About This Class

Five nights of guided meditations that are designed to help you deeply relax and prepare for sleep. Bonus videos include three 1 minute meditations and a 3 minute bell meditation. The bell meditation has no voice over, simply the sound of a bell that rings every minute. Before you begin, take a few cleansing breaths and close your eyes. Each time the bell rings, let that be a reminder to bring your awareness back to your breathing, back to your body, back to the present moment.
