About This Class

In this class, I am going to show you how to make three kinds of oil-free hummus. Hummus is easy to make and tastes a million times better than store bought. Most packaged hummus contains cheap vegetable oils and a lot of salt. Homemade is more healthful, delicious, and cheaper than any store bought brand. All you need is a food processor to help you with this recipe.

I make hummus every week but I can get bored of the same hummus all the time. I am going to show you how to make a basic hummus recipe and then two variations on the recipe to really kick it up a notch with Lemony Za’atar and Spicy Harissa variations. Plus, some take away culinary lessons that you can take to your next recipe!
