1. 1 - Get to know me and get to know how and why I built these techniques.: Welcome. Are you willing to make some minor changes and bring transformation to your life? We live in a society of followers who do what they're told and don't question things. We don't ask things. We go down the route of monotony, which is super destructive. If you are here, you are looking for a change. You don't need to invest a send here. You only need to know how to invest your time and your passion to understand this super easy course. I am Fernando Albert and I will be your teacher for path to success. Of course, that will bring a positive shift in your life. You will see that there are very easy to follow exercises where you will be adding and consider some aspects of your life. Applying these techniques will help you in your life. Transformation, accelerating work, friendship, and love, bringing an immense amount of joy to your life and those that surround you. Initially, in this course, I will share five powerful techniques to start to find improvements in your life. However, this is not a new course. In time. I brought some additional classes to polish your life even further. These are very down to earth techniques focusing on time management. Time is the most valuable resource a human being can have. Therefore, I will teach you how to get the most out from it. When you think with a strategy, you save a lot of time. With this extra time, you will understand that you will be able to bring more enjoyment, growth, and development to your life. I will point out the little but often miss it steps to take. Especially if you have a growing or a weak business. You may have a lot of projects, ideas, and things to do. But maybe you think you rarely have any time to do any bringing frustration to you. Following the path to success techniques plus your very own personal polishing, you are going to set many of these ideas, emotion and you're going to get them going. Some telling you, for me, it worked very well for years. You will sacrifice no work quality. You only will realign your doings and manage your time better. You have much more time than you initially thought. And it will help you find it. Once you start applying changes, you're going to see rapid improvements, new ways to do things, and more time to enjoy your extra productivity. You will see it in the class project. You're going to be working on creating a foundation for organizing yourself. You will do everything efficiently and start getting into motion all the advice has shared with you in class. This way you will get used to a more effective time management and begin to see the very first one changes within the next few days of doing this work. So what are you waiting for? See you in class. 2. 2 - Why applying these methods?: Welcome back, folks. I'm very glad to see you here. In this one. I just wanted to share a little more of why have all these techniques. So I kinda wanted to make a quick introduction first, but I want to go a little deeper. So we're all aware that during our day there are a lot of fluid times. Maybe waiting in line for your groceries. Maybe traffic? Maybe, yes. Kuomintang, you are yes. Waiting for somebody else to come and give you a cold. There are many moments that we have nothing to do. And these moments occur a lot through the day, a lot more than what we aware of. So it's something that you can take advantage of. And I will be sharing in the later classes how this is going to bring a lot of self-discovery. It's going to bring a lot of self-realization. As I was sharing with you. I can tell you from my own experience. In all of my life areas, I have been able to figure out my weakest points, my strongest points. There is no perfect person. We all have mistakes. We are on a constant learning for our entire lives. And it's something we should never forget. We're always learning, developing, grown. There is always more to improve. And when apparently there is nothing else to improve, there is a breakthrough. There is something new for you that's going to come to you as a new lesson to bring you the opportunity to keep growing. In this course with these techniques, you are going to be able to accelerate that process. To be able to scale up your business. You're going to be able to skyrocket your marriage, your relationships, because you're going to find very easy them, how to enhance them. You can heal everything in life. Relationships. I have worked with people who were in a crumbling marriage. And out of using these techniques, they have been able to realize that each of them, we're doing something wrong, how to improve it. And yes, Ultram seen the benefits of improving and out of their results. These techniques, it gives you the motivation to keep going more and more, okay? And especially when you do this with somebody else, it becomes even more powerful. It can be with your significant other if you can find much easier. Okay? Because it's not about sitting down and chatting or having an argument. It's about using these techniques together. You will learn more in the later classes. But you are going to notice that it gets amazing. The same thing goes with friends, with a associated your business. In any area. It's a very powerful and very flexible and division of all. There is also going to be a way for you to keep track of your improvement. I am going to share how you're going to be able to go back and look through here and see, well, I was there and now I am here. It's amazing how much I have changed. And you're going to be very happy with yourself. And this is going to be a constant empowerment to keep developing and moving forward. So it's like a loop, a loop of constant growth with very easy techniques that you have to spend nothing and yes, invest minutes a day varies. Okay. So see you next class. 3. 3 - Commitment is key, comfort zone is your demise.: Hey, hey folks. So one more thing before we go into the techniques. One thing that it's important for the complete success of applying these techniques. Okay, I want to start this with something called mean many scheme. Being in the comfort zone. Your demise. Exiting your comfort zone and challenging yourself. It's very important, as well as having an amazing, an absolute honesty with yourself. This is something that you need to commit to. If you don't commit to this, then the curves will do no use. This is why this third class is also for you to preview. Because if you're willing to do this, please go ahead and get this course done. It will take an hour, tops of your life and it's going to change it forever. But if you're willing to make no changes, I prefer for you to yes. Close this tab and continue with your life. Don't take this course unless you truly want to make a difference. Okay? Why? Because these are techniques. They are very easy, but no magic spells or mumbo-jumbo like that. No freaky stuff. Neither. You don't need even to do any spiritual process. Obviously, there is a touch of spirituality in some of these pretty much in yes, one of them, the law of attraction, one, because the rest are really down to earth in your very own brain. That's why, that's why one of the courses is called Brain time. You can imagine it's pretty down to Earth. Easy for everyone. Religion are now, believe it or not, doesn't matter. If you believe in success. That's the only thing you need to believe in success and in commitment. You need to stick to these techniques. You need to make them a lifestyle, not a chore. Maybe at first, you need to push yourself a little, but then you need to make them my lifestyle. You know, it gets to a point for me that if I don't work on this, especially on the brain time, on the introspection times. You know, if there is for a recent one day or even two days in a row that they don't manage to do it. I feel it makes a difference. So you get used to this becomes part of your life and then it's part of you. And it's amazing because you create something and it's part of you that will help you to constantly keep growing. So it's really good. Okay? Another good reason for this, it's to use it to break the monotony. Use it to allow yourself to bring some differences in your life. Not always make the same things at the same time because you don't have to do these techniques morning, evening, afternoon? No. You have to take advantage of your own free time. You can do them whenever, as long as you make them ParaView, okay? So it helps to break the monopoly because you don't, you get two different things. Really. The distinctness at different times and that wearing some changes about that already. You can, you can even go ahead and if you want, read more about remote, about monophony in further classes, okay? But for now we're going to focus on a different topic. We're going to focus on these techniques are on the cells. Don't have schedules as I have shared with you, very important. You have to allow yourself to use it as you need it at first, you might want to take a break from one of these techniques. Maybe you are going in vacation and you don't feel like doing brain thing for a week. You feel like going out to have some rings? Hey, go for it and has to a char. Okay? Yes. Makes sure that you don't stop doing them forever. Okay. You're neither need to apply all of these older ones. It goes by stasis. It goes depending on how your length. Let's say that you are improving your business. Then you want to bring things you want to introspection. Let's say that you run your own business. You want to do that to the list and set your goals in your schedule. Let's say that you have a broken relationship or you have some health issues and you don't understand, you need to look inside yourself or you have multiple of these, or you have none of these and you guys went to enhance, improve yourself to a next level. You know, you have to use them at a flexible level. The weight works well for you and giving you the techniques and the advice, you will apply them at your own discretion as you feel unique them. Okay. But you know, it gets to a point as I call it first and it's your very own consciousness that is going to ask for it, that you are going to need it. As I mentioned to you earlier. Okay. So that's pretty much all the introductions I wanted to make. Now, we go into the techniques and see you then. 4. 4 - To-Do List & Scheduling your calendar.: Hello. So I am very glad to see you here. Let's go for the topic. You know, you have heard about to release their use it there. But helium's of articles out there from fancy economies, newspapers for professionals to bloggers for the daily user. They will have great information, but you know, they conflict. Some dislike calendar, some disliked to-do lists for many, many reasons. And you can find that online. I love. I am going to talk about that. It's not the point in my hand. I combine both and I take them to the next level. Because what I have done is to grab techniques from daily life, the social stuff that we'll know and take them to an Excel table. Actually, I want to mention that thanks to bring time, which we are going to look at very shortly. Following class. You will, you will see how much it can do because part of that, it brought me the idea to create this course and to create it in this format. So what I was wanting to say, it's, it's a way to enhance the techniques that it's already there. You can find online that to the list are not to be used. They are never done. You write them down and they are sitting there forever. And then after a year, you have it released almost intact. Or you have done the few three or four things that are easy. And that's it. And they tell you, don't, don't don't do that. Don't do that. But put it in your calendar instead. That's what they say. That's what it's technically the right thing to do, to go ahead, put it in the calendar and write it down as by this day I have to get this done. But yes. I'm not going to say that's wrong. It's true. Saying yourself goals, saying yourself deadlines. It's very important and it's useful and you must do it. A2, who lives alone? It's going to fail. It's true. It's true. But it's not the solution together. Go ahead and have a calendar. A calendar itself can fail as well. Why? Well, especially these days, it can feel, you know, these techniques are very old. I am not discovering America here, folks. Okay. Columbus, we all know this. However, the 100 years ago you had to write something down that calendar in ink and you scratch it. You can see a failure. Scratch, scratch, scratch, scratch, scratch. And then if you see a kinder full of scratches, you can see that you are doing something wrong. And then you push yourself and you say, No, this is wrong, I can't keep doing it this way. You avoid it. But right now with Google Calendar or many other calendars, so easy to just drag and drop and yes, push it, push it. Who cares? So that what happens, it fails as well. So you need to combine both of these. You need to combine a saying yourself a deadline. For instance, for this course, I have set myself a deadline to get it done. But in addition to that, I have added