Hidden Lake Workout Routine Move List:

3x Two Minute Rounds - Each Technique 30 Sec Intervals

Warm up & Stretches:

  • Leaning Side Stretch

  • Low Stance Stretch

  • Arm Flaps

  • Foot Grabs

  • Kung Fu Calf Stretch

Hidden Lake Workout Routine:

  • Round 1: Bob Weave Uppercuts / Knee Drill

  • Round 2: Bow & Arrow Punches / Front Lundges

  • Round 3: 10 Punch Drill / Horse Stance Transitions 

  • Cool Down
