1. Intro: Hi, My name is Bernie, and I'm 26 year old circus artist, clinical psychologist I've been juggling for the last eight years. On today I want to share with you old that I've learned during this time has many other job blurs. I started juggling by using the Internet. I use YouTube videos or whatever information I can find another websites. And even though we worked, it wasn't all that useful most of the time. Because sometimes there's just a lot of information and you just don't know how to organize it or put it together and what to learn next. Is it hard? Is it to easy and it ends up being a bit confusing and you even end up. It's keeping some of the important parts off the juggling practice, and then you have to go back and fix some things and start again with some others so it can be hard. So that's the reason that I arranged this course so I could give you, like a step by Step God throughout different videos and movements and tricks that builds on top of each other's. So I make sure you don't keep any of important part And when you get to more intense struggle and you're gonna have, only resource is you need. Before we get into any juggling or all the cool stuff, there's a couple of things I want to talk to you about. First of all, the dropping, you're gonna be dropping a lot, and that's fine. It's part of the juggling learning process, so don't worry about it. Just have to pick it up and try it once again. Don't give up on sometimes. Maybe your back is gonna hurt a bit during the first days because you're used to picking up things every a couple of seconds. But that's fine. It's OK, then. The other thing that I want to talk to you about is about using the other, the two hands, your dominant hand and, er we can. Sometimes it's easier to just work around a dominant hand because it comes natural boat. Using the weekend is really important, so our patterns get symmetric, so don't don't get frustrated if you need more time to use your left hand, it's completely fine in some tricks. I would tell you that maybe we don't have to worry about that. We want during these exercises, but after you finished a video, it would be good if you do it with the other side of anyway. The last thing I want to talk to you about is from the course in general. I really suggest you to follow the order of the videos as their suggested because trick there, we work. It's gonna be fundamental for the next ones. Each skill is gonna be useful for where we're going through Nick's. So make sure do not escape any videos throughout this process. That's all I gotta say, so 2. Posture and mistakes to avoid: before we begin to do any juggling, I want to go through some principles that are going to be useful for the course in general and developing your ability. Special juggler. First, check out these two videos and tell me which one looks better. Yeah, of course, he'd say, And all the bad habits you developed with three bowls may move to more advanced juggling, so let's try to do it right from the beginning. First of all, we will check the basic posture for juggle. The top priority is that you need to be in a comfortable position. Elbows should remain close to your body. Legs open to the width of your hips and your knees should be a beat. Flags, not completely straight. Also important to avoid is not to walk or run all over the place following the boats. It's fine if it happens a little when you start to try to reduce it as you improve. Another important thing is that when you do a throw that takes you out of your posture. Don't do the next through from this uncomfortable position, as they will only produce that the next year will be even worse. Instead make sure you return to your comfortable posture before continuing. The pattern sometimes is better to stop juggling to return to your original position than trying to keep the pattern running the wrong way. At last, it's possible that when you see any judgment video or myself during the course, you're going to notice something to do dependents at a really low height and others a lot higher. Both are fine. The important thing is that you find a height with which you feel comfortable. Sure, some tricks will require higher throws than others. With practice, you will be comfortable with the different kind of throws. Sometimes I will suggest a specific height, but feel free to do it the way it fits you best. 3. 3 Ball Cascade: Hey, guys, welcome to our first official lesson in which we will learn how to do the basic Jerling pattern. The three ball cascade. For the first exercise, we will only be using one bowl. Tried to get comfortable to throwing the ball and catching it with your opposite hand. Make sure to catch using only one hand and not both. Also notice how, when I throw my hands move towards my body on the wall, elevates as it crosses my chest. I suggest you to dress throwing a bit over your head so you can practice the precision of your throws and catches. Now we're going to throw the ball the same way we were doing before. But you're going to try and clap. When the bull reaches its maximum height, remember to catchable, using just one hand for the next exercise. We will be clapping just before we catch the ball. You have to do this fast, so make sure you do an accurate throw and it's always make sure to catch only with one hand and not both. Grab another bowl, as we will be using to now take one bull in each hand. We're going to start by throwing with your dominant hand and just before you catch the ball , make a second throw with your opposite hand. Think as if you're replacing the clap from the last exercise with the throw. Make sure both pros are the same height and you catch both balls in different moments. If you're catching with both hands at the same time, it means one of your throws his lower than the other. Now