it to my to-do list. Okay. Beth, to success scores. Barking the to-do list within the tubule is okay. I do this with Excel. I do this with Excel. And you can see a small example right here. As you can see, either comments. As you can see, I do entries. This is a way to try to make a to-do list within a to-do list. Okay? Why am saying in my calendar I have to do this course. And in the to-do list I put, I have to do this course. So I have my to-do list and my deadline. Now. In Excel, we are all familiar with it. You can, with the right button, you can add the commentary. And then you can do in the commentary at little to-do list, like the example I am showing here. It's a treble example. It's something symbolic, but it's for you as an example, okay? Then you can mark what you are doing and you can see your progress. If you have a very large project, like one of my other courses that will be 200 hours to create. If you have a very large project, you can set your sales checkpoints in the calendar, okay, checkpoints to say, well, up to here, it has to have this term up to here, I have to have this done. This way you're going to avoid to overload yourself or to, or to create and shiny. You want to create an shady precisely. One of the regions of this is not to create an shading. And we're going to say that it's important even am going to appoint to be flexible, okay? Dragging and dropping something, the calendar, it's not wrong. There is nothing wrong with that, which many will tell you. But there needs to be a reason. Let's say that you want to There's something that gas that has come up, you can move it. Let's say you have a great idea during your brain time and you say no, implementing this, it's something that has to, now, this is something that can wait a little. So I'm going to drag it until these other day. You're setting a calendar again. And then you put in the day that you were supposed to have that as a deadline. The deadline of whatever new you are, including flexibility. It's important in that. So it's not about a solid calendar, a to-do list. It's really flexible, but you need to have progress and accomplishments. We choose what they want to talk next, tracking becomes small accomplishments. It's very important. We live in a world that revolves around negativity sometimes. And it is here for everybody to say what they are not doing than say what they have achieved. So the to-do list is also helpful for that regular to the list. Once it's done, you trust it, you scratch it to the trash. No. Now you have technology. So with these very excellent, you can make an entry and say, okay, so you can make a to-do list and a list, and you can use more than one sheet in the same file. So that way it's more convenient and you want to keep track of everything that you have been doing. You know, you can keep track of the small accomplishments and the big accomplishments, Marianne, the small accomplishments, I guess right and down, accomplishments, I bought them like big accomplishments. I have made an upgrade to my entire site. I have created a course. I am intercourse. I have created ten blog entries. And now let's say something like that. Small accomplishments. Maybe you can say like, well, I have accomplished whatever, you know, smoke thing. Let's talk about business for any sense. Well, I have gone I have done those few reports that they were left to vote or I have been able to fix this image that was a broken. Or I have been doing some backups or I have finally a file the report for my kid in school, whatever. It's important to keep the big and small accomplishments and keep track of them. Why? Because then you want to date them. Okay. You went to date you went to date them as a way of saying, okay, on the 10th of July of 2016, I have accomplished creating a new guided meditation, for example. And you've read down, it seems a little pointless, but you know, I have been building this for several years. And when I open that file and I see that there is more than 500, a little accomplishments and more than 50 major accomplishment is like, whoa, I truly have done a lot of things. You know, we're human beings, we're not robots. We get as motivated. Some things. All of us, there is, if there is a code to talk to, to be motivated all the time, that you should be pumped all the time. It's wrong. We have feelings, we can have good days, birthdays, worst days, but keeping track of all our accomplishments, at least can see, can be physical proof or digital in this case, unless you want to print it. You have done a lot in addition of what you have them. Because even if we have the product or the better relationship or wherever done, we seem to not see it. Sometimes somethings, we're very down through that negativity. We can have a bad day, we can be in a bad mood. But we have that to-do list and that list to be able to check and see. I have been working hard. I have been doing this, I have been doing that. I have tried this. And it can even serve as a reference of something if there's an issue, you can have, you know, this day this was done. So it's definitely very, very helpful to look back to see what you have done as well. Okay, So this is pretty much it for the released, so, well, I hope you enjoyed this class and it's gonna get more interesting. Okay, this was probably the most, are the least interesting one, but the most important one. So see you next class. 5. 5 - Organizing your life and setting priorities: Hey folks. So how are those calendars going? How are those tubule is going? Well, I'm pretty sure that he has got started and there is no much in it. I would love if you went ahead and shared shared how things are working out for you. Especially if you have any questions or something that even comes a good idea for you that you want to share. It's all about learning. As I told earlier, it's a constant learning. I would welcome any comments, any suggestions or any ideas you have. So before we go into the brain time technique, which it's not coming yet, but it's very soon. I want to talk about something additional that it's important. In fact, I wanted to this one as the first-class, but I felt that the to-do list was more important. This is about how to organize your life and set priorities. You know, this class is gonna be a short one because this is really a few things that I want to share. These are widely shared, their thousands of books about this and this one really there is no technique but no secret. I mean, but you know, it applies and it enhances all the other techniques. And still there are a few things here that while we know them, we forget about them and we need to be constantly, constantly reminded about this. Since you have lifetime access to the scores, you can play the video as an identity one and remind yourself, okay? But you know, the first thing I want to comment, if there is something you can do in five minutes. Yes, Do it now, this is something that it's harder than it it's harder than you believe. And even applying this for many years. And sometimes it's like, Oh, I don't like to reply to this e-mail now. Yes, shut down the outlook. But I go ahead and open it up and I say Come on, let's do it. Because it's, it's, it's a moment. There are many things in life that take us five minutes to go. Maybe a phone call, maybe an email, maybe, you know, something insignificant that maybe if you don't do it, it can make very negative consequences. Okay. Maybe you need to give a call to a costumer and yes, to remind him, Hey, don't forget to do this. And maybe you feel lazy and you don't do it. Are you? You do it two days later? And maybe the customer said, Oh, yeah, thanks. I already figured that out. If you would have used those five-minutes to call it customer and say, Hey, this way, you will have reached the extra mile and probably you would have approached that customer to you first. And you would have gained the customer tourist in a very wide level. Sometimes needy, helping someone, there is something that will take two minutes of your tiny maybe yes. But especially for oneself, there are many things in life that take us a moment and we need to do them. During brain time. You're going to get a lot of ideas and you are going to be using voice notes. I'm going to explain to you why they are. Okay. But those voice notes you need to translate them into to do as well as setting time in the calendar. Because all of these techniques are connected. It's one whole technique. I think gloves encompasses all of these techniques. But it's out from those memories. You get to do things that take only two or three minutes. Maybe you have a remainder. O I have to call Frank to tell him to come next week to the party for an instance. And it's 11th 30-year going to call him. But you can go ahead and you write it down in your version, which we'll talk about it later. And then next time in the morning when you see your voice notes. Oh, yeah, I got the call, frank. It takes only five minutes. And you go ahead and call and you get out of the way. And even those that take us five minutes, you don't even have to track those in the accomplishment because it would be ridiculous. Okay. We have to do many, many things that take five minutes. And you don't want to have a thousand list or 10 thousand things done because it makes no sense, but, you know, things that the short-time go for it. Another thing, let's say that you have a few things to do and you are self-employed, you in half lines as far as a boss or a third party telling you you must do it by this time. No. Let's say that you like me. Like I'm doing this for myself. I have done a few more things before doing this course. And for an instance, alerting process. And I have done that $2 thousand course. I mean, 2200 hours course. Okay. Sorry for the mistake. I have done that 200 hours scores before an instance during this course they have the idea of doing a few more short courses. Maybe I should have done that first, you know, and this is precisely why I'm sharing here small things. First, in my case, I didn't really think about these, these curvilinear suing the other one is true. I was thinking about other courses that are shorter and I plan to do. But if you can do small things first, recording a course that really something that pixel does time, okay, but let's say that you need to do a blog entry or for the next month, or you need to record the course, or you need to take the car to the shop, or you need to go visit your grandma for a week. And you didn't have set schedules for anything. You went to get the small things first. Don It's always easy because that way you get them done. You get them out of the system. A computer when software it's all your your cell phone. When software it's open. Okay. It's taking resources from the computer. When you close it, those resources are liberated. This is the same. You have a few things to do, anything your brain constantly, I have to do this, I have to do this. Even if you can think about it, it's in your subconsciousness. And then if you get them done, you forget about it. It's like, boom, alpha may come out from my consciousness and it makes a difference. After time you feel more mindful, you feel more relaxed, and that's extremely important. Another thing, it's doing one thing at a time. You know, there is a big war in terms of multitasking or not, okay? Psychologists say that human beings cannot multitask while boss is required to multitask. And you might be thinking, well, I multitask, yes, I multitask as well. I am with multitasking right now because in front of a camera, when I was preparing this course, I wasn't multitasking either. But if I do a few minor things that are not important, I can multitask. For an instance, when I get to render discourses, it takes some time to render in I am rendering courses, the computer is busy working. Well, maybe I can in a different in the Word document, I can start working and writing the blog entry, for instance, are preparing this section of my site for this course. And that means multitasking. Technically. I am multitasking because there's something going on. But it's doing, it's a computer doing it. And then I am myself doing another thing. Computers can multitask. This is why they have RAM, they have a CPU and they have a ton of things inside, okay? Because they can multitask, that's the whole purpose of a computer. But the human brain, it can multitask to a certain degree. When you multitask, you lose attention. When a computer, when you reach the top of the RAM, you lose power and then it goes slower. The brain doesn't work the same, but what happens, you lose attention, you stop paying attention. And this leads to mistakes, to errors. They can be from small mistakes, two major mistakes. And then sometimes because you tried to do two things at the same time, you end up wasting more time or doing something wrong. So while multitasking some things, it's a must. You must make sure to know what you are multitasking about, okay? Especially if you are creating if things, so if you are working on things, and I recommend this for any work, even if you are a job at