About This Class

This is a delightful little watercolour sketch for you to enjoy.

Because the the camera angle you have a slightly different view, but following the process is the most important thing.

Sometimes you may feel you want to paint but don't know what. Well I say grab anything. Animal vegetable or mineral and just enjoy the process. It doesn't matter if it doesn't end up as a 'picture.' The thing is that you have enjoyed doing the activity and keep it spontaneous and fresh.

Keep it simple, colours are yellow ochre, indigo (you could use Prussian blue) then cadmium yellow and scarlet for the berries.

It's a good exercise for using a limited palette, creating a sheer effect and creating highlights and shadows.

Enjoy your painting.
