Project Description

Find yourself some space at home or wherever you are, and practice along with the moves. Once you've got the idea, practise it for a few minutes each day or whenever you can. Here are a few ideas of places and when you can practise:

  • living room (in front of the tv),
  • dining room (sitting at the table moving your feet - nobody will know),
  • kitchen (while you're cooking or prepping),
  • shower,
  • at work

The music used in the class for demonstration is called "La Historia Entre Tus Dedos" by Junior & Jorge if you want to find it on Spotify or YouTube for practise.