I'm going to show you how to grab two bulls in one hand. The first poll will be going to the lower part of your palm and will be crab by your pinky ring finger. The 2nd 1 will be grabbed by the middle index and thumb in the upper part of your Paul. Okay, now we're moving to use in three bulls. Put two bulls in your dominant hand and start doing the same exercise with it with two balls but catching with 1/3 ball in hand. This will help you learn how to begin, concludes your patterns breakfast, starting with both hands. I know that you're able to do to continues throws. We will add after one. If you did the last exercise starting with both hands, it should be easier to add 1/3 throw. Nevertheless, it can be a challenge to add 1/3 throw. So don't give up, keep in practice and remember that all throws must be done at the same height in order to avoid crashes for having to catch two rules at the same time. Once we're feeling comfortable with this, you should add 1/4 row than 1/5 and so on and so forth until you are able to run the pattern without much problem. That's pretty much all you need to know. But make sure you practice all the exercises. It may take a couple of hours to master the three ball cascade, but once you get it, things will be much easier. Good luck. 4. Tennis: hi guys today we'll be learning the trick. Tennis. This is going to allow us to get the basic knowledge and abilities for the upcoming tricks to start. We're going to use just one boat this time. Were we doing what we call a reverse throat? As you may notice this time the throw comes from the outside part of my body, producing that ball descends, pass it, crosses through my chest. The hands moved in an opposite way in comparison to our regular throat. 40. Next exercise. I'll be using two different color balls. We're going to do one regular throw and responded with one reverse through Azumi. Notice. The Blue Bowl is always doing the regular throw. Has the green will always responds with the repairs. One. Make sure to practice it with both hands. Now we're going to do it the other way around, so we start by doing a reverse throw in this case, equitable and responding with a regular throw corresponding to the Blue Ball. Once you are comfortable with, the exercises were going to get three bulls started. By going into your regular cascade ones, you feel comfortable, make one reverse throw and return to the cascade, Then do it with your opposite hand. As you start to feel more comfortable, try doing this more often. The trick will be completed when you can do the reverse through every three throws. If you're using two different colors like me, you will see just one bowl going over the other two being the one which always gets a reverse through. Good luck, I remember to keep on practicing. 5. Half Shower: Hi. Now we'll be working on the half shower, which builds up from our last trick. Tunney's make sure to work on that enough as a reverse. Perot is needed for district, so let's get into it. They have Shower consists in doing one regular and one reverse throw consistently, so your dominant hand will only be doing reverse through as your opposite hand on Lee does regular throws. We're going to start by getting comfortable once again in doing one rivers throw from the basic Cascade and return into it. This time we will just be focusing on your dominant hand. So that started by trying to do two consecutive cycles and going back to the Cascade. Once you feel comfortable with that, tried to in three continuous cycles as you grow better with it, continue adding more throws until you can do the pattern consistently, then work under other hand, being able to do the half shareware with both hands and we will be useful in our next lesson. Good luck 6. Reverse Cascade: Hey, today we will be learning the reverse cascade, which we have been preparing for the last couple of videos so they strike to work. This one out to begin will be using only two bulls. This time we will be trying to do to continues reverse throws. Remember to breakfast, starting with both hands. Now we will be using our three bowls. Once again, Start by going to the cascade, and when you're ready due to consecutive reverse throws and go back to the regular cascade , do it a couple of times with the chance until you feel secured about it. In the When you can do that consistently do three reverse throws and return to the cascade . Slowly start adding more and more throws until you can finally do it without much problem. Now you have mastered the reverse through congratulations. 7. Shower: Hi. Today we will be working on the tree cold shower. Yeah, I know there's a lot of water related names in job, so let's do it. The shower works similar to the half shower. Hence the name. The only difference is that I were weekend. Doesn't it straight through instead of a regular one, while our dominant head keeps doing a reverse, too. The straight throw is not really that difficult, so just try to be comfortable passing the both hand to hand. To start, we will use two bulls and practice. Win one reverse throw, responding with a straight throw. We will just focus on using our dominant hand with the reverse throws during these exercise . This notice how both catches happened almost at the same time. Then you're going to do it. The other way around is starting with kind of straight through and responding with the rivers. One. Now notice how both rose up. We're pretty much at the same time. That's kind of the tricky part of this pattern. So do both of these exercises a lot. Now we will grab two bulls in your dominant hand to two consecutive rivers throws and just before you catch the second reverse. Do a straight one to be continued by a second, straight through it multiple times until you could write about it. Now we will use three bowls started by