Welcome to "Make Chana Masala and Paratha", my name is Kosha. I love cooking Indian food, and been cooking for more than 25 years.

In this class I am going to teach you how to make chana masala and paratha. chana means chick peas, and masala maens spices. I use dried chick peas, and i will show you how to soak and cook them. I will teach you to make homemade paratha from scratch. so you can make chana masala, make masala, make paratha take pictures and share it on project galary.

During this class you will learn how to make the following.