your nine to five job and you need to do a ten phone calls and incentivize emails. I wouldn't recommend you to go ahead and send your email while you are doing your phone call. Because the person in the funniest going to feel you are not even divided attention. So nothing proving your customer service. And in the email you are going to write it in full and you're going to forget things, make typos, or waste more time having to review it. So multitasking to a certain point if you can avoid it. But if you are doing things on your own, don't have half course, don't like I'm doing this course and I'm doing every day. Working in discourse are doing things in the middle. Maybe I have something that takes only five minutes, then yes, of course I do it. But if not, I write it in my calendar, in my to-do list, and I keep doing what I'm doing right now. That's very, very important. Very important. You can say, well, you know, all of this is great and even for a brief time you can think, well, I don't have time, but you know, well, find it right now. In these days, this smartphone era, we spent waste so much time behind that little screen. And to add to that, we add computer, we add the television. You know, there are many, many times that we could use forebear things. This doesn't mean that you should not watch any TV or you should not use your phone? No, of course, there's time to have fun to enjoy a good movie or whatever. But when you spend several hours behind your phone to your TV and you say, well, I don't have time. You have time. Always, you have time. Especially for the techniques I'm going to share next because they take only 510 minutes. You shower, correct? Well, while you're showering, maybe don't put music, maybe take advantage so to embrace them, as I said earlier in the classes, when you are waiting in a red light or you are waiting with your shopping cart full of groceries. There is always time. And make sure to use precisely if you are unable to find it, okay. You can take ten minutes from slipping and find the time there and analyze your day and start organized near death rate time, which I'm going to explain next. And then you will be able to find this time to apply these techniques. Well, let me add something at the very end. Because of many reasons. Many people out there have insomnia. Instead of being stressed out about it. And especially if you can do work at home or you can do improvements at home. Since you weren't going to sleep and you're going to be stressed at debt? Yes, go ahead and try to take advantage of doing other things. Maybe your brain times, maybe trying to find the reasons of your insomnia or maybe, you know, doing work advancing job. Like well, I'm going to get it done now at 06:00 AM and then it gets 9AM and you have done a lot already. And the negative aspect of insomnia that can be frustrating and such, It's going to be positive because you would have invested the time properly. So pentelic wanted to mention that in the case of insomnia. Okay, but pretty much that's it for what I wanted to say in this class. At the end, you know, it has been longer than a third, but these are very important topics, so I hope you enjoyed listening to them and you start applying to them. Now we are going to get to the more interesting ones. 6. A1 - Assignment - Create/Update your To-Do and your Calendar: Hey guys. So this is the first assignment for this course. I believe that adding some assignments will definitely make a difference and we'll help you guys get going. So in this one is pretty simple. The only thing you need to do is you need to create a spreadsheet file, okay? You can download the Microsoft sued or chase it. Or you can download any open software such as liberate office or any other, any others. In fact, you can use a belief Excel online for free. I want you to go ahead and create a spreadsheet file with your to-dos, as well as you're done. Okay, keep track. What do I need to do? Track the priority and also track, you know, make sure you have a section for them. You know, I could guess, go ahead and bring to you a template. This is what most people ask these days. And if you really wanted, I could give you a template. But at a personal level, I believe we will counter products. So I recommend as a teacher that you guys create with your own style, make sure it looks nice. Make sure you like it. Make sure you enjoy it. It makes you happy when you went to school, when you were a kid, you wanted to have your pen case with many, many colors, different pens, different pencils. It's the same, it needs to be predictable. Okay? And also make sure to add your everyday nourishing your to-do list all year to do things. Make sure you set them in your calendar. Make sure you schedule them, and you can start it working. Okay? So that's it for this assignment. 7. 6 - Brain Time! Have a date with your mind!: Hello folks. So we get to my favorite technique, the brain time. This, how we call it. This is a technique that changed my life. And it was yes, out of a quick decision of getting started with doing brain time. And actually this technique has evolved a lot since then. It has amazingly changed my life. And it's a very, very simple, silly technique that, you know, most people don't do because we are social merge in technology that we never get to this. And it's like a huge blessing. We always find time, lunchtime, work time, time with our kids. Tv time. How about Bring time? And you may be thinking, What's up with that? You know, it's yes, building a relationship with your brain. Not even scientists understand our brain. But there is something that I understand that if you connect with your brain, the more you connect with your brain, the more you use it. You know, and these are swimming, playing those games. I mean, using it in terms of top chatting with your brain at a certain level. It's when it's becoming amazing. It's when it becomes crazy, crazy grade. What you need to do, I'm going to explain how to do it and I'm going to explain all of its benefits. First of all, the only thing you need to do it, you need to find little time to do this. You can do bring things in little tiny. However, at first, for you to get used to it, you want to use it 51015 minutes before going to bed. You want to sit alone in your living room or in a room? Not embed, okay. At least at first, nothing bad. You want to sit alone? No music. Dim, light, dark, but not very bright. And definitely no television or computer, no cell phone? Yes. In Notepad, you may want to have a voice note or a voice recorder, okay? You can have an app on your phone. You to have an app. You want to put your phone in airplane mode, okay? Very important because if not, you're going to get distracted. Trust me. You want to put your phone in airplane mode and boys record your notes and wine, because maybe you want to go ahead and synchronize your phone to upload those boys nodes to your Cloud. You want to create a cloud. Most phones will tell you how. And that way you upload it and you have a safe copy of your voice notes. That's all you need. You can do it and low in fat, it's best word alone. Especially at first, you could do with a partner, but you're not going to be talking with the partner anyway, because it's alone silent time. So, you know, you can do it in the sake of pushing each other to do it if you guys have difficulties, but it will get to a point that you will crave for this, okay? So you know what you're going to do in this time where at first yes. Go through your day? Yes. It down and yes, it goes through your day. Nothing else? Yes. Going through your day and don't analyze it. Don't go analyzing, yes. Sit down and allow, you know, the main charter that we're taught. And in some of my classes I teach that and there's one of them next one too. But Chat, shutting down the main part is great. But some things that parents needs to be listened because we've not the pirate won't stop talking ever. Okay. And in bring times is when you can say, okay, parallel, what the heck do you want? Okay. So that's what is important that whether it's what matters. Yes. Allow their thoughts to flow. Yes, listen to that noisy parrot. Pay attention. Because if you, let's say that you say, Oh too, they aid in doing this project and it helped me when very slow because this work program is so bad and so it's low and I don't ever get to copy the processes from the database. And my boss gave me if I could yes. Copy it to this other file. Oops. What happened there? You have an idea. Have you noticed? You already have an idea? Yes. Going through your day, grab your voice recorder or your notepad and write it down. Okay, very important. Very important to do that at first. Then, you know, you are going to be calming your mind. What did talk about it next class where they feel it's best to do it in this one, okay. I am going to share, you can see it attach or not. You can send me a message that you can't access it and I will send it to you. Ec file. It's a blog entry. Okay. It's yes, I've looked entry that they created because it helps out of people that will teach you how to obtain your mind. Am going to upload a PDF files here for you. But at first maybe you want to go through there. And now that pirates to calm down, but it gets to a point, especially after a few weeks later, after a few days. If you get to be constantly in that, when you truly need to set yourself a little more mindful, lower down the activity of your brain. Then what you want to do there? He want to try to set some topics or if you have a lot going on, you know, you have a lot of issues to fix. You have a complicated life. When you do your brain, then you want to say, Okay, I went to focus about my work issues and say it. And if you have to say it out loud, better way, your ears listen to it and it's sent to your brain. Not only your brain thinks in you're saying it is also sent to your brain. It's very important that you, that you do it this way because then when you get into brain, then you're going to be focusing on that. If you happen to get information out, other staff at first don't allow it. Yes. Focus about the topic, okay. Because at first it's going to take some practice. It depends. It may end. They have always in a relaxed person and I could have organized my mind well, but I know people have a harder thing, so it's important to allow that to be organized. So what you need to do it, you need to go ahead and allow yourself to focus on one topic. And if you feel that the topic for that session, then yes, resting silence. Sometimes it's going yesterday that resting silence, thinking out nothing in particular. You know, the brain, it cleanses itself from Google to sleep. Okay, it organizes, it stops. Well, you can do that awake during brain time. And what happens when you're asleep and you organize the third, you miss the great idea that you could have. If you're awake, you filmed. It's also great for brainstorming because, you know, it gets to a point it has happened to me. I see them in nicely. My wife leaves for a second and I go ahead and pause it, ED. And it's like ideas flow within seconds. And that's not because I am super human or anything. That's because I got use to work on this brain time. In fact, when you get used to this, the Ringo's faster. You get ideas faster, not only the membrane time throughout the day you need to think about something. You need to make calculus, you make it faster because they bring it stronger. You are much, much more focus because you learn to appreciate much more your surroundings and what you are doing. You pay much more attention. Constantly keep improving. Because this is precisely what runtimes for after some payment, you don't need to always go through your day. Then, as I mentioned in prior classes, you want to go through seeking points where you can enhance, where you can fix, where you can improve. And even you can ask your mind, hey, give me some good ideas and you're going to get them right away. And as I said, it's very important to take voice notes. Even if you get an amazing idea. Even if you get an admission in the end you say, Wow, I won't forget, this is impossible to forget it. Take a voice note because you can forget. You can be the cease to a point of years. Yes, I will remember this. But when you bring them, you allow your brain to go very fast to cleanse and organize itself. So if you don't grab that idea, it's gone up, clear away, it will be gone forever. It's very important to have that realization. It's very, very important. You know, it's important to do this every day because then you get to find very well what's working for you, What's helping you. And you also get to find what it does not work for you. But it can be an issue, what it can be a block, what it needs to improve, it will. If you are sincere to yourself, you can improve yourself as a person. Massively. Many marriages could be fixed instead of the bars if brain time was done. Because the membrane time, if you are honest to yourself, there is self-realization our yourself because it's not about thinking how the other person, it's about your very own self-realization and trying to find your mistakes and trying to find your areas to improve. Of course, in terms when there isn't a second person involved, you know, you can sort of a suggestion of something that maybe you could tell that person that could help you out or could help that person out, or could help the relationship itself. But definitely, you're going to get abscess much more wisdom than you think. It's like we have a huge amount of wisdom that we're not even aware of. And when we do bring times we access to it. It's like I said, you know, something I like to do it say go ahead, sit down in brain time and this is when you have more practice, okay? Yes. Open your brain. This is how I do it. Okay. Yes, open allow ideas to come. Many times when either this outside-the-box ideas happen, life changing ideas happen. And it can be quite, quite amazing. You know, maybe fixing something that it seems some fixable. Maybe fixing something at work with your partner, maybe getting that $1 million idea. You know what they say? The $1 million ideas, they come out of Brain times. It's amazing. It's amazing and you can't imagine how many realizations I have had short term and long term with this brain types. It's amazing to rush me, I swear by it. You don't need all the run spending five minutes. They at first at night. It requires no spending money. It requires no sacrifice. You're going to see crazy results. Are each brain time they Foundation to enhance all the other techniques and all the other things I shared. So it's very powerful and quite amazing. So I hope you apply it in your day because it's really going to make a difference. And you guys are really going to love it. Okay? So see you next class. 