About This Class

Meditation is a wonderful tool that anyone can use to aid wellbeing.

Meditation is a way of retreating from the world in order to restore balance and calm to the mind and body. This Meditation 3 day retreat is designed to provide you with a guided meditation for the next three days. (You can of course continue to use these Meditations after the three days) It will help you to relax and calm the mind and body bringing you into a more zen frame of mind throughout your entire day.

The aim of this class is to assist in relaxation of the mind and body allowing you to experience the many wonderful benefits of Meditation. You will learn to slow down and reach a place of relaxation that will assist you through your daily life. Upon completion of this class I would recommend continuing to foster a daily meditation routine in order to create the healthy lifestyle habit of Meditation.

I have also included a breathing exercise to aid you and prepare you for your meditation practice.
