1. Introduction to Answers to Tough Interview Questions: Hi, I'm Jeff. Open the big game hunter and welcome to my class on skill share. I will tell you I love helping people get ready for interviews because I believe the job hunting doesn't have to be as hard, difficult, painful or take a long as it does. It's just there's a different skill set to finding a job than doing a job. And interviewing is always one of those places that snags job hunters. Now, in addition to this class, I have others on skill share and MAWR will becoming. I'm excited. And now let's just get going, okay? 2. Why Have You Been Out of Work So Long?: today, I'm going to talk with you about another of those tough interview questions. So why have you been out of work so long these days? That's a pretty common situation. And if you act in a defensive way, uh, and attack the interviewer by saying what you mean about our work so long or words that an interviewer could translate to that effect the lost you've lost, you can forget about the job. Yeah, the way to answer that question is really very subtle. And you started by saying, Well, I've always found that if I rush into things without consideration, I make mistakes. So I consciously made a choice after I was laid off to take some time to really think about what I wanted to do. After all, the economy has been complicated. Now for quite some time firms in my in my industry, whatever that is, you could mention no banking or Wall Street or whatever the industry is. Firms on Wall Street have been going through difficult times right now. I didn't want to just rush into something and then find out that I made a mistake. So I just decided to take a little bit of time because I've always found that when I take the time to evaluate my options and make a conscious choice, things turn out well. So that took a little a little bit of time. So I've decided at this point what I really want to do. I'm back in the market. I'm here to land the job with your firm. You can, you know, schmooze the interviewer at this point. But the idea is to basically say I've taken since I took some time at the point I was laid off to consider what my options were because they didn't want to just rush back into something for the sake of having a job my finances were in good order on, I decided that the smartest thing to do was to sit back and evaluate for a while before rushing back. That'll diffuse any concern that an interviewer has about whether your quote damaged goods or what's wrong with this person. Because, you know, employers think that way we get out of works up to long, regardless of the economy. 3. Are You a Leader or a Follower?: tell you want to talk with you about one of those tough interview questions that really isn't that tough If you prepare now, the question is so are you a leader? It looks new. I know. You tended to immediately say, Well, I'm a leader. You know, I like the lead and act like a puppy in that regard. But the first thing is, you have to remember what the job is that you're interviewing for. What do they want to hear from you? You can Hey, you can speak about being a leader, but you then you have to be prepared with a follow up for the follow up question that they're going to ask you. It's nothing stopping in here. And I said, I'm a leader. They can I ask. You told me about some situations where you fled your work. Uh, and you have to be prepared to talk about a situation on really painted broadly. So you might talk about a project that you had or you might talk about. How in the office place you may not have the manager's title, but through the go to individual for all individual people who work in your kind of work of the department. You're the resource that everyone goes to, not because you have the job title, but because people see you as a leader. However, if you're a follower, you can take that in lots of different directions. So, for example, you could be interviewing for a staff job where you have no leadership responsibility. But you can talk in terms of, for example, So, you know, being a follower has a connotation. Teoh con followers basically take orders. They take direction for people. I do that in the course of my work. However, at the same time, in situations where I work with others, I function is a leader for them. See what I'm doing here? I'm basically say, Yeah, I can take direction. I can follow orders. I know second work with my colleagues on and be motivational to them. I can also make suggestions to my management about what the way things could be done a little bit differently. I understand that it's ultimately their decision, but you know, at the end of the day I'm a follower. But within that context, I'm the leader off followers. See where I'm going to with that you don't want to come across is just being a clerk. And I'm using Clark as a metaphor for ah person who sits at a desk unthinkingly. Remember doing this is a high school kid. One of my early jobs, unstable ing multiple pieces of paper separating them than collating them in different orders. Man, it was a terrible job, But it's a high school kid. Do whatever you can, especially if you keep you indoors. Eso You can be a follower, but you can modify your answer the way so it lets them know that you're the leader amongst the people who take direction. 