8. A2 - Assignment - Spend 5-10 minutes a day on "Brain Time": Hey folks. So we reach our second assignment. This is very important, okay? I want you to find at least five to ten minute survey for you to invest in silence and relaxation. Okay? You want to use this for your brain? Take as much time as you need. But it's important at first to invest good time into setting those 510 minutes per side. Okay, make sure you take any necessary notes in your notepad or in your voice recorder as long as your device, Eastern airplane mode. And make sure that once you find this, you do it a daily thing. Not the same as sketches like I said, but especially at first for a couple of weeks, try to do it nicely for you to get used to it and start seeing its benefits. Okay, So let's go for it. 9. 7 - Visualizations that accomplish and materialize.: Hi, folks. Well, first of all, big things for continuing with me. It's an honor for me that you are still listening here. It's a big honor if you have any questions, by all means, let me know. Okay. I am super grateful for you to come here. And you know, am grateful because it's very important to remember why and how to be very grateful constantly through the vein, because this is part of this lesson. This is actually part of it. It's not the main thing, but it's part of the engine, part of the gasoline of this technique. And what is this technique? It's about the visualizations that accomplished and materialize. Okay? There is a lot out there about law of attraction, millions of articles. And you know, once again, I am not Columbus discovered America. It has been discovered already. But what I'm doing is enhancing them. And I feel that the law of attraction by itself, by the movie, The Secret that we all know. It's not enough. They tell how to do it, but they really don't tell them To technique. Okay? And this is something that it also changed my life so much to a point that I even created myself a guided meditation for this. I created a guided meditation for this very purpose. Because it's a very strong technique. You don't need that guided meditation to do it. You don't need it at all if you want to buy it, I will eat more than honored. In fact, you are going to find a couple some PDF files here that are going to talk about precisely the power of being grateful because it's something they want to share. But first of all, why the law of attraction is finished? The lava traction is unfinished because they said you need to visualize and feel in your heart that you are having that already and it comes, it's very easy to say. I just said it. It took me ten seconds. And you can be thinking, yeah, right. But my life is miserable and I feel like junk and I am very unhappy. How the heck I am going to do this? That's what I love. Attraction fails. And that's where their technique jumps in, which is to trigger what we call it artificial happiness. How can you trigger artificial happiness? Now, there is literally no one that can't have or can't remember a happy moment in their life. Because with a happy moment either mean your wedding. Well, definitely, I mean that you can use that, but I don't only mean your wedding or when you had your first born, or when you graduated at school, or when you receive your promotion. Because chances are that maybe you have experienced nothing of that. Maybe all of your birthday parties have been set for unfortunate reasons. But in your entire existence, maybe you have a nice moment, maybe a friend that just came and lint your hand or maybe, or maybe something that makes you happy. Maybe you know that whatever, whatever makes you smile at least a little bit. It's important to work on it. It's very important to go ahead and to really cope with that. Maybe at first you need to find maybe as a geo gets something, but literally everyone has something in their life that they can find and they can connect with in a way of saying, well, these can make me smile, smile a little. If you still don't find anything at all, It's when the power of gratefulness comes back. Let me finish this. You first want to look for a happy moment in your life. Look for a moment that you feel happier, even if it's a tiny bit of success doesn't matter. Okay, maybe you found today at the grocery shop the loaf of bread at half the price and you say, Wow, half the price, awesome, I am very short of money. That's so nice. That makes you happy, maybe a little bit, but that makes you happy. So the focus in them that you have little money focused on the fact that you were able to find that great discount and it makes you happy. So yes, grips something like that. Okay, let happiness like that. Even if it's insignificant, as long as it makes you feel a little happy and smile, it's enough. Then you want to visualize what do they say here? Let's say that you want a promotion. So you have a bit of happiness because of say, $0.50 at the grocery. And that was a big deal for you, and it meant a lot and it makes you very happy they're safe at money. And you visualize yourself having the promotion. You close your eyes and you try to visualize it like that movie with as much clarity as you can. You visualize it. Imagine that your boss is saying, Hey, you have done a fantastic job. These companies very happy with you. I am lending you a promotion for you to start next week. Your salary is going to increase in $400 a month. You are going to have this extra responsibilities. I believe this is what you wanted, correct? And you imagine the sound of the voice of your boss. You imagined your office, tried to put as much imagination. Let's say that you want to attract love. You imagine yourself, the other person grabbing your hand doesn't matter the physical appearance. You grab the other person, grown your hand. Going in our work of the beach, going to fancy diner, you know, you started of happiness. So instead of realizing that you don't have this yet, since you started off from a moment of happiness. Then you visualize that part here, visualized that this side here. So what the universe sees, the universe sees happiness and sees what you are visualizing the universe doesn't understand in this. And the reason that we want to say, Oh, she's happy because he saved money on the loaf of bread. But she's not happy because of this. No, you are going to be happy because of the loaf of bread, but you are going to take that happiness in your visualization. When you make your visualization, it's going to be easier for you to be happier, to be more excited, to be happier, and to leave to the fullest, much more that visualization. You're going to, because you're going to bring it up official happiness. And you will be stimulated much more like the universe will say, Okay, this person is very happy for the promotion. There is no promotion, so the university is going to materialize it. This has happened to me within an hour. And things that are hard. It's not like lemon. I'm actually click done. Go ahead and with a lottery, if you have a strength enough, you could do it. But a subconscious level, we know so much that winning the lottery so hard that we don't manage. Some people manage, okay, but try to attract something literally. In fact, there is an exercise for you to make a visualization because you know when you are motivated and when you imagine, you multiply at motivation and it went truly, you send the strength of the universe. You need to use the law of attraction. But being very happy, thrilled, unexcited. The more you are, more powerful it becomes. He's not only visualize because weight and finished. This is why it's important living in the now. Because if you, if you learn to live in the now, you will be able to easily visualize that promotion like if you already have it, that increases the power because if you'd be so allegedly, you already have it, then the universe is going to believe you already have it in a certain way. So like the universe is going to arrange entirely itself to make that happen because it, how it works. Okay? Everything will arrange for this to happen because it's like somehow like if you raise a hand, Okay, Well, supposed to be my drink. Imagine some route. A rich person that will do that shortly, sort like that, but in a very good way. And then adding gratitude, it enhances it even more. You might feel that your life sucks and urine, grateful for everything because you feel that you have very bad luck. But first, you had some money to pay for this course. Maybe you, you had an offer to buy it for ten bucks. You know, from those ten bucks maybe IS make two bucks. We both are grateful, you know, because we both had that opportunity. You have to be grateful because you had those $10 to buy in this course. Again, that alone will enhance your gratefulness. And there are many blessings out there that we are not aware of and might seem stupid, but they are blessings that people would give their left hand. For them. 11, for an instance, having a toilet, such a huge blessing, having a kitchen, having electricity. You know, it's something amazing that many people don't have. And if you want to go to something that every single human being next step that people have is oxygen. If we remove the oxygen from the plant, will die and we take it for granted. We learn to, we need to learn to find, to be grateful are the little things. Because also in we are grateful are the little things. The university pays more attention to you. And it also when you feel your heart with gratefulness, you are able to multiply the strength of that artificial happiness. And that alone makes it more powerful, more easy to attract. And once you get this emotion, once you get used to, this is why I mentioned that it is more of a lifestyle. Then get some techniques when you get used to it. It's when you have an exponential growth because it's like, Gosh, these works, you get more excited, you manifest other thing. It works again. You get even more excited and you keep manifested, manifested, manifesting becomes crazy because the more excited you get, the faster it works. So mortgage where the stronger it gets. And everybody can do it because you can start it off, artificial happiness. But then when you get to accomplish three or four things, there you go, you have those accomplishments to add to your pool of happiness and to make yourself even happier, you are going to feel like dancing. You're going to feel smiling. Gets to that point. Okay. It gets to that point. So it's really powerful. So definitely this is something that you want to do and you're not a good time to do this, is to embrace the time when you finish your brain time or when your brain is set of ideas. You can use this. You can use it also in your car, in that stoplight, in that grocery shop, wait time. You can do it whenever and wherever. You guys need to make sure that your feelings are the correct ones. And you follow this technique and you will see no time how powerful this becomes. Okay? So see you next class. 10. A3 - Assignment - Visualize a desire.: Welcome. This is the last segment, and it's very simple. What I want you to do it for you to try to visualize something, okay, with a technique yields. Go ahead for something easy, something small. Using the technique and mucin everything even explaining, try to visualize something. It will materialize. Okay, but as long as you at least put a time to make the visualization properly, putting your heart and everything, the exercise can be count as fulfilled because the purpose of the exercise is for you to do the technique properly, then whatever you visualize, it will materialize at its right. Okay, but the purpose is for you to go. So let's go for it. 11. 