Loosening up is one of the hardest things I need to do. There is no mistaking the extreme talent it takes to make careless strokes look perfect, but the lessons doesn't make that sort of simple brilliance look unattainable by mere mortals. I really enjoyed the emphasis on linework.
The exercises and instructions make it very clear what Robert Joyner is wanting us to understand and experience when painting more loose. Very helpful!