4. What Do You Do When You Know Your Boss/Manager is Wrong?: The question for today is, what do you do when your boss or manager is wrong? This is a classic one of those tough interview questions designed to impose to expose you as an imbecile or to show the correct degree of moderation down. I'll simply say this is normally ask that had a manager level or staff level from the C suite. Obviously, you're not gonna get this question. So what? Not to say? That's easy. Never happens. Never happened to me before. My boss is always right. I treat them like a customer. The customer's always right. Well, my boss is always right. Buzzer wrong. That is not the correct answer. Everyone makes mistakes. So you want to acknowledge Hey, look, my boss makes an occasional mistake. Doesn't happen often, but, you know, it has happened from time to time. And the wrong answer from there is to talk about, you know, in mature things. Like, you know, we talked amongst ourselves in the group. We muttered a lot thing kind of back biting that some groups behave in. Obviously don't want Oh, really that to an interview. Wasel, they're sitting there doing is thinking to themselves. Okay, This is a problem person on my hands instead, What you do to say something to the effect of Yeah, it doesn't happen very often, but when it happens, my boss has a regular meeting schedule with me. And yeah, I work with the assumption that he or she, depending upon gender, of course, may have missed something. So I during her meeting I may say something effective by the work Did you take with regard to your decision about such and such? Did you were you aware of that? Or did you take into consideration that you identify a particular issue that might have existed, that they hadn't seen? That you think they might not have considered Now if you were successful, you might say, then they thank me because they weren't aware of that. If you were unsuccessful, he might say, and they thanked me for bringing it up. Yes, they did take into consideration. And then they explain to me why they made the choice. And, you know, for me it was a good learning to ask the question in a in a way that I felt like I was being heard. I certainly wasn't grumbling about it with my my colleagues, although some of them were, and from there saying just dealing with it directly showed. I want to show my respect for the individual and they learn something from the experience. Whichever way you choose to tackle this question works well. The one thing that doesn't work is saying it's never happened. 5. What is the Most Boring Job You've Had?: I'm gonna give you one of those tough interview questions that organizations love to ask, though it's not that anything is tricky. But everything has an impact about how they look atyou, how they see you, how they think about you going forward. And this question I really enjoy. Ready. So something about the most boring job you've ever had, who, for a dramatic, most boring job you've ever had that if you already established established professional, it's unlikely you're going to get this. This is geared more Tory and experienced people, because the interview it doesn't have a lot of benchmarks for figuring out whether or not the higher you so they look for ways where you're gonna disqualify yourself. Yeah, there two ways of approaching. That said, I'll give you what most people do is they actually talk about a drop. If you go to do that, you talk about something when you were much younger. So, for example, in my case, I would talk about the time where I was in high school. Worth is a messenger, and how boring it waas to arrive at different people's offices to pick up a humble of with pregnant somewhere else and you know the issue. The issue with giving an answer about the actual most boring job is that number one firm start to think of you in the context of being the messenger guy or some other demeaning way of thinking of you. So it's not really the desirable way of doing it. But if you're not comfortable with this next approach, then I always talk about something. When you were quote much younger, uh, and you didn't really get it. I will understand why I want to talk about the second, the second way of off answering this question. I haven't a light. It's very slick. It's very smart. It allows you to really sell yourself in unique ways and thus win arrest. What's the most boring job you've ever had? You could respond by, sir. I just thought looking like you're thinking about it, cause remember, interviewing his has a degree of acting involved with it. You never want to seem like you're so rehearsed that you have all these answers at the tip of your fingertips. You always want to make it seem like you're thinking about things is that this is the first time you ever heard this brilliant question? So you pause for a second ago. You know what I think about it? I don't think I've ever been boarded a job that I have I've had, and maybe it goes back to that philosophy I have. It's kind of like an actor where there's no small parts. Every job has a relevance and meaning with fitted out, so that even in what some people would consider a menial job, I was found purpose and drive and determination. And they give one example of a job that she might have helped that seemed might seem for this person, in your opinion, much less than where you are now and how you worked hard and you're diligent, you turn great numbers are put in a great performance. Got lots of praise between the example for the team. Yeah, we are, aren't you? So always try and make lemonade out of lemons. Is the philosophy here Always talk in terms of how you didn't really fall prey to the prevailing wisdom of this being a dull, boring job that instead what you did was you putting the best effort because every job has a purpose to it. You're hired, you're paid. They expect the best effort. That's what you get 6. Pretend I"m 8 Years Old. Tell Me What You Do and Why Your'e Good At It: someone asked me her memory state that I found this great question. And I just want to be a useful one to get your prepared. For now, the title of the video is a shortened version of it. The question goes, you know, your 70 year or eight years old you're in first grade, second graded most pretend. Explain to me what you do and why you're good at it, I think is a lovely question because it really takes a lot of that. B s out of the destruction. And what should designed to do, or what you have to do is boil it down to the core essence off what it is that you do. Because there were a lot of situations that could be jargon rich, where people say a lot of bs, and in point of fact it can. Will it be condensed? It could really be made much more clear. It also gives the interviewer sense of how you could explain concepts or similarly complex concepts and make them simple. So here's how you might answer. First of all, a one sentence, perhaps two sentences to describe what you dio. So, for example, if I were answering it from my time and recruiting, I might say I helped companies hire people by finding them for them. One sense notice what I did now that might invite follow up questions. But the key thing is one sentence, and then this one. Do you understand? I just want to make sure you dio, because if you don't, I'll go back and try and explain it differently. Then, from there, how do you You know why you're good at it. So in the case of my time and recruiting, I might say something along the lines of Im extremely well organized. I'm very I'm a good communicator, so I can explain the people what the opportunity is and explain to my client company, the firm that hires people, why this person would help them fill their job. One sense it was a little more, but it's one sense it maybe you could get broken into, and then you follow up by saying, Do you understand? Or should I explain it a little differently again? You're talking to a seven or eight year old in first grade secondary tops, so the ideas have to be simple. Now, if you think that was a more complicated answer that needs to be made A message. Let me know what it should have been. But again condensed what should do into very simple sentences and always follow up, I say, Is that Do you understand? I just want to make sure that you dio because if you don't, I'll explain it differently. And what that does is demonstrate that you have a service orientation cause you care about the listener. You're not just babbling some nonsense that they won't understand. And for other first grade, this cemetery years old and from there Watcher doing is making it clear that you want to make sure that they understand and you've broken the concepts down. In my case, two sentences, one of which was a little long. But it had space for them toe pause and for me to observe whether or not they seem to understand 7. I'm Concerned That You Don't Have Enough Experience With . . . : tell you want to talk with you about another one loves tough interview questions, but ones that are designed to just crush you at some point. The view and today's It's not an obvious question. It's more of a statement than anything. And it's in the course of the interview. You've been knocking it out of the park, been thinking we do real well. And suddenly they say, You know, I'm wondering if you have enough experience with fill in the blank to really do this role. And it could be so demoralizing to hear them say that because you think you've been knocking out of the park, swatting back all of their questions with great answers. And suddenly they say, Yeah, he was how to approach it now, going into the interview. Hopefully what you've done is spend a little time in preparation so you can see a job description. You've heard what they're looking for in the course of the first interview, so you have an idea of what you're walking into. You know what your strengths are? You know, its potential weaknesses are, and maybe you knew enough to ask what I call the single best question you should ask on end of any interview at the beginning of the process with one were you find out what it is that they're looking for before they start asking you questions so you could start tailor your answers to what matters to them. So knowing what you do about this role, the best way to respond to it is by saying, you know, I understand how you feel. You wanted this job search looking for someone with this background identified. This is an area that she thought was important, But yeah, I want you to follow me for a second. This is what I've done that relates to this role, and you kind of drill back with all your strengths that relate to the conversation. And by doing that, you're having an opportunity to sell back into your capabilities. And maybe it's a certification that you don't have, but you have more experience than what they specify. Maybe it's you haven't worked in their industry, but you worked in a related one. You've worked first, someone within their organization who could vouch for you, whatever it ISS, sell back into your strengths and though just accept that where I consider a temporary verdict. You try and jolt them a little bit as they jolted. You don't just simply sit there passively, Okay? Are you thinking of your fuel? Go back and talk with him about what you've done. That really relates to what they're looking for. So that this way they can't his strongest position right then and there, rather than let that judgment sit running with the judgment, sit there and crush her candidacy. 8. The One About Dinner with 3 Famous People: This is one of those tough interview questions. It's not the answer per se. It's the explanation. And the question, of course, is if you could have dinner with three famous people living or dead, who would you have dinner with and why the why is the big part of this, with one exception and the exception is avoiding politicians unless they're politicians from the past? Obviously we live in very charged times, and you can pick a politician that your interviewer would find absolutely ghastly. We can't control those responses. All we know is that these days, if you say something about a political situation, you risk antagonizing half the people you come into contact with. If you don't really care about that, we'll go ahead and say What you want to say and be prepared for consequences was Not everyone has the intellect to be able to separate their own political biases and evaluate objectively. That's what we see time and time again. So the thing is really about who inspires whose special in your life which famous individual