This meditation practice was designed for busy people, who often do not have time on their hands to meditate for long periods of time, but at the same time want to experience the calming benefits of meditation.

1. 3: So I hope you have experienced greater happiness through the Holy Temple meditation. The following declarations that I have just given you are just some of the declarations you can use. I have included them because talking to people solving problems, working this often them things that we do most in our minds. Now you can prolong the meditation technique with your own declarations. For instance, if you're musician and you find yourself always thinking about music, you can say no, Me sick in the mind. No music inside Music is to be done on the outside. If you're someone who likes to teach people things, you can say no teaching inside teaching is to be done on the outside and like this you can prolong the Holy Temple meditation for as long as you want. Now let us look at some examples off other declarations we can use in the holy Tempo meditation. Uh uh 2. 4: Now let us look at the way to prolong the meditation practice after completing the Holy Temple. Meditation. Simply continue to keep your weirdness on the physical sensations off the breath, coming in and out off the nostrils, and there longer you do this, the paper, the wondering thoughts will surface. Do not be little way by these wandering thoughts by simply observing them. And how do we simply observe them? We simply absurd the physical sensations off the breath, coming in and out off the nostrils through simply observing that breath. We will not be led away by these wondering thoughts. We will be in the state where we can simply observe thumb and with time will come to know the theme, our face wandering thoughts. And then you can simply repeat the necessary declarations to let go off. The wondering thoughts, for instance, of music is coming into the mind again, being declare no music inside. Music is to be played outside Well, if you find yourself solving problems in your mind again, then declare no solving problems inside. Solving is to be done on the outside. Without unnecessary visitors through stillness, you will uncover deeper, wondering thoughts. And, as you said, the simply observing you will come to know the theme off the wondering thoughts and west time, the course as to why you're generating them. Such is the enlightening part off the practice. Uh uh.