holding two bulls in your dominant hand. Do want reverse throat and just before it lands in your weekend. Do want a straight through on one more. Reverse through at the same time. Practice several times when you're done with it. Try doing it once more, which means doing the straight and reverse throw two consecutive rounds. As you feel more comfortable, keep adding the cycles until you can manage to give the pattern you're running. If you wish to go into the pattern from the regular cascade, you only have to do one reverse through and start doing the pattern. The river throw works as a transition to the shower better, and it works exactly as what we were doing earlier. Good luck 8. Under the leg: Hi guys. Today we will learn a simple put nice trick in which we will be doing some throws under our legs. Let's try it out. Okay. To start, we need to work on our under the electro. So grab just one bowl to do it. You must live the lay off the same side you are doing the throw with. So if you're going to throw with your right, you must lift your right leg your head and was go through the outer part and position your four arm under your thigh. These way your hand will have in office base and flexibility to do the throw. Otherwise, it will simply crash with your thigh for go towards the floor, Then make sure your throat achieves the same height as your regular cascade through. Otherwise you're going to have trouble maintaining the pattern for the next exercise we will use to bulls. This time you're going to try it and do the under the electro and responded with a regular throw with the other hand. Do it with both hands. Now we will do it the other way around, which means you're going to start with an under the leg throw responded with a regular throat. Doing the first catch can be tricky, because your hand is going to travel more distance to do the catch after throwing than usual. So don't get frustrated with practice. You'll achieve the right timing. Now it's time to start using our three bowls. Get into your regular cascade on when you feel ready, tried to do an under the electro and return to the cascade, Then do it with your other side. In this example, I'm using different coloured balls, and I only do they honored electro with the green vote so you can follow it easily. As you get more comfortable with these, try doing it more often. The trick will be ready when you can do the under the electro every three throws. Have fun, okay? 9. Mills Mess: Hi guys. Today's trick. It's an exciting one. It truly can impress anyone who sees it. The Mills miss. I know this one might seem confusing, but we got the right tools to learn it. So let's do it. First of all, I know the Mills miss can look confusing, but the reality is just a reverse cascade with an under their arm. Throw every three throws, just like we did in tennis. So we're going to work with the under the arm, throws and catches before we step into the pattern. Okay, so you start. We're just going to grab one bowl. We're going to cross her arms with the bull on the lower hand. Then we're simply going to throw the ball from this position to the opposite hand without moving. Then we tried with the other side for the next exercise. We're going to cross our arms once again, but this time the ball will remain on the hand of duck. Now we're going to throw the ball in the direction of the shoulder off the hand that is holding the ball. So if it's your right hand, you throw the ball to your right and the other way around with your left when you have done the throw, your going to cross and cross your arms, Thea. Other way. So if you're a left apartment was below when you did the throw. Now it's going to be above the other hand. You are going to catch the ball with the new hand on top, so the ball is changing hands for our third exercise. We're going to make the last two things we did. You're going to cross your arms with one bullet in each and then you're going to throw from the lower hand to the upper hand without moving anything, just like we did first. Then you're going to respond with what we did in the second exercise, which means doing a throw in the direction off your shoulder, and I'm crossing and crossing your arms the other way around to catch the second ball. I hope you're not that confused right now because it's time to use three bulls to start. We're going to do exactly what we did in the last exercise, but in the moment when we cross our arms just before crossing them once again, we do one more throw right here and continue to catch the second throw had last. You catch this last throw with hand below. I know it's hard, but it was you Get this with both sides. You have the pattern because the last catching the hand below is your signal to start the next cycle. - So now that we have it covered, just started by adding one more. Throw with your hand below so we can start the cycle once again. After that, you just have to keep on adding throws, and you will be able to hold the pattern in case you're still confused about that last throw. Here's a tunable exercise to fear at that move. As you can see, they're starting a regular position without your arms crossed doing to regular throws and catching the 1st 1 with your upper hand on the 2nd 1 with your lower hand, try it out to see if it helps you understand the pattern to finish. I just want to add a way to injured a pattern. As I explained earlier, the mill Smith is just a reverse cascade with an under the arm. Throw every three those, so the best way 20 is from a reverse cascade on doing an under the arm Throw getting yourself right into the pattern. Make sure to practice this one a lot because it might not come easily. 