About This Class

Are you struggling with finding enough time for everything?
Are you missing important events and having problems remembering it all?
Do you need more structure and focus in your life?

If you answered yes to any of those questions - take my course and let me help you!

I will teach you:

  • How to use your calendar right, enabling you to stress less, get more done and be more productive.
  • How your calendar is a tool – and how to make it work for you. (I use the google calendar in the examples, but it is transferable to any system).
  • To be more productive to get more done faster, how to work smarter and not harder.

Use your calendar to make sure you get everything done, allow nothing slips through the cracks and clear your mind of the clutter. (You have enough time for it all).

I will cover how to:

  • Use your calendar efficiently.
  • Get valuable hours back from planning correctly and assigning a time value to things.
  • How to make your calendar the awesome tool it can and should be.
  • Determine what goes in your calendar and what does not (Differentiate between calendar and non calendar tasks).
  • Use the google calendar, the interfaces, the options and the views.
  • How to set up events, calendar invites, reoccurring meetings.
  • Add google hangout to your invite for video conferencing and screen sharing.
  • Using multiple reminders for the same meeting or event.
  • How to have a Main calendar and how to make separate sub-calendars. These can be work, leisure, business, workout, family calendars or whatever makes sense in your life.
  • Use of your calendar for time blocking.

I have condensed the videos down to a point where they just contain the essential knowledge on calendar productivity you need. Enabling you to reach your goals and change your life.
A big part of the course is teaching you to increase how efficient and productive you are using your calendar, getting you valuable time back.

Teaching, sharing knowledge and paying it forward!

I love teaching and helping people, seeing them achieve their goals and paying it forward.

I have used the tips, tricks, and techniques from my productivity courses for many years and it has gotten me an wonderful life.

As I grow and learn, I add to them, refine them, and make them work more and more in unison.

Part of my personal mission statement is to share my knowledge and empower people to get the amazing life they want.

Having taught how to reach your goals to 50 or 100 friends, family and colleagues I have is great, I realized I can through online courses help 1000’s do the same, to me that would just be incredible.

Learning is one of my true passions and even more teaching others and seeing the tremendous impact it can have on them.
I have worked throughout my successful career primarily with IT and I have been lucky enough to work on some of the most exciting aspects of it.

A long that path I have done amazing things, worked on some very cool projects and had truly inspiring colleagues.

Throughout my career I have received a lot of praise from my managers, directors and VP's.
I have seen a lot of very impressive results from my work, completed a lot of very large, high profile projects and that has all happened because I am highly productive.

All this is NOT what I am most proud of though. It is the people who's life I have changed in a profound way and the people who did the same for me.

Some background:
Throughout my life and career I have made a lot of lateral moves when up doesn’t look appealing, this has given me some great adventures and an amazing life.

If your current situation doesn’t make sense or make you happy ask yourself: "How can I make it better?"
I have changed good careers because they didn’t make me happy and I was no longer having fun with what I was doing.
This of course does not mean stopping what you are doing this very minute, but work towards what you truly want and Start NOW.

My resume:
Learning, and through that, growing both as a professional and as a person has always been something I have enjoyed a lot.
To find what I enjoy the most I have switched careers several times, some to something entirely new and some to a similar complimentary path.

I have:

  • Owned my own businesses.
  • Worked for political movements coordinating election and referendum campaigns.
  • Worked as a Network Administrator on the IP backbone of an entire country.
  • Worked on awesome projects at a large hospitals data center.
  • Worked as an IT manager at a large credit union.
  • And most recently again worked at another large hospital as an IT Project Manager.

With my love of learning, IT has been a good place to grow, there is so much to learn and it is always evolving.

I hold a good deal of leading industry certifications and I am sure more are going to show themselves in the future.

My current list of valid certifications:

  • PMP: Project Management Professional
  • CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker
  • SCP: SolarWinds Certified Professional
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CCNP: Cisco Certified Network Professional
  • CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing/Switching.
  • CCNA Security: Cisco Certified Network Associate Security
  • CCENT: Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician
  • 4011 Certified Recognition: Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professional
  • KCBS Certified Barbeque Judge <- by far the tastiest!

Some certifications I let lapse, when I am no longer interested in working in that line of work and they do not compliment what I want to do moving forward.
The ones I give up I don’t see as wasted at all, they got me to where I am now and I am grateful for that.

Thank you:
I hope you enjoy my courses and I hope they can help you on your path to reaching your goals.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or things you think I can improve on, please post them on the course Q&A page (preferable, then other students with same question doesn’t have to ask it again) or send me a message here.
