About This Class

Remember last year when you were so pumped to finally follow through on a New Years resolution in January but by February you were back in your old ways? Maybe you’re like a lot of people and just didn’t make one because you’ve found they really don’t work for you. Well I’m here to tell you that you CAN do whatever you want, you just need a schedule that works!

In this class you will create a custom schedule based on your top 3 goals for 2017. I’ll cover some of the best techniques, tips, and tools that will help you to transform your habits and plan for your best year ever. You’ll be well on your way to accomplishing your biggest goals in just a few easy steps when you take this class!

In the prepare lesson, you’ll discover what you truly want to accomplish through thoughtful visualization then you’ll break your vision down into 3-5 short term goals. This lesson is so much fun because you can dream as much as you want!

The planning lesson is probably the most tricky. You'll learn about some of my favorite ways to fit more into your day and how to schedule around the seasons of your life. Examples of different planners will give you an idea of which will work best for you!

Execution is the most important step because a plan is nothing without action! In this lesson you’ll be inspired to “rehearse” your schedule to find out what is working and what isn’t. I’ll give you advice for how to overcome any road blocks that might be stopping you from reaching your goals because I want you to succeed!

If you are ready to achieve that New Years resolution that was tossed to the wayside, this class is for you! Click enroll and let’s get going!

Lots of good information. Just know you'll need to watch more than once to really grasp the concepts.
Taught me a few new things and was very encouraging. I liked the first exercise; creating the "Ideal Day" collage.

Ally Perrigoue

Creative Naturalist

I'm passionate about making science visual in order to teach people about our natural environment.  I studied biology, environmental studies, conservation biology, ethnobotany, and natural science illustration as an undergrad but I've been passionate about drawing and mixed media projects all my life.

I own and run two businesses as a solo-preneur. Creative Naturalist is where I write articles on nature with matching illustrations or mixed media projects. I also have an Etsy and a Spoonflower shop under the same name. My second business is a cleaning business for residential and rental houses in my area. I LOVE to clean and organize!

Lastly, my life's mission is to utilize permaculture principles to live as sustainably as possible. This means having a carbon neutral shelter, growing as much food as I can and putting more into the land than I take out.
