1. 1.0 - introduction to outromaker: welcome back to another course. Today. We are going to take a look at outro maker dot com, which creates animated end screens for YouTube videos. I'm gonna be talking about why you should be making out Rose your videos, altro scenes on your videos that you host on YouTube and why it's important. I'm also going to do a screen cast walk through off the outro maker software in the browser , the admin section of it. I'm also gonna do a screen cast off the work you need to do on the YouTube side. Both of these are super super easy. You could be done and out within 10 50 minutes. Saves a massive job of creating those end scenes on your video, so let's get into the course. 2. 1.1 - what is outromaker for youtube?: So if you host videos on YouTube on, have the time. You should definitely make an outro because you can link some of your other videos that you've done recently for the end of your video. Get that hot link. You've already got them engaged. You've got people watching your video. You want to send them somewhere else instead, off YouTube sticking that thing on the end, which are related videos, which takes them away from your content onto other people's content. So I won't be playing this 15 32nd click at the end to get them clicking on stuff of yours rather than other people's. Don't want to lose that person to another video elsewhere on YouTube. Not getting the benefit off the views, The advertising revenue of people sitting on your videos building mobile friendly cards is super easy. Now. You don't have to create um, separately. It's super easy with it all. It can create them at same times. It creates the annotations honestly, Would you see it working for the first time? I hate the word auto magically, but it is pretty magic, and that used to take a long time of creating each zone for each video, and that's probably why I never did it. What this told just makes it super easy. I could. You start at $2.99 a month, going up to $7. 99 for the pro. The basic version is good enough to get by, but if you're a regular YouTube, but I would suggest that you go to the pro version, the large version at $8 a month. If you're doing while on YouTube anyway, dollars is not that much. I think this is also the ideal job to outsource overuse sites like Fiverr or people per hour or up work. You can find people from the Philippines places around the area for $345 an hour that can go through step through your videos on YouTube, and to do this for you can add them as somebody who can go in and add these to it so fairly , fairly easy thing to outsource and get created 3. 1.2 - screencast of the outromaker admin: get started on this little video looking inside the interface on outre maker. I just want to give a big high five to the outro maker guys for extending my try. Ally originally had a seven day trial, have extended it to 30 days so that you get back in, show you some of the features, so go and check them out on twitter twitter dot com. Altro make okay, So also, another thing that they've just posted a few days ago is creating a template with camera for freezer. Go and check out their block. They've got some great post on there. This is a really good one for making the background for what I'm about to show you. All right, so there's three sections to outre maker Paltrow's templates and annotations. If you don't understand what the ultra make it does, it is basically a animated end screen for YouTube. Videos with the previous video that they put out enables you to click through to a previous video, but also put your social content on there and a subscribe button. So I'm gonna quickly show you one that I did three months ago. I can quickly have a look at it here will turn the audio down. I use this for video blogging Month on holidays is the different video blog's from each day I had an animated graphic video running in the background, and then these are actual YouTube videos. They were linked at the end, and I put those on some of the videos. So that's kind of the output. That's what you're gonna get quickly jumped through to the templates. I created a template. So let's just edit that template that you just saw. You have a template editor on the left. Inside. Here you have the background image, background, audio as well, so you can have audio to it. You can draw custom area or you can select default. I actually drew these custom and created them to size to Parliament decides. I think more than a few looks really busy. I actually think this is probably a bit too busy would probably just have one main one. There is a default view you can select of you that you would like. I think something along the lines off. Maybe this one would be better. We load that one up to replace this placeholder kind of like that. Sure, if you can select all of these at once, but you can see how you can just, like, move them like that and another one and maybe your subscription stuff. Either here in the bottom corner or your social stuff. Go back to this to YouTube back out here. You see this slog? Post that they did. I scroll down a little bit. It is more videos you will love. You see the two placeholders here and their social accounts underneath the subscribe button so you can make that in camber and then import that. Bring that image that background image at full HD resolution 1920 by 10 80 into this very, very simple ism annotations as well for this aerial ultimately annotated load on areas. Well, look, if you select families and click on clone and add some more elements if you want to do that so very, very simple to use. There's also specific frame rate for your video. I've not seen that before. It must be a new feature, so 60 frames a second. If you're capturing and a video clip in the background, I guess you can set up to 60 French Second if your video on YouTube in 65%. So all of this template editor really very, very simple to use. You know, once you've got your template done and saved, that's what you're gonna be using for each of your different templates. Let me jump through to the template section Briefly. So these air the templates that I've made a lot of playing with. There's even featured templates that you can see that people have made specifically for game in here Lucky Go down, select Just select one. He's run the ones here and Macon Outro from it. So this is a template preview off somebody's designed one. You could see this here. Previous uploads 123 and a big subscribe button here. This where subscribes gonna go, you see on the background there they've got a subscribe button as well. That's kind of called selected That template for click on next on What it will do is it will now pull back because I've ruling my YouTube account to outre maker. It will pull back the videos that are listed it on my YouTube channel so I can literally pick on 23 You'll notice. All the other ones are great out because we have three position on that video. So if I now go to next, you can see here in the bottom. That's the result. That's my last three videos I can click on. Next on, you can select a video duration. How long I want it to actually be. I can. This actual video clip that's gonna be at the end of the at the end