1. Intro: Productivity Masterclass Step 7: Just do it!: Hello and welcome to my productivity masterclass. It's a program in seven steps, and my name is Mikey Hoon Bata, and I'm very productive. I would say I'm very active and them very creative at a lot of online courses and other online product. I do a lot of business coaching, and I'm also an only mother to my two Children. So often people just ask me, How do you manage? How can you do all these? And sometimes they're asking me if I have some time management secret they don't know off. So it's an answer to this question. I started to record some courses on productivity. The 1st 1 is from vision to reality, where it shows you how to set in the chief goals than 1/2 a time management course. And now we're in the productivity course, and this is a seven step program, and you can find all these courses on this platform. So what will you learn here about this Productivity? Productivity is all the things that keep you busy all day, and it doesn't matter if you're employed or if you're self employed or if you're a student or maybe just mother to some Children. All of us have so many things to do, and we just seem not to have to keep on track with them. And I help you and the other show your seven steps how to make life easier. Okay, so step number seven were there. Last step. So what? Really been learning instead, number seven and step number seven. I'm just going with Nikes and just tell you, just do it. So what are we going to do? We're doing a little recap on all the seven steps, and then I will show you how to apply the system I have shown you. Here's what to do exactly. To get around and to really make it working for you. So it's kind off a little kick off for you to really get it going. And, yeah, enjoy 2. Just do it: So we are there a last step of her seven steps to more productivity. And guess what? The last step Step number seven is. Just do it. Yes, all the effort. All the other six steps were all just around how you can manage to just do it. So all the other steps is just to arrange it, that you can do it easily. Let's just review once more. So step number one was The decluttering brings clarity. So that meant don't have too many tasks. Always just be sure that if you really want to start on things at all, and this brings the clarity on your whole life perspective. Second was planning prince motivation often when people failed to plan. They just don't have a clear picture off what they have to do not only in one project, but in their whole lives. So there is lots of different possibilities how you can make it more visual, and I showed you some and if you are sketching it somehow, then it makes it more clearly to you. But we have to do, and then it's easier to plan on what projects you have to do in general and what you have to do in each of these projects. What you want to achieve next is collecting all to do. So everything that comes in the whole lot off, what you have to do that that makes you sort of crazy every day. And then the greatest problem is that people feel that they don't have it under control and that they don't know what they all have to do. And so one major thing is that you, um, half control about what you have to do and that you are aware off me in boxes and collect everything that comes in. And then, of course, the Children staying the in park. So our chapter number four was processing and told you more about the system of David Ellen on how to process. And that means that you ask yourself with each and every item, can I do something about it? And if you say yes, then cannot do it in two minutes or it can also be five minutes and then you act accordingly. You're just bring it very. It has to be, for example, into the calendar or into some to do lists. And this is exactly what we were talking about in in chapter number five that you should have a simple and trusted system and easy system. And the system I introduced to you mainly consists of only four items. No one is. There is all the inboxes. Second, I temps are the to do list. The third item, Mr Calendar and Forth is a filing system. And you were learning some more about how to do that, how to use that so that it can be simple entrusted and number six is reviewing. So any time you plan something, it's also important that you that you review if it worked out the way you were planning at it. And if not, you have to plan differently. And of course, you should always optimize to make you see Stemberg even better. And now, as I already said, last step is, just do it. All the other six steps don't keep you from doing the actual thing. You're so you really have to do it. And I know it's sometimes overwhelming, and sometimes project seemed too big, and sometimes your life seems to be, But just to give you 11 final over few, if you look at the week and I said the weakest good good means off looking off, managing your whole life. Then you have all these different projects, like Project A and you're blocking. You know, I told you the big rocks. First you're planning the big rocks for your project A and you Project B. And I said you shouldn't have too many projects. Then you have, like, more like a general list. And you're blocking some time several days to to the more general stuff for the personal stuff in the house, in the garden and things like that. And then you might also have appointments. So, as I told you, blocked a manimal on one day. So this is your day out, and then you also have, like, at least for example, when you're at the telephone or when you're at the mall, what you should do there. And now you your whole thing you're doing it is just that you go through all these lists and that you just do it. You just fulfilled one task after the other. And so I know it's still sometimes you're not motivated. Sometimes it seems to be, but I can't help you. If you really want accomplish things, you have to get started. And so just 11 short review on what you should do. First, you should plan it. So like you put it into your calendar. When you don't want to do what then you really decide on it, you make a commitment. This is the good thing about being self employed. You don't have to do something. Your boss over this you to tow. You can do anything you want, at least on the longer on it can happen that you find out halfway through a project that you hate this project. So you might want to finish it because you don't want to have an angry customer. But you learn from that and you will know that you don't want to delete these kinds of projects again. And so just commit that you want to do it. You said yes to it. So now to it, and you commit also to doing as you plan to spend the time you could. You plan to spend on it. So just say yes to yourself and then just begin. The beginning is often the hardest, so but when you plant that you will spend your time on Project A from 8 to 11 oclock. Just sit there at eight oclock, start your computer or take your pencil in the hand or anything it needs just picking and you will see with just sitting there and being ready, you will start and you will get going and it will be easier than more. You're used to it. And then when you do it, stay focused. Don't read your emails. Don't look into your social media channels. Um, if you have to do some some some. If you have to look at some webpage and you find out this is interesting. Interesting. Don't start surfing on the net and ending somewhere else. If you want to remember this webpage, just clip it. But don't serve on it right now. You do what you have on your project list. You just do your bullet points one after the others and you don't let anybody come in if possible. You you don't know the answer. The phone it just don't do anything that that brings distraction from the outside order from the inside within you and enjoy half joy. Have fun doing it and this is this is so important. And this is also something about being self employed. You decided on it. You said yes. So just love it, find a way to love it. And if you I just can't find anybody to love it and just find something that's good about it. And just think off what you will learn from it and just learned, especially learned for me that you won't have want to such a thing again that you don't do these kinds of projects again anymore. But what's what's the use in hating what you're doing right now? Enjoy it. Half as much fun s you can. And then I also recommend you to do time yourself. So I introduced to you the taco told This is what I use but you can use any any tool at all . But I really recommend that your timing. So if you said you want toe, spend three hours and project a just time yourself. If you really did, did you too short or entity to longer And from this time tricking you've been no next time . If you have a similar project, if if you you can estimate the time you will need for that and very important celebrate when you're done to celebrate lot. Let your unconscious know that you're done. Let everybody know that you've done Just be grateful. Just enjoy do anything that you love to do if you want to go out or if you want, have a nice dinner. Or if you have want to have any goody, just do it. Just be really gracious about finishing this thing and so that and take some breaks so that he can really be ready for the next thing. Okay, so that's it's that were SMI seven step program to more productivity. And I really do hope that I could help you on being productive and having fun doing all your projects because I think it's really fun. And I think it's great being self employed and doing your own projects. And, yeah, just go for it. Half Father. If you have any questions, just ask me. Yeah, and maybe we'll meet again soon.