represents something for you that's extraordinary. Now, if you work in fashion and there's a particular individual in the fashion industry who is a big personality. You speak about their sense of style. You speak about their willingness to take risk if you working in business. Ah, and you want to point to a Warren Buffett Mark Zuckerberg of Bill Gates. Let's just take those three worm duff it smart, reliable Mark Zuckerberg willing to take chances at a young age and build from there. Bill Gates. You can pick the business side of this of Gates and how we build Microsoft with certain level and then step further and say, and then take a success and then champion health care around the world with his nonprofit. See where I'm going with this. There's lots of different ways that you could approach this, but ultimately it's about who inspires you. What inspires you about what they dio and using that as your lever lever and answering the question. One extra effect. Sometimes you're interviewed an organization where that person who inspires you is the president of chairman. You point to that individual, and when they said you trying to suck up to us or investigate full fully without, the question about sucking up might just simply said, I just want to be clear. I'm not trying to suck up here, but and then you go into your explanation of what it is that this leaguer inspires Foursome . 9. Could You Have Done Better in Your Last Job?: today I want to talk with you about another one of those tough interview questions, and it goes something like this. Could you have done better in your job or in your last job that you actually did? No, it's a It's a goofy question, just like most of them are. But you have to take it seriously because what they're trying to see is if you'll be foolish enough to go into Troop in fashions. Talking in detail that reveals your psyche works how you made terrible mistakes that will really disqualify you from consideration in this job. So what you want to be doing is don't go into this lengthy explanation. What you want to Devery simply is respond by saying Interesting question. Notice how I broke money eye contact with the camera here. Interesting question. It gives the impression that you're actually thinking about it. You speak a little bit more slowly like that goes something like this. Interesting question. You know, in retrospect, I'm sure there are some things I could have done better, but I can't think of anything that a major consequence that could have done any better from there. You might go with this some of the great achievements that some of you real successes and sound like You're really pondering the question. Theatrical kind of wise, you know? Interesting question. Um, I can't think of anything that I have a major nature. I could have done better. I'm sure there's some things I could have. You know what? I did it. The last firm is I outsole. All the other sales people was number two in sales. I supported the largest major, largest account that we had or developed. I helped develop this incredibly successful system or I always delivered on time within budget. You talk about some of your successes there and they always said, I'm sure there's some meeting that I attended that maybe I wasn't as prepared for, but in terms of the things they were major here. I have a great track record. My references will back that up. So you know what you're doing. You're turning this into an exercise in the appearance of reflection, but we're actually well prepared for So in this way you could talk about some of their successes while appearing to be pondering some of the awkward things that you might have contended with 10. What is The Least Attractive Part of This Job?: I'm back today with another of those tough interview questions that people invariably make mistakes. Now, you may not be one of these folks, so if that's the case, congratulations. I can confirm that you're doing it right. But many individuals, especially when they're younger, suddenly get remarkably honest and confessional. They suddenly think that entire job descriptions will be changed to accommodate them. So the question is, so what's least attractive to you about this job? See what I mean? You start talking about the job and you make it make it seem to them like they need to change it for you. And they're just gonna change you, you know, they're not gonna hire you. So when you're asked about what's least attractive about this job there to basic responses one is the overly enthusiastic one that goes something like unattractive about. This job is fabulous, and I get a chance to you show your excitement about the world. You don't want to go quite as exuberant. This I just did. But you want to put a smile on your face and talk with joy and passion about the role. From what you've heard, there's nothing that's unattractive about what should be doing. You might then turn around and say, What would you find that attractive about it? And then they may supplement some of the information that they said to you on point out some things that they may not have revealed up and sell that The other thing the other way to answer it is to focus on. I don't call them secondary but minor details of what's been distraught. They're not related to the core. Yeah, so they'll have, ah, core job that they'll disrupt. And the other they'll talk about some nominal elements to it. Um, you know, traveling to obscure town six times a year. You know what would be unattractive about this? And so it's in direct flights to get there, and you know, it's you have to go through. You might have to go through Ah ah, layover on your travel. So hopefully, for example, on the travel scheduling department of the firm does a great job of booking and minimize the risk of layovers or problems with connecting flights. So you noticed that's not the core of the job because the job be something else. But you know the concern about your flights to small cities. We have connections, becomes this in a small detail, and then you finish off by saying, You know, it's not appealing to be late on a layover, but it's part of the job. So again, it's not your favorite thing. You've made that abundantly clear. You hope there's a way that could get work down and express your interest of the world regards. 