8 - Why proper communication is crucial?: Hey folks. So I wanted to create one more class. Okay, this is this part of the whole techniques, but more than a technique, this is something that really worries me because this is something that I need to share, is something that technically we all should know. But it's something that we are losing more and more and more. And it concerns me because this could, this could affect in a negative way to the other techniques. In addition of affecting of a negative way in all our life in general. And this is the communication problem. We all know we have a growing communication issue. We are well aware about that. Okay. We are every time more and more inside our phones and less and less looking into the eyes of the rest of the human beings that surround us. Our world is becoming as narrow as seven inch. And we need to stop. We need to make a break because it's getting unhealthy and no one it's making many grip. So you want to bring those up in here for you to precisely understand that. Maybe it took about throwing your phone away. A cell phones have lesson. When used properly, everything when used properly, it can be a blessing and everything using excess can be a poison. And cell phones are going to use next. So in order to use the blessing of the, use the blessing part, it's important to find when it's really important to experience his blessing. And we're not. And in those times of excess of cell phone usage is when you truly can find that time that you see you have in order to be able to work on these techniques. So this is why I wanted to do this because it's collapsing. It's almost like a paradox because smartphones and internet brings us closer. You know, we can talk with someone 20 thousand miles away in real time, but we have lost touch with those who are sitting next to us. We have connected to those that are far away, but we have lost the connection to those who are next to us. And that's something that we should stop. We should slow down. We should find valence. Another issue is that the first base worm in this, it's making people not read the information. You know, human beings. This civilization of humanity has parade because we can communicate and technically we can understand each other and we can work together to keep growing and thriving. Because something that it's decreasing, it's starting to happen. And I can see it every day on hundreds and thousands of people they work with. And I see this issue, I think seven years already. And I see this issue getting worse and worse and worse. Moment to be alarm. Okay? Now, it's important, it's very important to pay very close attention to everything you are doing okay, to read everything because you can have those great ideas I didn't mention about. You can get many, many ideas, but if you do it in a haystack way, in a lousy way, or without paying attention, you will screw up. Or if it will require you to read something or to follow a certain amount of guidelines, you're going to fail because you are not reading the guidelines were used to get a scroll, scroll, scroll and hit the button. You know, and, and, and not read things. And this is bringing issues. This will maximize the issues to be a scam. You know, this will maximise of people, take advantage of you, and this will generate a lot of misunderstandings. So drank to pay a little more attention trying to set time to read things properly, whether it's your phone, your computer, a job, a letter, or a billboard, doesn't matter. Bring your antibiotic attention to that, that moment, but not in excess. Okay, pay attention. Pay attention what you are reading, what you are doing. Because this is something that it's been okay. It's been loosing. It feels to me and it's very important to have communication also. Not in terms of the lack of reading or the lack of paying attention to what we're doing because this essay is going so fast paced. But it's also a communication with those that are next to us. And with next to us. Especially, you want to target your partner if you have one, or if you are interested in having one or when you get to halfway. You know, precisely this is an area I work with a lot of people and communication is the foundation of all relationships. About 78% of divorces could be safe if there was good communication when there is an affair, it comes because of communication issues. When you seem to not stand other person, It's communication issues. When you're seeing that you add everything, it's communication issues when you feel you want to be next week, the other person, It's because of communication issues. When you prefer to be with somebody else than with your very own partner. It's all because of communication issues. Because they are blocks. There are problems, there are issues we think that you are not sharing with the outside with the other person. And then those accumulate until they blow up, until the divorce happens, until you truly can stand more the person and there's so much junk to fix that neither of you have the energy to deal with. But if both parties agree to go through issues like everyday, talk about the themes, make sure that things flow. If things work properly, then it's going to be fantastic. It's going to be very easy to fix the issues and not only that, but to discover also greater potentials in their relationship. Interrelationship has its weak points and strong points. And those can be found to getting to know each other. But this is not only going out on the movies embed, this is also through communication. That's very, very important. Also, you know, when you learn to communicate more and to get use to express yourself and to demand others to express entirely back to you. Your life is going to enhance in so many ways. In fact, you know, you're going to have much advantage over others. Knowing that you are going to be at a massive advantage because people is becoming more and more like a Sunday. Yes, following when you gain control of your life, when you learn to communicate with your surroundings. When you learn to not be completely and their award inches, you truly are going to be at a major advantage of others. You won't be able to get scam. You will find time to do everything. You will have to keep growing. You want go through many psychological damage that social media too. And this is proven by psychologist, okay? You definitely will be able to go through your life at a faster and healthier pace. You sniff phone, using swimming is fine, but with a certain degree of living, as well as communicating, that's crucial. The more you communicate, the more you express that. So these are all the techniques, but we have a couple of more classes. Marries her glasses with Ag one to get to them. Okay. So see you next class. 12. 9 - And now what?: Hey folks, So one short class. So you might be thinking, well, and now what? Well, now you have all the techniques, now you have everything I really wanted to share with you. As I told you, I am going to be doing bonus classes as I think of new things. I keep doing brain things to enhance things. If I get to find things, you are going to enhance much more and you are going to be able to realize much more, Okay? So how to cope? How to cope with this? If there's opposition to this. The first thing, first of all, is to start working with one thing at a time. If you have a noisy home, if it gets hard to do this, you can get to the buffer work on the part you want to do is if you went to find, It's important for you to find your safe haven, to find somewhere where you can really, truly put yourselves out of harm's way. Who put yourself in your own sanctuary where you are not going to be bothered. You can go through this normally, home is ideal place because everybody, when everybody goes to bed, you can do it in the worst-case scenario it has recommended, but you can do it in there. Okay. So let me share with you, how is a typical day for me with all of these on? Normally when you wake up, when they wake up, I have with my mind relax because it makes a difference to me that I wake up and go to sleep knowing that everything has been addressed, that what needs to be addressed next, we'll be at rest next day, which it makes it fantastic. And I wake up relaxing and I wake up with a clear in this aspect. Then I go through a day like every other person, but I am not a big cell phone person myself, then I almost don't know soulful metal. Obviously I'm going to ask this in my case is a little too extreme, but yes, I didn't connect with with a type of world. So I do a lot of rain time storing them. Okay. But you don't have typical day for the average Joe. Okay. It will be like, Well, let's say that average Joe's wakes up, you know, he has his main cleans because Hidden Brain time last night. Then he gets himself pampered, showers. He prepares a good time to do brain time because you are on silent. Don't need to put music already. No need to put stimuli from the very beginning of the day? Yes. Allow that to the load. Yes. Allow that to happen. To be relaxed without music. Yes. Washing your teeth, showering, whatever. This is, a good time for Bring thing. Obviously, you cannot take a note if you get an idea here, but you can hold it in your mind for a moment because it's not the same going to bed. Unfortunately. I'm trying to recall it then gainer of the shower at trying to recall it. Then, you know, you get to work. When you have chances to be relaxed, you can be reluctantly, can be focusing on your own introspection times. And then during the evening, you want to, obviously too much introspection is not good. You want to socialize and everything. But then finding some time at night, That's really all you need to do. Okay. Because then when you get used to it, every time during the day and we have many, many more than we realize. Your brain, it's going to go in automatic and it's going to already get started to work on the brain time as I call it. Okay. It's going to get started on that. It's going to get engaged. Also, you can journal. In addition to the to do list that's always mentioned to you, you can create a journal and yes. Right. Entries in how you feel and how how things go. I personally don't do this. I'm connected to it and I observe it every day, but journaling, it helps too many people, okay. It's up to each individual. But make sure that journaling, It's not a chore, okay, it's better to not journal to have your voice notes, your to do list your calendar, the things that you have accomplished, and to use the time to visualize, materialize. I'm grateful for your life. Much better, bring visiting that. But if it's you still have time and you went to journal abs, take a few notes how you're feeling, how you're progressing. You know it well enough. But the techniques themselves want to require that because you are going to be taking note of it. And I cycled remainder, okay? You are going to be having a constant and exponential growth. That's something that will be happening constantly. The more you use this, the better you are going to be able to tell me Fernando, You were very right with this. I am experiencing good changes. If you have questions, you know, I'm always there for you. So one more short thank you. Class as well. That's it. One more. Okay. See you then. 13. B1 - Why a second quicker To-Do list helps a lot!: Hey folks. So I decided to come up with these new bonus glasses. You didn't ask some questions and I think seeing people very involved. So huge thanks to all of you. I'm very happy that you're enjoying the course and we'll economic wanted to bring a femur things and, you know, all of these bonus classes came out from my very own brain times. I really felt that this would be good things to share because the court itself, it was more like a foundation, but this extra bonus classes is I want them to be more like extra, Okay? Extra things that you can add to the main course and you can even make a better path to success out of it. Okay, So this is pretty much a small thing, like having a second to-do list. At this point, probably you already have your spreadsheet or maybe you have an app on your phone or, or maybe a note that I notepad or something that you use as your two valleys. And as we have been putting out a schedule and everything earlier lessons. Well, especially those who use the computer for work, I definitely recommend a second to-do list. And even more, windows are self-employed. Like it's my own situation. It happens to be that sometimes you can get a lot of ideas. Doing your brain times. You get a ton of ideas. Happened to me as I shared with you that maybe make 2025 nodes in a single night. You know what's crazy? And what happens at next day. You went to organize those those voice notes, okay, yes, I can share in earlier courses. And then you get to the point where you see that maybe