Project Description

Get Nutrition right for your exercise regime

Focus on getting your nutrition right, before, during and after your race. Check out the Calorie Calculations and see if you can do your own example for your own exercise regime. Watch the video on running to lose weight and if it is applicable to you apply the 8 week training plan to your own life and monitor the changes.

Learn about the different food groups and get good examples about what foods you should be adding to your diet. Practice creating some pre-race, race and post-race meals and see how they feel on race day. Make some of the recipes, eat the meals and see how much better they taste than your average sugar bar.

For this project you will need to upload a eating plan broken into 3 cataogries. i) What do you eat before a run/exercise? ii) What do you eat during a run/exercise? iii) What do you eat post exercise?

You can simply answer these 3 questions, or upload a document showing the breakdown.

Goodluck!
