Project Description

Make your own batch and show use how you used it!

Assignment: Create a jam of your own or follow along and make the spiced pear butter recipe then show us how you used it.

  • Did you make a few jars to stock your pantry? Give as gifts?
  • How are you eating your pear butter?
  • Classically on toast? In a cake recipe? To top ice cream, yogurt or waffles?

We want to know!

Deliverables:

  1. Start your Class Project by telling us what your favorite jam is and what jam you want to make!
  2. Create your own jam or follow the instructions from this class to make your own batch of spiced pear butter.
  3. Upload pictures of your completed jam and show us how you're using it or eating it!
