Project Description

Students will have the opportunity to bake alongside each class, mirroring the recipes I teach. In the last class, I will encourage students to create a unique pastry recipe to execute and share using variations of recipe elements they learned after finishing the lessons.

Each recipe to be made alongside the class will be simple to prepare, and will be able to be made from ingredients most likely already in kitchen. 

 

Step one: Recreate the recipe from the class.

Step two: Upload a photo of the recipe and any notes or questions you have.

Step three: At the end of the course, create a recipe of your own and have a friend of family try the recipe. Share your results with the class.
