Perfect Pie Crust

3 cups all purpose flour

4 Tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt (if using salted butter) or

1/2 tsp salt (if using unsalted butter)

1 1/2 stick butter (COLD)

1/3 cup shortening (COLD)

10 - 12 Tbsp water (ICE COLD)