11. How Do You Handle Stress?: today I want to talk with you about Were those simple and elegant questions that employers ask on job interviews? That seems so easy. But it's a subtle question, and the question is, how do you handle stress? No, they're not trying to find out about your workout routine, and they're not trying to find out about the last two vacations you talk with attorney. Figure out is how do you handle stressful situations at the office and the correct answer. That kind of question is basically to talk about, you know, it's pretty common that in their work, they're stressful situations that come up. What I try to do is prioritize different the different situations quickly. I delegate some of the things that really don't need my time and focus in on the ones that my time is most important to. So, for example, if I've got a ah user, you are someone within the department who really needs my attention that I'm gonna take that one on head on. But I'm trying delegate things. The others were quite capable to do it, and by offloading this, I can really dedicate myself to those situations. I also work out the gym three times a week off hours. But the real thing is about how I delegate work. So then I tried to really find out of Metro vacations, and they're not trying to find that all the incidental stuff trying to figure out Do you quickly assess situations and delegator, offload things to others that don't really deserve your attention and keep your focus on the ones that really should involve your attention. 12. To You, What's The Difference Between a Leader and a Manager?: So today's question is to you. What's the difference between ah, leader in a manager? So it is. You know, I did a Google search just to get their definition on, and they even have this box the part from the search results. The main difference between leaders and Madge is that leaders have people follow them on. Managers have people who work for them, and they talk about business over and the stability of a leader. Imagine. Now, I'm gonna take that a little bit further and talk in terms of, ah, managers, Some controls activities. The requires people to conform to certain behaviors. Ah, leader is someone who inspires individuals to follow them so that in a dental, that leader is somewhat who may set the vision. The manager is going to be the individual who's staring at everybody diminution that they did not some micro, but they're going to be watching their activities to make sure this conformity. The leader may say, you know, this is the result I want to get you. This is where I want to go. This is where we as an organization, need to get and then drop out for people. How they think the group get there, have they think the organization could get them? And by doing this, inspire faith? Fidelity belief that this is a person that could be trusted because they are motivated to help them so again, Sydney The leadership quality yes involves following. But there's a way to follow its not by dictating, although at certain points you may have to manage. But the leadership quality involves the desire to follow this person because you trust them and believe when you're asked this on it. Interviewed generally, this is asked him, managerial or executive candidates, not the staff individuals. And if they're looking for examples of your leadership here, they may also want to see that you could manage the process to. But here you need to be prepared with leadership examples that tell your store that affirm how people joined with you and when it's a hell of beyond to get to that point. So I hope you follow this advice, emphasized her leadership. So don't neglect the the management part because at the end of the organizations may like the higher visionaries and you, Steve Jobs is exempt. Men was incredible visionary. He also at the end of the day and delivered on what the vision was that involved managing process. So again, think in terms of both, don't collect one for the other, then you'll tend to lose. 13. Aren't You Overqualified for This Job?: today's tough interview questions he basically translates into, Aren't you a little overqualified for this job? Yeah, this is one of those fatal flaw questions. They mentioned that another video where they kind of think out loud, and they're kind of telling you what their reluctance is. And if you want to accept that is the kiss of death. You can't. But it doesn't necessarily mean that the overqualified question or Argenteuil overqualified for this job. He's an opportunity to really sell yourself and to do it in a smooth and professional way. Now I want to deal with the question on the overt level. First, I'm gonna deal with on a covert level a little bit later, Theo over levels. Exactly what the question is that is there concern that you could get bored in the job as soon as things says he find a better opportunity? So the way to approach this question when they're thinking about overlay is basically saying, Look, if the job market is what it is and you can look at it is being I'm overqualified. But the fact of the matter is, the market is tough right now. It's gonna be tough for quite some time. So the markets basically telling May that I need to adapt. And I need to look at things from a different perspective. You know, I could hold out for a job that was in my previous level. I could be out of work for a long time, and I'm not really looking to do that. Now, from your vantage point, I could understand your reluctance. You're concerned that I would want to jump ship proceeded something better capable. The fact of the matter is, I want to join the