About This Class

This class is the fourth class in the Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification Series, it is structured after The Program Management Supporting Processes class.

This class is based on the PMI standards for program management, which is covered in “The Standard for Program Management – Third Edition” guide.  

This class will get you the program management professional PgMP exam insight to make your ready to pass this exam from your first attempt.

This class will cover the different Exam Question Types, which are three types and will provide you with 20 tips and tricks to help you in the PgMP certification exam.

In the class project, you will be asked to answer one of the questions (based on Tip#9 that described in lesson: Tips to get the right answer ) that seems to have long and complicated calculation to answer, although it can be answered easily and quickly by logic sense.

Leithy Mohamed Leithy is a certified Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP®), Program Management Professional (PgMP®), and Project Management Professional (PMP®). He also has the certification of Project Management Office (PMOC), ITIL, COBIT, and CSSGB.

He acquired excellent practical portfolio management experience while managing multiple portfolios and guiding the portfolio managers to achieve their target strategic and financial objectives.

He has many books in eBook format and paper format that are sold in the most famous worldwide bookstore; Amazon, Apple, B&N, Kobo, etc.  He is the author of the following books:
