Project Description

Daily Meditation Practice:

  1.  Complete the Meditation Course
  2.  Week 1 - Select and practice one meditation type each day for 5 minutes
  3.  Week 2 - Select the type of meditation that you like most, and practice each day for 10 minutes
  4.  Increase meditation time by 5 minutes each week until you reach your meditation length goal
