About This Class
In this class, you will learn easy-to-follow mindfulness techniques that are designed to make you feel awesome!
You will learn, how to :
- Relax your body and mind, quickly and easily.
- Establish calm focus to supercharge your brain.
We will briefly talk about why mindfulness is so effective. I will, then, guide you through a five minute, relaxing mindfulness meditation with soothing music.
Be the end of this class, you may feel relaxed and rejuvenated!
- No prior mindfulness or meditation experience is necessary.
- You are welcome just the way you are! :-)
For your class project, you will briefly describe how you felt after taking this class, and post it in the class project section.
