About This Class

After numerous years of research, training and experience, as well as a teaching background in a variety of fields, I am happy to present you with this course! I began studying meditation many years ago with the same intention as most; to gain more control over my mind and life. However, it seemed that the programs available were either bogged down with endless amounts of theory, or had ignored crucial steps to help the beginner start simply and progress as far as they wanted.