several of those points there, things that will take you two or three seconds, two or three minutes to do. Are there are there things that you need to address right away? But maybe for some reason you cannot make those in the very same moment you are at. So what the second to the lease is about? Well, you know how they do them myself, I go ahead and create a TXT file, a text file on my desktop. And then a yes right down there. One one chore or one thing to do per line. Okay. And pretty much I save it like quick to do or something like that. Then when I have some time to finally do some work on my next things to do. Then I before working on the main to-do list, I worked on the secondary to-do list because most of the time. So you can clear seven or eight things in shorter period of time. Or you have to address a few origin things. Maybe as you know that the police is things that you have working on at this very moment and then think that you have more for the next things to do or more for even longer term. You have immediate middle term and long term even goes and everything have been sharing in prior courses. So in this one you're going to have the most immediate things. So you want to let Theresa May second to do that first. Okay. And then if you found yourself, you spent a couple hours working through that secondary to-do list, then, you know, that's a bit of an achievement that you can track and you can in your accomplish in your compost section on your to-do list, if you have created it, you can add an entry saying something like, Well, you got your day like everything and use a plenty of little things. So are multiple tasks or something miscellaneous. You can say something like that. In order to say, well, I have spent two or three hours into doing this and making fixes here, there and everywhere. So it feels to me that this is something that will be very efficient. These lists are meant to be temporary. You create them and you're going to work on them for them within the next couple of days. Maybe the evening, tomorrow, and maybe even in a couple of days. But you get to a point that you go through all of it and you finish it. You can erase on either one thing, you erase it, erase it, and then you erase the whole file when it's done. Okay? Because you are going, if you do out of things, you're going to track them down as miscellaneous accomplishments. If you do a couple of tiny things, but I guess you probably don't need to do that. Okay? So it's also very good to do this because it's such a great feeling when you have made a layer of nodes. And then it's something that your brain will continue to do. Okay? It's something that your brain will continue to give you. This is why you need to allow it to happen if you want to make something like more long term and you make a lot of notes in year two, main to-do list is going to be an S and you're going to meet some of them more urgent. So doing it this way, you are not going to miss them that much. And you are going to be able to allow your mind to give you plenty of ideas if you need them. Because it makes a difference. If you feel yourself suffocated and you feel stressed, your regional going to give you more ideas because your brain, one, desire for you to get even more stressed. So you need to make it easier for the rental channel, especially on your days off, okay? Because on your days off, you might want to bring paying off. So then you want to take your notes and you get on Monday or whatever days of you have and after they serve, you, get to your notes. Maybe you have 80 notes. That's insane, but we can happen and has happened. In the best way to organize them is through the quick to-do list. And then of course we could, between those nodes, there will be ideas for more longer-term things and then you add them to your normal privileged. Okay. Well, this is pretty much it for the second to-do list. It's silica, silica channel for you to be able to move things easier and organized even better yourself. If you didn't use a computer mainly for work. You can use a posted or you can even use a Node app in your phone. But it makes a difference, especially for those who are self employed, emits a huge difference when you make a second to billions, you are missing the ideas and you get the things that are more urgent or easiest at rest first. Okay, so let's see what comes up in the next bonus class. 14. B2 - Adding reminders to check your doings.: Hey folks. So in this bonus class, we're going to talk about something more related to organization, sales organization and something to even get more out of this. You're going to realize something, you know, if you have been already doing your brain times and I know some of you have already completed your course and have added this to your lives. And I'm very honored that by either way, I hope it's working wonderfully for you. I know it is. But, you know, I'm pretty sure that you have found ways to improve your waist to work even beyond discourse, know what works better for you and it's a constant improvement and a constant Roberts in here. What's going on? Well, I have realized that it's great to have in one folder, your mind nodes connected with our Cloud that you can upload from your phone. Very convenient for recording when you're doing break time. You might have your main to-do list. You might have your accomplished list, which I added it in the very same file. Maybe you prefer to keep it separate. You might even have your temporal to-do list because maybe you have a temperature for a couple days, but maybe maybe Monday, Tuesday you have it. Maybe you don't, but maybe you have another one. And maybe you clear conspiracy, but then on Friday you create one more for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. So what can happen? That's something she could forget to check among all the files. Honestly. It has happened to me a few times okay. That I am very busy with work. I barely even have time to do other than the main working through. And I have no time to keep working on creating a staff or whatever. But maybe they have 30 minutes or 20 minutes. And I check the quick to-do lists and they go through it and exchange. Okay, and then from there, I go ahead and do a little smaller thing from the main to-do list. What did I forget? Devotionals. Maybe I had a voice note that it was something I needed to address that very next day. Okay. Maybe in one of my sessions with people, maybe in something you want to create. I realized, oh, no, I forgot. So how you can solve this very easily? You can go ahead and cross references. For instance, in my spreadsheet, in my main to-do lists, we see its way. Check every day. And the reason I do it, it's because I have different labels. Okay. And one label is household. What is it to those? So it's something I am going to get to use everyday. But why did they do? Well in the upper rows, I would add Czech boys nodes. Check a second to-do lists. Check the other nodes, something else I have, you know, it's like a half a few reminders there. Okay. Because I am going to go for sure too, that file I got used to it. You want to get used to go to your to-do every day. It could be more difficult when you have to go to four or five places like you have to do every day and you have notes and things and such, okay? Because that's only as art as your own inner doing. Because then you have your e-mails and you have your messages and you have a middle of the summer. Okay. So in here, you just need to remember to go to 11 place. Okay? And in this one place you remainder because it wouldn't be written there on the top. Okay. We'll check it over to the leaves to check your voice notes, to check your other folders, to reply your message, whatever. It's extra that you may forget, you went to write it in there. Okay. In the quick to-do to-do list, I always start them with a header that says check the main to list, check the witch nose, etc. In the voice notes folder I have a TXT file as it's called, check your main to-do list. So this way, wherever I am, even if I'm in a rush, I get there and I realize I have to at least check all the other sources for notes and things to them. Okay. Because that shouldn't be the top priority. Check all the sources of information. And once you have checked them, then you can work on your quick to those and keep going. Okay? And you're not mainly, this is the lesson, okay? It's very simple, but at the same time, I know it's something that makes a difference and it's something that you will help a lot. Because when I started doing it, It has helped me a lot. Not forget. Okay. Well, let's see what's in the next bonus class. 15. B3 - How goes a typical day with these?: Hey folks. So we are in our third bonus class. And I have been told they haven't asked for me to share. How do I apply this in my day? And how it a typical day for me in this aspect. So this course is all about that. It's a more relaxing class so you can just lay back, listen, have a drink or something, you know, company like it's something yes, enjoy. It's nothing out of his war. I've been asked to, so here I am. Let's start by the morning doing next bonus class. I'm going to share something new about morning bring times and something else I do when I want to create these, this class, you know, before I started doing that. So I'm going to briefly mention it, but I will talk more about it next class, okay? First of all, you know, I have learned that there are many things that upon waking up or wrong to do so, I will explain more in next class, but working out for me, it's still washing myself and everything. Yes, go and do some brain time. Okay. That's how we get the day started. I will explain the reason later. Okay. Then, you know, I have some breakfast. I get to work with the people I worked with. Once I was done working with these people, you know, since I work online and I work from home, It's easier after I'm done with them, I get to start roses. And I get started normally with either the voice notes or the main to-do lists. Okay? If I go to the main to-do list, then I am ready directed as I explained to you, to the voice notes, while I am really directed by me or mine, of course, the fire won't do anything. So I go and I check the voice notes. Okay. And then I go ahead and process them. First-party the unitary something tiny to be the first thing you do after you do your daily work. Once you are done with your daily work, you want to do this. So you take your voice notes, you need to organize their voice notes. You know what? I believe I haven't mentioned. Hey, maybe half a folder that says old notes. Once these boys notes are organised into the to-do lists, then the personal is already in the to-do list, so it won't be forgotten. So I go ahead and move the file into the folder older that way, the voice notes that you can find in the root folder from the voice recorder are the ones that you haven't processed yet. This way, you will free yourself from coefficients and you will save time, which is all about in this course to get the best and get the most out of your time and energy to do it. So the first thing you go ahead and organize your voice notes, can you write them in here to bullies? And you put them in your folder. If they are quick things in your quick to do, it's okay. If they are long term, you write it down for more long term. Something I also love to do it when they get ideas for a main idea. Maybe I have the idea for our course and it's one single entry, but then I add a commentary. I add a commentary on Excel to be able to add extra notes, to be able to add soap notes like Connecticut Checklist within an idea for a course. I add maybe several things. Checklist and once I go through all of those things, then the course is completed. Okay? So this should be the very first thing. And then the second thing is to go ahead with a temporary to-do list. If you have it, you might have origin things to others. Maybe not. Maybe you have quick things to notice, maybe not, but you need to address those first, first origin, then the cookies things. Once you have done those, you know, make sure you go ahead to your main to-do list. And the next thing is that candy can be added. You may add them. You may do them. And then of course, at all of these completed. Okay. So this is pretty much and this is pretty much what I do for work afterwards. Working on this stuff. Then take advantages of making a lot of legal bring times because sometimes it happens to me and it gets my wife crazy. Sometimes she goes for five-minutes to the bathroom or to HIn. And when she comes back a half to new ideas and sometimes they are crazy, awesome ideas. And you know why this happens? Because I have got used to be on line right here and not on the phone. I have came to a point that they really disliked cell phones, social media, and stuff like that. I don't like to be connected all the time. It's becoming a major addiction. In this assigning. People spend several hours on their phone everyday and, you know, sure. It's nice if you say you have a few spare minutes, you grab your phone, you check something. And