Never thought to BAKE my chimis! Gonna have to try this.
Great lesson! Love the pocket idea. This makes it finger food that provides an alternative to the omnipresent pizza. I recommend using higher fiber tortillas like Santa Fe Tortilla Company Homestyle Whole Grain & Flax Tortilla Wraps", which I get from Amazon. And brown rice. This amps up the fiber content while still making for a yummy pocket!
