Developers start with the minimum required design and architecture and improves it as Sprints go on. There are no special sprints like Sprint Xero. Question 407, and automated build must be triggered when a code changes submitted. This can be an example of definition of done, True or False. Correct answer is false. Definition of done for a user story is a set of pre-established conditions for confirming the same as done. It makes sure that increment is shippable. The given statement talks about an engineering practice. Question. 408th. The increment must be successfully integrated and working in the main branch. This can be an item in option one, acceptance criteria. Option two, Sprint Goal. Option three, definition of ready. Option for definition of done. Correct answer is option for acceptance criteria sets the minimum requirements for a user story to confirm it is built as per the requirements. Definition of done includes larger aspects and confirms that all the work required for the user story to be shippable are done. Definition of done will include Organization, standards, release requirements, legal aspects, etcetera. Definition of done can be defined for product backlog, item sprint, or release. Question 409. What is the main difference between acceptance criteria and definition of done? Option one? Both are same. Option to definition of done is a part of acceptance criteria. Option three, acceptance criteria focus on functionality and definition of done is a checklist confirming if the increment is done and shippable. Option for acceptance criteria focus on completeness of user's story and definition of done talks about completeness of Sprint. Correct answer is option three. Acceptance criteria sets the minimum requirements for a user story to confirm it is built as per the requirements. Definition of done includes larger aspects and confirms that all the work required for the user story to be shippable are done. Definition of done will include Organization standards, release requirements, legal aspects, etcetera. Definition of done can be defined for product backlog item, sprint or release. Question. When can we consider the selected backlog item as done? Option one, when acceptance tests are passed. Option two, once it is successfully integrated in the staging environment. Option three, when it reaches definition of done as agreed during the sprint planning option for when programming and unit tests are completed? Correct answer is option three. Definition of done for a user story is a set of pre-established conditions for confirming the same as done. 3. Practice Questions 411 to 420: Question 411. How does the definition of done helps the developers decisions during the sprint planning? Option one, it gives guidelines for crafting the Sprint goal. Option two, it helps in deciding the amount of work required for a backlog item. Option three, it tells the approach required to implement the functionality option for it is not helpful during planning. Correct answer is option two. Definition of done for a user story is a set of pre-established conditions for confirming the same as done. It helps in assessing the amount of work required for an increment and guides the developers in knowing how many Product Backlog Items it can select during a sprint planning question. 412. Developers have a collective responsibility for all aspects of work towards the Sprint goal except for option one, integration, option to unit testing. Option three, design, option for code review. Option five, sprint demo, option six. None of these is an exception. Correct answer is option six. Developers have a collective responsibility for all aspects of work towards the Sprint goal. All these are activities within this scope. Question 413. Developers, team members volunteer to be accountable for a Product Backlog Item, option one, when he or she is done with the current item, he or she owns. Option to never. Option three during planning. Option for at Daily Scrum? Correct answer is option to. Individual members will take up work in their area of interest or expertise. But the accountability remains with the team. It is the team who commits and delivers question 4141 week into the sprint. One of the developers team member is facing issues with integrating his code. He finds some part of the code developed by another member is not following the development guidelines. Who should resolve this problem? Option one, system architect as this is an integration issue. Option two, the developers, as it is a collective responsibility. Option three, Scrum masters should resolve this conflict. Correct? Answer is option two. Developers are self-organizing. This is not an external impediment for the Scrum Master to coordinate. But if this become outside the team's control, scrum master can facilitate collaboration with other stakeholders like technical experts. Question 415. During the daily scrum, a team member Talk about some technical difficulties and expresses his inability to complete a task. What should be the response? Option one, developers collaborate and decide as how to address the situation. Option to replace the team member with more technical person. Option three, switch the Tasks. Correct answer is option one. Scrum is founded on empiricism and lean thinking. Empiricism asserts that knowledge comes from experience and making decisions based on what is observed. Lean thinking reduces waste and focuses on the essentials. Question. 