organization, could enjoy the work. And, you know, what I can do for you is in addition to doing this role, or you wouldn't have to train someone to do it. You get the benefit of all my experience in this kind of role, And I could be of help to you as you try to sort out other things. Or I could just do the job that you're asking me to do. And frankly, I didn't try doing that. So that's the over kind of answer questions that the over questioned of. Are you overqualified? Now? The covert question is, you look a little old on, um could you really work for someone younger than younger than the person we want you to have working for? That's a little bit Truckee on there. You can go on to say something along the lines of and this is a continuation or an extension on the other. Answer. I've worked for people for all of all kinds of backgrounds. I've worked with people who are far my senior for younger than I on. In all cases, we've got no Lord beautiful. They've asked for help. Are you willing to give it? I want people to do very well. If they do well, I do Well, that becomes a very simple way of deflecting the question of ageism. It shows up suddenly and these kind of questions. 14. What Motivates You?: they want to offer up another one. Those tough interview questions to help you with your job interviews to help you with your job search. Remember, it's not just missing on one answer that's gonna cost you money, but it establishes a pattern. And employers mind where, even if they hire you, they may not give you top dollar. So you always want to be a position where you're knocking you, your their interview questions out of the park. And today's question. Isn't it tough question, per se. But it's most people given innocuous answer. And today's question is, so what motivates you? The wrong answer is to say, I love a job where they pay the heck out of me. That's Money's really what motivates me wrong. It's not. The money not doesn't motivate. Everyone's more of a about by money, but they want to hear your cell to them, and that the correct answer is really talking about facing challenges In the last, um, organization, there are a lot of different challenges had face different personality types that he had to contend with before very tight deadlines. You know, people around you who were great communicators, whatever it is you talk. You paint the picture of some of the things in her office and in your last job that were challenging Teoh don't make it seem to come back. But a zay said tight deadlines, difficult personalities. What made them difficult was that they really didn't communicate clearly about what they wanted. Eso it felt like a giant game of gotcha. And what's your love was facing these challenges and deliver a matter of fact. There wasn't a single situation where you had a deadline that she missed that deadline. So that's really the best way to do it on. And then at the end, you consent. What Dont You Like About Your Job?: today. We wanted to go back to some of those tough interview questions, and today's question is, So what? Didn't you like a bachelor Livestrong bar? So what don't you like about your drop? Basically, it's an opportunity where, Well, frankly, you could disqualify yourself from being hired. It's not like anything you trying to say is gonna make them go. Yeah, that's the guy we want a higher, but you could certainly make them go. Oh, this is a guy we've got to stay away from, like the plague. So you want to be smart about your answer and not say anything in mature and immature? Answer is, I hate my boss or words to that effect, or my work is boring or words to that effect. Not necessarily that specific answer, but you giving an immature answer where you spend a few minutes trashing your current organization. Transferring your job, transferring the people you work for isn't going to get your heart. It's gonna get you rejected. So let's be smart. What do they want to hear from you? You know, if you think about the typical interview question, what they want to hear is, I want to learn. I want to work hard. I want to get ahead If you remember that theme over and over again with A s double questions like this and it really is a dumb question. You know, you're always smart. So here's the way I would suggest answering that question, you know, and again, remember, I'm a big believer. You have to act, and even though you may have Ah, I have answered this question 1000 times already. You have to pretend like it's the first time you've heard the question. It's not like you can sit. There we go. Oh, I'm ready for that one. Uh, here's what it OK, you can't act like you're all prepped. Unrehearsed. You have to make it seem like you're thinking about this for the first time she go. That's a great question, huh? You know it is. I think about it. Probably. The thing that is frustrating me the most is I want to be challenged more like initially when I started my job, there were new things to learn. There were opportunities here for advancement. It was a very clear picture where I felt like I was that I could learn and grow here and his time is progressed. I become sufficiently good. That I'm seeing is indispensable in this role. I want to keep learning and growing is I'm only fill in the blank 27 35 42. Whatever it ISS is really really section such age. There's more stuff I want to learn. I want to grow. I want develop. I don't want to be seen as the indispensable person around such and such. I want to join An organization that sees me is having an upside once the train may that would provide me with mentoring and help me grow because, frankly, I believe I have much even more of an upside. And what you do by saying that is it's not like that. But I hear anything going and go. Well, that was a good can't answer. I gotta go. OK, he got through that one on. Let me give him another. So recognize again, This is not an answer that's gonna get you hired, but it can be an answer to get you disqualified 16.
