1. Introduction: Hello there. My name is near Sedona, and I'm here to teach you how you can build the lifestyle that we need to become the person that you want to be. So basically, I wanted to become a high value person so badly that I developed my own lifestyle that I call for nothing. And I even took two years to work on a book and document that to share it with people. But here we are going to go through all that, not worry. It wont take two years to take less than that. We're gonna try to bid the lifestyle that you need together. So I'm gonna try to build my own lifestyle and I want you to for so you're gonna have a fine to downloads. And you can use that as a reference. And so I wanted to use the videos as a guideline and four of them and then India and share your own life. Said don't be sure. Just do it. Okay? So a lot of exciting things to go through, and I can't wait to do that. Let's suit 2. Why Your Lifestyle Isn't Optimal: Okay, so we're gonna start with a small test. This is not to make you feel worse. This is just to give you a better idea about why you can't be the person that you want to be right now. Let's due to your current lifestyle. So I want to address that very quickly. Not gonna judge you directly. And I want you to actually realize it by yourself so you can do to activities that are very easy. The 1st 1 is kind of weird, but I want you to go to your YouTube history and check the last 20 to 30 videos. That's all you need to do. Check those videos and take a look at your videos. Are those videos What would allow you to become the person that you want to be? Chess is our not true. OK, that's the first activity. The 2nd 1 is very simple. When I wanted to do is take a paper or something you can write on. You can use your PC doesn't matter. So after you do that, when I wanted to do is to write everything you do, and they tried to establish your daily schedule and see how it works. You do this on the weekend, you just go and you get a drink or you go with your girlfriend or, you know you know it. Just referendum, and that's not what you want. You want the schedule that is optimized Now if you want a time where you want to have fun. Okay, then three hours to have fun. Two hours to have fun, but it needs to be organized. That's how we built a lifestyle that will allow you to improve and become the person that you've always wanted to be 3. Define The Main Aspects: so it's very simple. Think about what you are good at. What are the things that really matter in your life? And then think about what are the things that you can have ignored and that are being problems right now. Usually the main problem is money. Okay, it's obvious on that's the common reason that people actually struggling life. It's always my but that's not just it. It's gonna be half. It could be relationships or being social. It can be any other thing. So when I want to do is first determine what you are good at and second, what will actually be an obstacle to reaching happiness? Imagine you want to live a life where you are happy. What's the thing holding you back from actually getting there? Usually it's as I said, my problem relationship problem, something like that. So I want you to add those to your lifestyle, so I'm gonna give you an example off for life, son. On the screen, you can see something, and that will give you an idea about what you can actually do. And here I'm gonna share with you the different aspects that I care about, and that's contribute to my happiness. So in my case, this is for me. You don't have to do the same thing just to give you an example. It's mindset, finance, time management have influence and originality. These are the six aspects that matter to me the most. Okay, And if I get results with them, then I can be happy in my life. That's it. That's all I need. So what I wanted to do to define the life center need is identify it. What matters the most to you, for example, your job or your passion, whatever that is, and then focus on all the other aspects that can improve your life dramatically. What are different actions that I need to do daily to be able to reach that state? Okay, so let's say, for example, you want to be smart. Okay, good idea is to read books. That's like the most basic way to do it. So try to determine what are the actions that it can do. So you don't like reading. For example, I don't like reading books, so how can I do it? Okay, try to see what's actually a doable and sustainable. So, for example, reading five pages today reading 10 pages. City. Is that doable for you? Yes, chess is or is not that difficult? Reading a whole book in a week might not be there is, But if I tell you read five pages a day, that's actually doable. Okay, so that's an action you can do and that will allow you to become smart. And so you go from the end result and you define your action while seeing what's doable and sustainable for you. So something with being healthy. Okay, I want to be healthy. I need to go to the gym. But how many times do I need to go through? Jim, how many times can I go to the gym? Okay. I can actually go three times. That is so about More than that, I can't. So I'll go with the gym three times a week. That's what I do personally. Okay, so I sense a random example is a really example. But some people go to the gym more often. There's nothing wrong with that. Okay? It just that you need to choose what works for you. Okay? Not for me. For you. So always the end result. Then you define your action. And so once you can see, what are the different things that you want to have as a person? You can identify the different actions that we need to build your lifestyle 5. How To Implement The Habits: a cover mistake a lot of people do is try to implement everything at once. It's cool that you defined your lifestyle, that you want to implement it, but you can't do that all at once into do them want by one. Why? Because your brain isn't used to bathing new habits. You see, your subconscious doesn't want new things. It's comfortable. That's why you don't want to get out of your comfort zone. It's because your subconscious has the program already has a belief system or a set of beliefs that doesn't want to change its Like I do this and I don't want to change. I'm fine here. So every time you're gonna try something, you is gonna be a problem. And if you try to implement everything at once is gonna be a disaster because your brain is gonna be like, I don't like this. I don't like this. I don't like this. I'm done and you're gonna give up OK? Even if you have a lot of foil at some point, you will give up. So what you want to do is do them one by one, do the different habits one by one. Let the time for your brain to get used to the new habit. For example, let's say two new habits are bringing books and going to the gym. Okay, So don't do them both at the same time. What you want is to pick one and then do the other. But after we've implemented the 1st 1 So if you want to start reading books, Okay, you can do that for a day reading five pages, for example. And then you do that for two days, then do that for three days. Then you do that for three weeks. Okay? Eventually, after a month, they're like, OK, I can read five pages day. No problem. Now you can add the singing that which is going to the chip. Why? Because your brain doesn't have to work anymore on the first habit. It's used to it. So now it's gonna work at focus on the 2nd 1 And once you built the singing habit, you can go to the 3rd 1 then the 4th 1 then the 5th 1 exception. Okay, so the lifestyle isn't something that you're gonna bid quickly. It's gonna take time. But once you beat, that is gonna be very effective, and it's gonna look like you're kind of a perfect person. Why? Because you can do so many things doesn't because you are perfect or you have superpowers. It's just that it took the time to develop a lot of habits, and he took the time to do them slowly because that's the effective way. You don't want to develop a habit and then give up after like a week or two. What you want is to build it in a sustainable way so that it lasts forever. Okay, that's why people go all in. They usually give up. If you tried to go through a heavy night, I'm sure you know how hard it ISS and the reason why your fate is because you go or in and you force it. That's not how it works.