419. Planning, Inspection and Adaptation are three pillars of empirical process control. True or False. Correct answer is False. Three pillars of empirical process control are Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation. Question 420, the developers have estimated that they can finish a work item in the sprint backlog in eight hours if there are no interruptions and distractions, what kind of an estimate that they are doing? Option one, ideal hours, option to Story Points. Option three, T-shirt sizing, option for functional Points. Option five, None of the above. Correct answer is option one. Ideal days? Hours is an absolute estimation method. How long something would take if it's all you worked on. You had no interruptions and everything you need is available. 4. Practice Questions 421 to 430: Question 421, the Product Owner is responsible for the product backlog, including its content, availability, ordering, and estimates. True or False? Correct answer is false. The developers are responsible for all estimates. The product owner may influence the developers by helping us understand and select tradeoffs. But the people who will perform the work make the final estimate. Question 422, product owner has asked the developers to change the daily scrum timing for next three days as he has some other important meetings to attend. But developers have strong constraints in changing the time. What will be your opinion on this option? One, accept the request as heat is directing the team. Option to. Scrum masters should take a decision. Option three, developers have the final decision option for Cancel the daily scrum for three days and send the updates by email? Correct answer is option three. This is an event for developers, Scrum Master and Product Owner, if they are part of developers, should participate in daily scrum. Developers decide the format in time for this. Scrum masters should make sure that the event occurs as prescribed in the Scrum. Question 423, the work to be performed in the sprint is planned at the sprint planning. This plan is created by the collaborative work of the entire scrum team who can best assess what can be accomplished over the upcoming sprint. Option one, scrum team option to Scrum Master and the developers option three, developers option for Scrum Master and the Product Owner. Correct answer is option three. The input to sprint planning meeting is the product backlog, the Latest Product Increment, projected capacity of the developers during the sprint and past performance of the developers. The number of items selected from the product backlog for the sprint is solely up to the developers. Only the developers can assess what it can accomplish over the upcoming sprint. Question 424. What is the advantage of conducting Daily Scrum at the same time and place every day. Option one, team can own that space. Option two, it gives more predictability and reduces complexity. Option three, it is mandated by the organization. Correct answer is option two. Team knows that the event happens the same time and place. This reduces the complexity and helps to be better organized. Question 425. Start a new Sprint can be postponed only if the Sprint Goal of previous sprint is not achieved. True or False. Correct answer is false. A newsprint starts immediately after the previous sprint ends. There are no exceptions. Question 426, When can we postpone the start of a newsprint? Option three, the definition of done needs further updates. Option four, we can't postpone. Correct answer is option for a newsprint starts immediately after the conclusion of the previous sprint. Question 427. Retrospective can be avoided if the developers feel there are no major items to discuss, True or False, correct answer is false. Each event serves a specific purpose and essential in the success of Scrum. We should not avoid any events. The sprint retrospective is an opportunity for the scrum team to inspect itself and create a plan for improvements to be enacted during the next sprint. Question, 428, team is working in very aggressive one-week sprints. After a few weeks, team finds that the too many events that eat into their productive time, as this sprint duration is shorter, they have decided to conduct the retrospective once in two sprints. What can be one of the results? Option one, less opportunities for inspect and adapt. Option to more time for development. Option three, temporary increase in productivity, option for no impact. Correct answer is option one. All formal events inside sprint are opportunities for inspect and adapt. Avoiding any of them results in reduced Transparency and is a lost opportunity to inspect and adapt. They are mandatory irrespective of the sprint length. Question 429. Which event can be avoided if the developers have only three members in all our working from the same room. Option one, sprint planning option to daily scrum. Option three, all events are mandatory. Option for Sprint Review. Option five, Sprint Retrospective. Correct answer is option three. Each event serves a specific purpose and essential in the success of Scrum. We should not avoid any events. Question 430, in the middle of a sprint and unexpected event has occurred and team is not able to complete all promised work in the Sprint, they are discussing what best can be delivered in, what can be removed. Who all should participate in this discussion? Option one, Scrum master, option two, developers, option three, project manager, option for Architect. Option five, product owner. Correct answer is options 25. Product owner gives business direction and optimizes the value that the team is creating. Developers can renegotiate the sprint scope with the product owner. 