About This Class

The Musicarta Pentatonics Workbook 'Pentatonic Blues in Two Keys' is a fully worked-out piano solo blues repertoire which uses the same material in two places on the keyboard - in two keys, indeed - to you give you maximum mileage from your hard work practicing!

The melody is pure (diatonic) minor pentatonic material in two all-white-key (E minor and A minor) pentatonic scales. The left hand plays a descending chromatic bass line which is an ideal 'ground' forĀ  in the minor pentatonic improvisation.
