About This Class

Master Java Programming:  Files and Serialization

Here we learn about saving data, including entire networks of objects, to disk using the Java programming language. File-handling and data serialization are important skills, whether you are programming a spreadsheet, a word processor, a game or most other types of desktop application. In this class I’ll be looking at various ways of reading and writing data to and from files on disk.

If you are completely new to Java, you will need to get Java and NetBeans installed first. Please follow my ‘Getting Started’ class before following this class.
