About This Class

This course is the second course in the Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification Series, it came after the Introduction to Program Management Course.

This course is based on the PMI standards for program management, which is covered in “The Standard for Program Management – Third Edition” guide.  

It covers the five Program Management Performance domains, it elaborates each domain elements, major activities, major artifacts, and addresses some domain highlights.

This course has unique charts to simplify the concept and represent the domains with their elements and their interaction in a visual easy way.

The project class has one quiz created for each domain that should help you to get acquainted with the exam question style of the 2016 PgMP examination outlines..

He acquired excellent practical portfolio management experience while managing multiple portfolios and guiding the portfolio managers to achieve their target strategic and financial objectives.
