About This Class

There are two things I learned interviewing people for my work in executive search.

The first thing I learned was that companies want to hire exceptional people.

The second thing I learned is that few hiring managers know what they are doing when hiring. The proof is in the statistics. Depending upon the survey you read, between 50% and 60% of hiring managers have buyers' remorse with their new hire within 1 year of hiring the person.

That tells me that what firms use to measure new hires is broken.

In this class, I am going to challenge your thinking about interviewing and encourage you to think outside of your self-created limitations when interviewing.

What do you have to lose. The statistics and your own experience prove it.
