Project Description

Step 1: Watch the videos in our course and we’ll guide you through all the logistics of running your own usability test.

Step 2: Fill out the included worksheet to begin to craft your own moderated usability test plan. You can answer with details from a project you’re currently working on, or use the following prompt:

  • Imagine that you’ve been hired by your favorite retail website to do a usability study for them. They have anecdotal evidence that users are having trouble purchasing desired products, but need to better understand what’s going on.

Step 3: Share in the class project gallery to get feedback!
