Letting go of anxieties and emotional pains may not be too easy, especially if you, like me, tend to cling to these uncontrollably for years. However, in this 29 minute course, Patrick skillfully presented the “Whys” and “Hows” which are greatly life-changing. A "must-have" course in today’s quick-paced and stressful living.
