Project Description

Motivation is a skill and the more you practice it, the better you get at it.

In this class project, you will practice the skills you learned during the lectures.

You will pick a goal for which you want to get motivated (e.g., studying more or losing weight).

Then you will go through the six steps that were explained during the course and apply these steps to your goal and your own individual situation.
