Transform pessimism into optimism in REAL LIFE

In the assignment you will brainstorm 1-3 major bad events you have had happened or are going through now. You will list them. If you can't think of any make one up.

Then you will take each bad event and break them down by the 3 factors of pessimistic thought vs optimistic thought discussed in the course:

  1. Permanence
  2. Permeation
  3. Personalization.

Then you will take each thought and the given factor and transform it into an optimistic thought.
