Project Description

  • Before you start on your class project, be sure to go through the lasso shape practice sheet to really get a grip on the technique. A little practice leads to a whole lot less frustration.
  • For your project choose one of the three layouts we walked through: the single flower, the flower cluster or the flower bouquet.  If you’ve chosen the single flower, you’re welcome to use the flowers I’ve included in the class PDF but I’d also love to see you try something in your style as well.
  • Complete a floral illustration using the lasso and/or marquee tools and submit it under the Your Project section.
  • I love to see the work you’ve created and check the Your Project section frequently! I also do my best to leave comments on your work with 24 hours in most cases(unless I’m absolutely panicked about a deadline in which it might take a day or two longer)
  • And if you're sharing your class project on Instagram by sure to tag me @stephfizercoleman and use the hashtag #stephfcskillshare.  On Mondays, I share work from my classes on my IG stories.