I obviously have learned every now and then, you know what? My first choice is not always the phone. In fact, if am at home, it's more difficult that they would pick up the phone. And third choice, if I am at them all waiting for something, then of course I might pull out the phone because it's not the ideal place for a brand. I mean, even though I go with brain damage, many times steel and it makes me insignificant, but those five minutes of of gray stagnant your hand in between things. Maybe you only have check a few photos on Instagram. Okay, that's great, but maybe you have thought about a few things to add your very own Instagram, to have a lot of followers, likes and stuff. You know the difference? I'm sure you know it now, you can get a crazy idea in a moment and still maybe it's related to your social media or whatever. But it still is going to bring a lot of extra out of parses for you. Okay? So this is why I do a lot of grain times through a vein. Then of course, when it gets, when he gets nine. Obviously enjoy watching some TV with my wife for talking to hair or whatever, you know, but he gets to a point that she likes to go to meditate a little. And she loves her own bring things in her own need at the time. And I remained doing my own thing. And sometimes it can go for a couple hours. Sometimes I have to stop myself from that fantasy of thinking. And I go to bed because we need to sleep. So this is how, this is how I typically go through an array. Okay, Now, in next class I'm going to explain how I'm, how are my very early morning is going to take my 3045 minutes while you could apply this to your life and how it's going to help. Okay? So see you then. 16. B4 - Morning brain times. Good to visualize the day. Early opportunity to be grateful.: Hey folks, in this class, as I mentioned to you in prayer class, I wanted to go ahead and share more about my morning. Very early morning. I am myself a bit of early bird, and I like to wake up earlier in the morning. Well, let's say that, you know, in the past I got used to wash my face and my staff and such and then bull jumping to the computer, start working. Well, you know, after a couple of years or after a couple of years doing that every day, reach to a point that it became unhealthy for me and for my consciousness. He would add stress even though there was no reason for a stress in steel at stress. Okay. So I came with a solution doing a grain time. The solution is precisely two. Very simple. Not wake up and get busy right away with is something that our society, it's failing to do. But even more than the cellphone abusing the pixels from addiction, it's even worse, you know, we, we got from it and we want to be busy, busy, busy, busy. And that's terrible game. Now, when you've seen if you have an animal companion and you see your cat that has been sleeping for two hours and then the cat is slowly wakes up slowly stretches, remains dormant in the same place for a while. It starts at one place to another place. Looks at you, maybe see miles. Maybe she goes three, then you slowly start moving and starts to become grounded. Well, we have to do the same. We, it might be humans. I wouldn't be very smart and whatever, but we should not forget that we have a physical body that has its needs and it's biology really scrubbed by our constant smashing through it. Okay. We are really, really been very tough on our shelves. So what do we do after washing myself and such? I like to go ahead and sit in front of well, in my case, this is not required. If something extra, I have one of these luminous lights, these lights that they have 10 thousand luminous and they emulate this. And I like to put that in front of me and to wake myself up better. It's very good for your pineal gland and for your consciousness. You know, if your weather where you are, It's not like sunny every day then, you know, or you are indoors because maybe Sandy but you are still at your office. You are not getting enough sun and that will ruin your sequencing block, okay, or it's hard to pronounce them. Sorry. You know what, your internal clock we'll be grew up. Okay, so I like to put this slide on, but this is something that has nothing to do with a car, so I like to do it. So what I do is to put this right in front of me and ISC in front of it. We can maybe have a little closer steel that I open them and then I allow my mind, rather than pushing thoughts like I would do at night. I allow my mind to start by itself. Okay? Normally at this point, I like to go through all the achievements that I have done the day prior. Okay. Focus what I have done yesterday, whether it's work personally, doesn't matter. He may focus on my prayer. They achievements. Then I recap what they have to do for today, okay, before I start to work, what do I have to? So this way, you know, am I activate the excitement? I'm excited about already. Early in the morning. I'm excited already unhappy. So this is a great way to start your day because you've already said your mood for positive. You know, they say that they woke up with the wrong foot and then the whole day is ruined. Well, if you on purpose wake up with a good food every day, you're going to have awesome days every day. Okay? So the best way to start this is to be in focus, okay? Amine grateful, focus on gratitude. Especially if you're self employed, this is very good for you to do. If you are, you know, some things, maybe you only have five hours to sleep and there is no other way for you. We have created a society that is very tough. Sometimes you don't even have the time, then. Well, maybe you can find five minutes or something, but still maybe when you shower or something, even five-minutes, will you please don't wake up first thing in the morning and grab your phone already. I would suggest you that you don't grab your phone at least within the 31st minutes of the day. Okay. And if you for some reason grab your phone, which I sometimes do it an eight recommended to maybe check your calendar or maybe check do a quick check. You don't want to jump into your computer. And if for some reason your cell phone is your main tool of work, then you should not do even better. Okay, maybe you can have paper notes or something, you can check those, but This is something that is an exception sometimes, but most of the times you won't be doing it anyway. You will be seeing they're focusing on yesterday and what you have done. Well, what you have to finish from yesterday, what can you improve from yesterday, and how awesome is going to be today? You have to focus on that because that way you feel yourself up with gravity. Unlike attracts, like. So, if you have gratitude, you're going to attract people with gratitude. People who wants to share, people who wants to open. You know, you will be connecting at a very deep level much more with the things you do because you are going to be with a positive behavior. It's also good to do some pre-planning of the day for an instant. I think well, today I know that I have about a couple of hours of working with bullae work and then I really want to do those designs before I go ahead and work out. I would say it that way. So it's a tool to help it to reorganize yourself. Okay, so cool to, to help yourself to start organizing the day. And that way you're going to have much more confidence because you already have preplanned your day, then you go ahead to your computer or your phone or wherever, you check everything, will you keep moving forward, okay? So it's very good also for you to realize that, you know, in doing this, it's going to bring you a much more clearer mind. You're going to be much more clear and much more aware to your lady because you already are going to have your thoughts organized. So this is going to help you to be more focused if you need to connect with people who are going to have your mind clearer also, because you already have organized your mind. You are not in that staff meeting and giving the staff meeting to your employees, I'm thinking, oh, wow. Well yesterday they stock blah, blah, blah. No. No, because you already have thought about that earlier. Okay. I didn't have made a note in your domain. Boom. You'll have to take care of that now. That way you decrease your mind to be loaded with thoughts that way, that way most of us, we have a very busy mind. I have learned to tame it and I enjoy Silent times through the day. I loved that they don't think anything at all. But most of the times, most people has the issue of not being able to control their mind. And if you cannot control the peritoneum mind, maybe you're focused on something very specific that requires an undivided attention and you get distracted by your own mind. That's why we're doing this in the morning. It's very good. And not because of that, but because of say in a good mood since early in the morning and being grateful, you are going to be much more confident so that they match more magnetic and you're going to attract much more and much better. Okay, well, this is seed for the bonus class. I want to make a last tiny bonus class to invite you guys to another class, okay, another course that you are probably going to laugh. Take a quick look at it. 17. B5 - Going through things in brackets.: Hey everyone, How are you guys doing? Well, it hasn't been a while, hasn't it? And hey, I wanted to bring here one more bonus class. As you have seen from the initial course, a few more bonus classes being raised. And it feels to me it is important to keep bringing more fresh information. You know, some of these things are very common, they're very mundane, you know, and I'm sure you know some of it, but sometimes we need a nice reminder. And it's precisely where I'm coming with this class to v. It's nothing out of the box is nothing crazy and it's quite simple. But I felt myself from the last few months that this is something that applying it in my life has really helped him to be more productive, to be much, much more energized and low-key stressed. Because no, in this path to success course, it's really deal at a very aggressive way, focus in this expansion, professional development and gloves. And sometimes you need to get to a point where you need to find a state of balance for that. And honestly, you know, I, you know, I have found out from experience, even with my own doings and also working with older people. That epic tendency is for those who have their own business, who works from home, it's to overwork to a point that you end up with a shiny with stress. And you know, you will not be all over the place. Technically, you're following everything in this passage or test scores, but you are going to be always in, in overdrive. You're always going to be maximum, maximum steam ahead, you know, way too much focused on work and we're going to put out of pressure in your physical body and your mind. And it's going to get to a point where it's going to drain you out. Okay? So this is pretty much a very silly thing. It's only about getting to organize yourself in brackets. It's how I call it. Let's say that you are very aggressive person. You are super worker and you work your workaholic. Great for workaholics one, because that way you get to put some limits to yourself. Because you can say Save and shiny arrow being too aggressive. I know overworking yourself. So you know, it's about separating the main work in brackets. Let's have you work from home. Okay. And let's say that you work with vase to work with customers on a daily basis. And then you get to create construction advice. For example, let's say you are an advisor of some sorts, but then you're also on the site creating some courses about construction or whatever. Okay. To make something that no, you you are going to design your to be able to work with your customers. Obviously, they have a fever if you're paying your rent. However, you also want to keep on growing, keep on expanding the business to grow, and to develop, and give you some things over, work yourself with both you are going to end up with, especially in those moments that you get huge influx of customers. And you didn't have a chance to be able to start scratching of the checks out of those links. And some of you may get very stressed out front. So it's very important to you have to work with customers who set aside some time, the Internet to say something they Morton given a period of a few hours or depending on the time of day on the job. Then sit aside some time to be able to do something else. Let's see. Okay. Now to her website workers for marketing, they insert another time, maybe for learning, maybe for starting if you want to get to study. First, note. And then the same, the same thing in the afternoon or unique. Okay. Even at first, you need to make sure you set up some time to find. Okay. So let's say that we were already working around 99 again and say, Okay, I'm going to crusade and peer learning am only from work and then you're going to be on the phone. But if you can be you know, if you if you could be three hours now, You are going to be only two hours since that day. You only have worked for an hour and