of the video YouTube video can even select starting points. If I want in these videos that start playing from their paws on their 31 seconds that one and then I can just click on finish on. What it will do is during your trial. The resolution of your outrage is related to 3 60 Great now for Haiti, so you can see they give me a trial package for the next 30 days. But I want to be able to export in full HD. Think the price that is too 99 per month or 7 99 So if I click on upgrade, you can see it's to 99 a month. Notations stopped templates, Template creation, subscribing for $8 a month. If you're put in lots of YouTube videos up, it's gonna be worth to you. The frame rate being changed at up to 60. Audio sport video background even eight bucks a month. It's not that expensive if you're putting out regular YouTube videos. So what will happen now is it's going away. You can see here it's actually running in the background, grabbing, scrubbing those video files, and it's making me a 15 2nd video. With the seconds that I've done, you can see that this is 3 60 p. So it's a very low quality format you want in full HD ideally. And then what you're gonna do is you're gonna download that file to your machine, building you a 15 2nd video so we can preview this now and you can see here. It's got an overlay on the outro maker. It's got my videos playing from a different areas. Very simple. I've got a 15 2nd video with those video clips, escalating YouTube. Now I could download that video clip, put that into my video editor at the end of my video. Then I upload that video onto YouTube, and I'm going to show you now on a video. How to include that on the very end off video clip using the annotations 4. 1.3 - screencast of the youtube magic!: Okay, so I want to show you the YouTube side. I've uploaded a test video here. It's unlisted. It's 35 seconds long. I had to redo the video only originally just uploaded the end section that I normally got the end bit. The 15 2nd bit with all the different video clips in there that it creates try to do the annotations. But it said the video needed to be 25 seconds long, and obviously that was only 50. So I just had it out with this thing in the beginning. So what you do is go to annotations. Used to be a bookmarklet that you dragged to the bar at the top of your browser and you clicked on that. But it looks like they've now got a chrome extension. So I'm gonna go through the process of installing the chrome extension, see how this works. So, auto add annotations that caused you to create outro for YouTube video in three simple steps so already added to chrome, I think it's a the top here. That's where it is. Yeah, it's up there, right? So let's go back to this. What it does is wherever the video is at the end. So this 15 2nd video that I've got you move it across to the end and we'll show you how that works. So I'm gonna go into end screening annotations, which is the fourth button along, and I'm gonna click on Understood. Yeah, so good. It's telling me about how to promote stuff. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna cursor across until where it starts, which is 20 seconds. And then I'm gonna click on Outro Maker here, and I'm gonna do auto annotations and cards and then it pops this up abs, YouTube, annotations on my ball cards, create YouTube cards to recommended for mobile devices. And I'm not gonna add the titles under the video. I just wanted to create the links to those cards I'm gonna click on, add I'm not gonna do the warm. We just did, because that used a different background than usual, one that I did from three months ago, and I'm gonna create the YouTube cards, but I'm not gonna put the titles on the video that put text on the screen. So I'm just gonna put on add on that will go away, and it's added. The annotations added, the cars a click on Done. It'll reload my video with the end credits. And just like magic, you'll see that it's put these overlays. If I scroll forward a little bit until the video comes on, you'll see it's actually put the annotated links with the links to that particular video on on the screen, and it does it for subscribe. All the things auto magically usedto have to set these up separately, which is just so much easier to do. And then you just click on apply changes, changes applied, and we'll go back to that video this video up. Five. Fast forward a little bit into the video around here, you'll see. Here's my end video, and each one of these is a hyperlink on these work as cards as well. If I click on the top of here, you can see it's created all the mobile cards to each one of those videos. So instead of getting this at the end, you get those people for you know, at least 15 seconds, or however long you set that timing for just gonna close that you probably want to do it for maybe 30 seconds. And this conduct each one of videos. Super easy. Super useful. Great price. Definitely suggest Outro Maker. Go and get it today. Give them a shot on Twitter because they're awesome. 5. 1.4 - take part in the project!: All right, then. So five step project. Go to your project in the bar below. Put an awesome project title in the project. Workspace be creative. Tell me about your YouTube URL. I'd love to go and check out your videos. What do you do on YouTube? Would this be useful? Are you thinking about making outro? They have You thought about it before, but tried it and it was difficult. Pick a sweet cover image to put on your project. If you don't have one glove to know my dog pictures get when they're free. Click on Save on dure. Done. 6. 1.5 - the roundup: All right, then. So the round up, fairly straightforward little this is I just wanted to get it out today because I've been thinking about it for a long time. And altro maker got back to me straight away and extending my trial for 30 days, which I really appreciate them doing that if you could give me pro now, that would be great. Fairly straightforward task to save you Time suggest you use up work and outsource sees tasks to be done. They do short in the task. But I would say that this is a perfect job for somebody to have access to outre maker and then access to your YouTube channel. Able to do this on every single video of yours is another where bilson maybe think about Is it worth having paying out money before you have them done? Because I don't if you're like me. But my bills have changed from direct debits and standing orders to Web digital service bills and $10.5 dollars 50 notes. While at the old Mount up, you end up spending as much as buying your house or renting or mortgage on a house with Web bills every month. So double check that you're gonna use this. If you have a look at the average amount off YouTube videos you're putting out every month , you're putting out 10 20 videos a month. I would definitely say Go for the Pro Pack. It's a good way to capture people, to look at more of your content for you. Lose them to the suggested videos at the end has always been a big problem with YouTube. You don't have any control of those related items. They end up just going to different videos on the Web. And then there's nobody looking at your account anymore. You know, getting the views.
