player, the ball that you're shooting is gonna be magnetically drawn through the hoop. Okay, so again, with your eyes open for your eyes closed, just imagine yourself involved in your activity, whatever it ISS, and then go ahead and shoot your ball, hit your ball, do whatever and just notice how it is being magnetically drawn to a particular place. Very strong, so strong that it has to go where it's going. Well, just imagine that for a few moments. Go ahead and release the visualization 24. 21 Game-day Visualization #8 - Slow the Game Down: Welcome to game day visualization number eight. This one's called Slow The Game Down. So we're gonna do is that you're gonna imagine the sport that you're involved in this slowing down into slow motion. So examples of this may include If you're a baseball hitter, you see the pitch coming in very slowly. If you're a football player, you slowly your opponents down so you can actually see what they're doing ahead of time. Or if you're a hockey goalie, you can see the pot coming in very slowly. So again, with your eyes open or your eyes closed, just imagine you're in your activity or your sport. Just start to see the game in slow mo. Everything slowing down so everything becomes easier. Just imagine that for just a few moments, and you could combine it with another technique. If you like everything slowing down. Okay, go ahead and release the visualization 25. 22 Game-day Visualization #9 - Speed the Game Up: Welcome to game day visualization number nine. This one is speeding the game up, so we're going to use your Imagine the game in fast motion. So some examples of this may include a baseball pitcher who is throwing, like over 100 miles an hour or tennis player who sees their serve going at 150 miles an hour. Or if you're in track and field and your race, you just leaving your opponents in the dust. So go ahead and imagine yourself in the activity and we're just gonna speed the whole game up. We're gonna speed it up, speed it up, speed it up. Just allowed to go in fast motion. Okay? Allow that to sink into your subconscious and then release the visualization. 26. 23 Game-day Visualization #10 - Wings and Springs: Welcome to game day Visualization Number 10 Wings, Air Springs on your feet. I really like this one. Could this one actually helped me pick up a step or two when I was playing baseball in my younger years. And so this is when you can use during a game also. So what you're gonna do is imagine wings or springs on your feet. So examples would be in track, basketball or football when you want springs on your feet for jumping or again, track football, Basketball, soccer When you want wings on your feet for speed when your legs feel heavy or tired, so go ahead, close your eyes or keep them open. Either way, just imagine, then you have wings or springs on your feet for whatever activity involved and just see how it increases your performance. You jump higher, run fast. Just focus on that. You can fly. Okay, let that dissolve into the subconscious. We'll release that visualization 27. 24 Game-day Visualization #11 - Move the Field: welcome to game day. Visualization number 11. This is We're gonna move the field. So imagine the playing field as an amazing teammate that will move to wherever you want it . So it again, I like this one because it takes some of the responsibility for success out of your hands. So if you're a golfer, an example would be the green moves to perfectly catch the ball. If you're in baseball, the outfield moves so the ball lands in a gap or wherever you can get a base hit and basketball the hoop moves to catch the ball. So go ahead your eyes open or your eyes closed. Imagine yourself in your activity and that your surroundings are moving to help you become successful. So go ahead. Just imagine that you're basketball player. The hoop moves to go in the hole or whatever. Let your mind focus on that for just a few moments. Go ahead. Allow that to dissolve into the subconscious and release the visualization 28. 25 Game-day Visualization #12 = Angels in the Outfield: Hello and welcome to game day. Visualization number 12. This one's called Angels in the Outfield, and this visualization comes from a movie of the same name that I used to watch with my kids. So imagine you have invisible helpers assisting you in this one and feel the vibe in presence, as if they are actually really because they just might be. So go ahead, close your eyes or with them open. Be engaged in your activity and feel the presence of a divine intelligence helping you out so you can be successful and operate your highest performance. Continue to focus on that presence as if they are really and now release the visualization . 29. 26 Game-day Visualization #13 - See the Final Score: Welcome to game day visualization number 13. This one's called See the Final Score. So in this one, what you do is you imagine the final score. You feel it deeply. You'll give it your all, and then you let the rest take care of itself. So this is a great one to combine it with clenched fists and to let the gods of success to take it over for you. So go ahead with your eyes open your eyes closed. Just imagine whatever game or sport that you're in and just see the final score and you can clench your fist with this one. Feel the confidence that you know it's gonna happen and have that final score to be whatever you desire to be and know that it's gonna happen. Okay, we'll release that visualization. 30. 27 Game-day Visualization #14 - Be the Greatest Player: Come on. Welcome to game Day. Visualization number 14. This one is be the greatest player ever. So this is part two of the confidence visualizations. So in this one, you're just gonna imagine you're the greatest player that has ever played your sport. You're gonna step into their shoes, use their talent and confidence and to and this one up, you could put your hands on your hips. Go ahead with your eyes open or your eyes closed. Just imagine that you are the greatest person that's ever played Your support. Go ahead, step into their shoes and be them. Feel their confidence in their talent in your body and put your hands on your hips. Focus on that sensation of being the best. No. 31. 28 Game-day Visualization #15 - Anticipation: Hello and welcome to game Day visualization number 15. This one's called anticipation. So this is an advanced technique of actually using your intuition. So we're gonna do is tune into your body to get a sense of what is going to happen before it does. And once you get proficient at this one, you can do some legal cheating. So examples of this include a tennis player. It can move 1/2 a step one way or the other before serve comes their way or in baseball. You can move your fielding position before or just before the pitch. And in football, you can take off before the snap on a defensive blitz. So this one's a little more different. So we're gonna do with your eyes. Open your eyes close. What I want you to do is to focus inside of your body. You're gonna feel something moving or nudging you, or there's gonna be annoying this from a higher intelligence. I just want you to pay attention, that feeling and sensation in your body. You may feel movement. You may feel energy. You may feel some type of Polish report and then apply it to a situation in your imagination in a game related situation and see if you can feel yourself being drawn one way or the other. Bill had focus on that for a few moments, and this one's going to take some practice. So be ready to practice this when you're on the field, but this is going to give you an advantage to go ahead and let it go. 32. Thank You!: congratulations on finishing the course.