three minutes worth of time. You can do an extra step which he personally recommend for you to create materials for you to create that construction project that I was mentioning to you earlier, okay. For you to create non customer. And then you can save some time, you know, also the Heartland before closing for lunch, okay. To some of your studies, you want to get to study some market. Maybe you went to study somewhere programming. The Sangha, especially the one that works from homes to get to know everything. So you're going to find good thing to be able to do some study, also k. So that's why you need to set a maximum, allocate its time for customers that way, when you get overrun, you can actually play with it because also maybe an hour, 30 minutes in the end of the day, maybe you went to set aside another fraction this time with your with your clients even though. But then also during the afternoon, you may find some time to work in terms of working with your computer, working with your rubber says we have projects, everything. Again. Say that your customers are available on asteroids, then go ahead and draw in the morning more computer work, and then more customer working there, ask him where it matters most is to go a step beyond and even more organized and sit outside. So maximum bang for every singles you are doing your projects were fantastically well. Yes, you can work for three more hours though. Okay. Because in the end, you're going to want to have those three hours and that's not good. Okay. You need to shift, so maximum, thanks for that. And also usually forget to say something for joy, something for having fun, and something for taking breaks. That's essential, That's very important, okay? Because that way you can control better the growth. This way you're going to get a very, very big gross and you're going to expand, giving the sign yourself that you're going to be more organized. You are going to be able to do everything. I never feel stuff. Okay. Maybe you want to go ahead and finish that project. And if you say and do some styling, when I work everything, then I am wasting AND laying like maybe for more days the project. Well, sometimes you can go for it. But if you are working beforehand and that organic matter, then you're going to have plenty of time for that. So don't worry, it's better to do to end up finishing my mom's one, particularly having to study, we increase the risk of something else will come and you won't be doing study, grinning, rendering. You're frustrated because you don't have time for everything into this thing that you want to do. One thing, I'm not going to happen. So the hormones and say, Well, I haven't studied, I have been having breaks and I haven't been able to compensate project. You're going to feel more complete and it's also going to help you with the customer flow. Let's say you are growing very fast. You see your maximum allocated hours surpassed every single day. You can surpass it, but you come to a moment that the waiting time, you should come into that shape. This means you to raise your prices. This meeting to make some changes. In the original Greek disorganization, you will have discovered these the fastest and the most, which is quite fun. So as you can see, it's quite simple, nothing out of this world, but even if it was good to share with you all and to have it as part of his core need to reach success, you would need to go ahead and even better organization and avoid overworking and to be able to attend to the house and duties. That goes over several break. Okay. So I hope you enjoyed the class and see you next time. 18. B6 - Meeting with a state of balance: Hey folks, how are you guys doing? How are those distances, those jobs, those life's going for, I hope, great. You know, with these scores, you can make it great as you know. So if you haven't finished it, I invite you if you have any clarifications and questions, I can go ahead and repeat them to you. I'm more than happy. Okay. So they wanted to make a bonus, a brief and easy bonus class, but it still is something I want to share. Okay? Because these last six months, I have seen myself involved with a lot of things to do when I'm working on the sides, agreeing servers and working on my gradients and not doing everything every single day. You will get to a point that if you would write down another symbol tasks, it's fine. It's nice, especially academe. But you know, I have been doing this for four years and actually more than four years, let me know when you build the community. And sometimes you have maybe like, you know, like a very big task and you want to go ahead and break it down into smaller tasks. For this, I have to say I could do two things, okay, so first of all, let's say that you have a very, very big task, okay, like creating a course from scratch. Okay? So instead of putting the rules, yes, you can, you can put the coolest, create these cores. And then when you have your own, you start working. You want to create yourself a little bit more of a detailed to-do list, okay, so you make sure I'm not forgetting anything. For an instance to create a new course when you have the idea of a car. So can you anechoic rooms because of crime, for example? And then you want to go ahead and get started first. Okay, so what is a sea levels for this course? And then you can put down the list, go ahead and do this levels. Then go ahead and prepare each class. Go ahead and record its class, render its class uploaded, organized. Many, many steps sometimes. And when the task is very large, you want to make sure you break it down even smaller. Okay? This is something that is hanging out because that way it gives you a feeling of progress every day. It may it may mean insignificant, may feel he doesn't matter, you know, but it does matter because it will bring you to progress more. He would bring him to see that you are doing things in now. And they were having doing this. In fact, maybe I had a TXT file on my own, my desk. Okay. And then I will title repairs, whatever, whatever. And then, you know, in in a small even when I preach, I work on adding the actual task, sub-task. Okay? So it's like I have this array of things to 25. Mad when I do it, it's a major accomplishment. I think talking about that by your classes. So you want to go ahead and, you know, when you have a past, you want to break it down into smaller tasks, okay. And have the least with with Eastern, have to access. Okay. And as you keep Moving forward your big test, you can see you're going to start scratching off the task or putting an x or whatever, okay? And then you can see, well, I have done so far all of these, and I am only yet to do this. That will bring you more than you more because you will see, Gosh, I have done a lot and you will feel excited and even he didn't perceive it at a subconscious level, you will. Why? Because you will get a feeling of doing more work, okay? Because you aren't doing it. The problem is that you have one goal and you break it down. In addition to being able to forget some staff, you also can find yourself using motivation because it seems that you have in step with the same time for a long time. If you break it down into small tasks, you want to go ahead and just scratched off as you do. Then the way I do it from here, when I add it back into the Excel, I take a card or something. Then inside as a commentary, I add the checklist of everything done. Sometimes I like to do. This is really good for brainstorming. Also, some things that they do when they have a lot of small, big array of small hairs that they have nothing to become themselves. You know, they agree the pages changes in whatever. Small social media reviews, students post their legs, things like that. You can do in five minutes. But maybe you have a theory of foreign. If you brainstorm, you can get a year, so things you can do. Well, then you can write something like array of new ideas or every of tasks. And then you list all it has the TXT file. And then when you get it done, you upload it when one's back to the spreadsheet, like a big accomplishment, you can pull from day-to-day. And then in a commentary you will see the whole list. Okay? So this is something significant and this is something important for you to be aware of because it will really give you a big push, okay, especially with very big test, it will give you a big push. And also it will help you to keep it organized. Because at first it's nice to have an area of little task done, much organized when you get have you know, kinetic title. So you have a test. Our next common carrying all connected to that. And that will benefit. Okay? So this is pretty much, it, It's very, very simple, very straightforward, but there's still, this is something that people all the time asked me about, anything like that to make these quick glass and now you guys have more clarity units. So thank you very much and see you next class. 19. B7 - Taking time for yourself..: Hello everyone. How are you guys doing? How are ghost? Life's going? I hope you guys are able to find more and more progress every day and that you are able to accomplish your goals and dreams. I am sure that by now, especially those of you who have already joined the course earlier and his bonus class are experiencing changes. But I come with a quick and easy bonus class about this topic because there is something that maybe we haven't touched based very much over the course. And that's about don't overdo it. Now some people might be more or less aggressive, but some of us are really goal oriented and we aim some things way too high. And while basket success, I created to be able to manage everything, there is a limit to everything and something that you can happen to do. It is to forget to sit quiet time for yourself. And I don't mean the brain times. I mean, maybe breaking up your family and going for the beach or blame some little games or yes, patient sports. Whenever. It's important to remember that while you do have a very aggressive schedule, things are going steam fullest in my head and it's awesome. You need to remember that you need your own time to mentally rest. Because if you're accomplishing goals constantly and glucose in and constantly, when more and more and more, it's great. You might feel wonderful, but we're going to exhaust yourself. You're going to exhaust yourself if you overdo it. So it's very important to also make sure to do in your sketch. So some time for yourself, something to reward yourself, especially after a breakthrough, after finishing a project. I also time for you, you know, when you're working on one because that will allow you to rest and you wouldn't be able to come with clearer ECO awarenesses that will allow you to even improve things. Even if you are guessing the beach, then you might have a random ideas taken note of it. And it will pay off a lot. But it's important to also take your own time because you know, you show gratitude to the universe. When you show gratitude to yourself. When you show graphically universe, you get more, you receive more, you progress more things, go easily. So it's very important to be very happy. Everything you have done, you know, many there goes rainy days that you'll do very little. You know, that you feel kinetic actually sealed or unit gets to a point because everything that you get used to some level of war, enemy someday because of computer problems or whatever bump on the road. You to watch three hours and maybe you only took care of your clients and data feel extra fees and you feel like you haven't done anything where we stack. Okay. Because there is a difference in realizing that you have may seek out or a difference than maybe after away from your control, or maybe you know, that they need to rest a little. And that's why it was good for you. Because even if you do a little, even if you didn't get much done, you still have to be happened because you have brokers, because you have overcome something. Even if it's five minutes, ten minutes, only. Tomorrow, you might work three hours and might get things done. But even if you have gotten smaller amount, don't worry, you don't spiral that not every day. It's going to be a lot, okay? And in fact, it wouldn't be good. So it's important to be happy and to feel content and grateful. Many of those days you couldn't achieve high load, but at least you haven't trained you have in moving forward and you have been putting your farm and you have had some results. Be grateful for those results, okay. If you find that you're upset because you are not meeting your standards, then you can obviously going to bring time and get yourself some help with that. And that's pretty much it for this bonus classic kinetic wanted to bring that reminder because it's something important that is easy to forget, especially with how this course was going. It was all about moving forward and u2 moles. So now you know that you also have the book yourself iteration and take care of yourself on your own needs as well. Okay, So with that being said, I hope you enjoyed the class and more will come. See you then. 20.
