Easy Upgrades with a Big Impact

Learning how to focus on the right things and organize your valuable time and energy will have a big impact on your life. You’ll make smarter decisions. Important projects won’t slip through the cracks. And when you learn what the research says about following your heart and being someone who uses “manager time” more effectively, you become a stronger person capable of aligning your heart, skills, and work.

Course Overview

Suitable for all types of professionals, through this 2 hour class you’ll start by determining what’s important for your success through a method that considers at your skillset, professional arena, and goals. Then, you’ll learn how to use an excellent productivity recipe that you can use to capture your ideas and then organize yourself on a daily, weekly, and longer-term basis. Putting this into practice isn’t very difficult and you’ll only need to commit about 20 minutes per week to organizing yourself after you set it up for the first time. You’ll also see a side by side tutorial that you can use to see the recipe in action. Then you’ll see how you can be more productive in your creative or production activities and then, in your “management” activities. The first section wraps up with you learning to curate your own information feed (to align with your “focus arena”) and also how to code and decode articles and other forms of communication so that you can find the key points more quickly. In the second section, you’ll see annotated interviews with three very interesting experts. First, with Paul Klipp, the creator of the ultimate productivity recipe. Then, you’ll see an interview Jonathan Levi, a successful creative entrepreneur who discusses how to choose the right opportunities. Then, we’ll wrap with an interview with a psychotherapist who offers advice for people who have a hard time saying “no” to people and opportunities that don’t align with their goals.

Great ideas to restructure your productivity system. Not a how-to but more of a vision.
