About This Class

Hello and welcome to this course Machine Shop Math.

In this course you will learn how to calculate simple mathematical formulas used in everyday machine shop or manufacturing environment.

At the end of this course you will be able to calculate:

  • Right Angle Triangles.
  • A straight line segment called a Chord.
  • Bolt hole circles.

You will learn how to identify the triangles needed to calculate the X and Y coordinates when programming a CNC mill.
