Excellent class - clear directions and explanation
Just realised my knife skills are on point, hehe :) If you're new to cooking or feel like you could be more efficient, then definitely would recommend this class! However, if you're comfortable in the kitchen, then there's probably not much new (tho it's only 12 minutes, so why not take a look anyway...)
Short lesson of basic knife skills. Easy to understand and copy.

After completing Teach for America in New York City and earning her Masters degree in Childhood Education, she headed over to Paris to explore France's deep culinary history and tradition.
