Considering your team, your goals, and your company, pick one of Steph's three principles to implement first, keeping in mind that all three work best in tandem. Share your process for implementation, why you picked the principle you did, and how it goes! We'd love to hear any feedback you have, and how you think they'll help spur growth for your organization. Things to keep in mind:

  • Consistent feedback means frequent feedback—don't wait until a formal review period to share helpful, thoughtful feedback!

  • The best way to encourage team members to share and learn from each other’s mistakes is to embrace them as a an opportunity to always learn and iterate.

  • Instead of being a traditional manager who provides all the answers, ask a lot of questions to help your teammates use context to become more thoughtful and informed decision-makers.
