I would recommend this to people already familiar with Indian cooking and ingredients, because you'll have to go to an Indian grocery to get some of them, such as amchur and kasuri methi, and Kosha doesn't explain what those are. It would help to have a printable recipe, too, as some of the ingredients names are difficult to understand/pronounce. I really enjoyed watching Kosha's techniques...my paratha rolling skills have improved since I did this course!
