Who can Lucid Dream? Religion? No problem!: Hello, everybody. And welcome to lesson number two from these amazing Luthi dreaming cars. So well, you already have. So, my dear of what truth it remained. I'm sure you are all excited waiting to get started. But let's cover. I have a few ground questions that most people might have. Okay, so let's get started in saying who can lucid dream, you know, pretty much everybody can ofa dream. Okay, this is a very safe humming there. No issues there, no problems at all. In fact, most kits probably are aware off most off their dreams in terms of in a dream, it is likely that when you were a child, you know how to dream how to lucid dream. There are no obvious a contradictions. So a certain benefits Well, imagine you have these amazing, like a dream. You are flying space, you go to Jupiter and you know, you find some extraterrestrial and you then find a dream girl or dream guy on. You know, whatever your heart decide here you have this amazing Lucy dream, and then you wake up, Trust me, you're going to wake up, energized, excited on with an afterglow that can last for weeks. It's pretty, pretty amazing. You're going to have a huge level off personal satisfaction because you're going to say I did it. I finally have a lucid dream on, especially the 1st 1 is going to be pretty pretty unique. Might be a short one. Might be a few seconds might be the best time of your life. In fact, most likely it's going to be yes, a few seconds. However, as you develop the ability, you're going to see progress and you're going to see that you indeed Candleford dream and can develop. You also will be able to be satisfied when you accomplish your tasks. When you realize how easy is to take that they asked to a dream and accomplish it on. I believe we all have plenty of them. Well, you can accomplish them on dreams. Most off them, I guess, unless you an astronaut, when you're listening this from the Isis, you probably are at your home or from your cell phone on. Most likely, you are not a restaurant. If you are lucky, you, then maybe you can try to go to space without the space with. But for the rest of us mortals who are no astronaut, our only way to go to space A In addition of us of travel is the dream. Andi, trust me, it can feel very, very riel. It's very empowering, and it's very fulfilling. Promise Holden. It's another important benefit, and you know there has bean scientists. Then they do it in real life on it's also proven that many sports people, you know, they are many athletes, they are developing, and they are practicing in the roof. It drips. So definitely this is a skilled for lots of fun, but also for serious business as well. And obviously it's a great way to start today. A great starts gives a great day. You're going toe, wake up positive, excited because of your dream, almost looking forward to your next trophy dream. But you're going to enjoy life more also, because you're going to have this afterglow on. You're going to be more positive and, you know, like attracts, like So you're going to be having a great day, but it doesn't stop there. You also have long term benefits having a more perceive approach to life. As I said, the afterglow we're going to be carrying looking forward to something, you know, life. Maybe they will at some point in our existence. Maybe it's a boring job. Maybe their family problems. Maybe one off markets are sick. Maybe they're the run away. You know, I could be hours naming all the prolific with half. However, having a lucid dream into your life will allow you to see those problems in a much more boss give way on especially. It is something that you cannot change. For whatever reason, at least, having excitement on other areas of your life will bring a positive on overall benefit. Improving performance in sports work that they mentioned before there. And that's thanks to Ruthie dreaming because I've been able to be consciousness aware that there was a nightmare on for whatever reasons, I had little control of my dream body, much steel. I had the power to summon him. You know, that could be in one way. There are many ways to deal with nightmares again. We're going to mention them here. So I want to focus most, especially on their recurring nightmares, because I random nightmare can happen to everybody and maybe has no meaning at all. Maybe yes, our brain generate that nightmare, you know, for whatever reasons. But recruiting members, on the other hand, are something to pay attention. When there is a recurring nightmare, it means there is an issue leading me to address. If you had look it, you can face the threat.