5. Practice Questions 431 to 440: Question 431, when should we release the increment to the production option one, end of every sprint. Option two, after hardening sprint, option three. And I've released sprint option for as decided by the product owner. Correct answer is option for every sprint created, done shippable, increment. But product owner will decide when to release it. Question 432. Long-duration sprints reduce risk as the developers get more time to achieve the Sprint goal. True or False? Correct answer is false. When a Sprints horizon is too long, the definition of what is being built may change. Complexity may rise, and risk may increase. Short duration sprints enabled predictability by ensuring Inspection and Adaptation of progress toward his sprint goal at least every calendar month. Sprints also limit risk to one calendar month of cost. Question 433, which prescribed scrum events provides opportunity to Inspect and Adapt, select all that apply. Option one, Backlog Refinement, option to Sprint Review. Option three, Daily Scrum, option for Sprint Retrospective. Correct answer is options 234. All these helps in inspect and adapt. But backlog refinement is an ongoing activity, not a prescribed event. Question. 434. What percentage of development on a backlog item can be considered complete ones all requirements are documented. Option 120, option two, as per the organization accounting standards. Option three, it is not counted as a measure of progress. Option for base the effort calculated for requirement phase, correct answer is option three. Agile principle says working software is the primary measure of progress. Progress is measured based on the value created for end user. Creating a set of documents may help sometimes, but is not considered as a measure of progress. Question 435, at any point of time, the sprint burndown chart shows the amount of identified work remains in the sprint. It will get reduced every time the team updates the sprint backlog. True or False? Correct answer is false. At any point of time that developers can add new tasks to the sprint backlog or re-estimate the items as more is known. So the total remaining effort may increase at times. Question 436, what should be the frequency of inspection within the Sprint? Option one, daily. Option two. As requested by product owner, option three, frequently as decided by the team. Option for only at formal events? Correct answer is option three. Team decides the frequency. This will happen at least during the events designed for it. Question 437, which is the method mandated by Scrum for effectively tracking the Sprint progress. Option one, Earned Value, option to sprint burndown. Option three, velocity chart, option four. None of these correct answer is option for Scrum does not prescribe any specific technique. However, it stresses on artefact transparency. The scrum team can decide the tools that work best for them. Question 438, what best describes velocity for a team? Option one, amount work taken up by the developers in the previous iteration. Option to past performance of the developers in terms of the amount of work done by the team in the previous iteration. Option three, the total number of backlog items selected by the developers in the previous iteration. Option for the amount of work developers must select to reach the Sprint goal? Correct answer is option two. Velocity is a measure of the amount of work at team can tackle during a single sprint and is a key metric in Scrum. It shows the amount of work, example, number of story points the developers have done in a sprint. Question, 439. What is velocity not used for option one as an indication of team capacity? Option two, validating release plans. Option three, selecting the Product Backlog Items for the next sprint. Option for defining new features, correct answer is option for velocity is a measure of the amount of work at team can tackle during a single sprint and is a key metric in Scrum. It shows the amount of work, example, number of story points the developers have done in a sprint. It is an indication of the past performance of the developers. It, along with other factors, helps in determining the amount of work that it can. In the next sprint. Question, 440, what is the lifetime of a product backlog? Option one, same as product owner. Option two, same as product. Option three, same as developers. Option for never ends. Correct answer is option two. Product Backlog never complete. It is a dynamic document and exists till the product exists. 6. Outro Our Courses in SkillShare: We would like to provide an overview of our course is on the the the the the the, the opinions.
