Design Brief:

Paint you own magical portrait from any view you like, or all three kinds of portraits. Upload the result to the project gallery of the class, I will be happy to give you my feedback.

Below you will the list of supplies and reference pictures for inspiration.

SUPPLIES:

  • Watercolor Paper
  • Watercolor Paint (I use "White Nights" watercolor paints by Nevskaya Palitra color Red Ochre for skin tone)
  • Large soft round watercolor brush (#8-12)
  • Medium round watercolor brush (#4-6)
  • Pencil
  • Eraser
  • Tracing paper
  • Office or sketching paper
  • White gel pen, white ink or white gouache
  • Water
  • Paint palette 
  • A dish to mix more color
  • Paper towel
  • Rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol the kind you can find at pharmacy)