10. Siteswap: hi. Today we will be doing something a bit different, as we will be talking about sites work risible. What is sites work well is the way we write juggling patterns, just us, our own musical notation. But we use numbers. That's why you're going to see lots of different combination of numbers that represents juggling patterns like four for one for 23744645 or some weird ones like 42 x to export. But before we explore how sites from works, I'm letting you know I'll be explaining to you in the same place way possible. So you have exactly what you need at the beginning. If you want to know more about it, I'll be adding, are more complex lesson about sites. Web in a bonus video. So pro. Now let's get started. As I told you before, we use numbers to show batters up numbers like 1357 and 9% throws that are going to cross, meaning the catch will be done with the opposite hand from which you throw from the other side, leaving numbers like 46 and 8% throws that are going to go back to the same hand from which they were thrown. At last we have Ciro, to which we consider pretty much that time, sir, and will simply wait when any of these numbers a year. There is a reason for this, but I won't get into it today. These numbers also let us know that they hired the number is it's going to require more hide when it's being thrown. Additionally, each one represents the hide for them out of objects being juggled. So 3% say hide OK, three ball cascade. Now we're going to do an example we're going to work with for for one of cities the next video for for one to say three, both pattern. Which means we're going to have three objects of A B and C which are going to follow the order off the pattern. My dominant hand is right. So the first number in the pattern will be done with my right hand. The second with my left and 1/3 1 with my right 1st 2 numbers are forced sort of muse. My right hand will first wave throw to the same hand than my left one is going to do the same than my right hand will do in a straight throw to my left that will complete a four for one pattern. If you still feel like being confused. If I hope this one looks just wait for the next video. But how did I know it was a three ball pattern? Simple to know how many objects are required in the sights? Well, you just added up each of the numbers of the pattern. In this case, the result is nine, then devices resold by the amount of numbers in the pattern. So as for for one, has three numbers in the better nine months be divided by three. There wrestled his three, and that is amount of bulls for objects. You need to juggle that pattern. But what do we do when there is more or less numbers in the site swept on the objects we use, like 51 also known as the shower. Well, in this case, we simply continue writing 515151 by one, indefinitely for as long as you would like to. So 20 general. After doing a five on a one, you go with another five. This also applies to the rest of the patterns, which means you're being able to hold on for a certain amount of time right away. You may like to know that the three ball cascade is reading s a 333 And when we need numbers up off nine, we use letters enough of it ordered to represent higher numbers. During the video, I'm going to show you a couple of more symbols you might encounter. When you see this bracket, it just means that the number inside of the space will happen simultaneously from different hands. So in the first example before and the two X will happen at the same time one from the right and one from the left. Then you will only see the eggs with even numbers, as it means that the bullet is going to change hands instead of remaining in the same one of they usually do. Okay, that's all for today. See you next time 11. 441: today we will work on our first site. Swept, Exciting, right? This one is there for, for one which is going to help us introduce a new throw, which is going to be vital for the next couple of tricks. That's do it. So we're going to start with practicing a regular four, which has your saw in the previous video, is a throw that goes into the same hand. No changes. Its height should be a bit higher than your three. Now notice that my hand movement is pretty similar to the one we usually do in a regular cascade. But this time my hand is doing a circle and releasing the ball a bit later than usual. Doing this allows the ball to continue this movement in the air, and it's subset from crashing. With all their throws, make sure to practice it enough with both hands. This time, we will do to throws one. With each end. You have to do it continuously and be able to catch the bulls, one of 30 other. Remember that if you're catching both at the same time, it means one of your throws is higher or lower than the other Now we will do a similar exercise while the bulls are in the air. You're going to tap your leg ones with each hand before doing the catch. No. Is that the taps also core in different moments. Make sure to be able to feel comfortable with this exercise before moving on. Okay, so now grab your third bowl. We will do a complete cycle off these sites Work. To do this, you must first begin by doing two throws we've been practicing in the other videos. Then you're going to replace the leg tapping with the one of the wreck. Throw practice. This going both ways before moving on the full pattern will work our way into the cascade. To do this for his begin practicing with two bulls were going to do our regular throw on their responded with a four producing that both bulls will end in the same hand. Do it with your two sides if the bulls are crashing. When you do a four, you need to improve the circular motion off your throw that started working the pattern in the cascade then was you feel comfortable juggling, try and do once a cycle for for one and return to your cascade, then do it with the other side. Was your able to do it comfortably and start doing two cycles than three and so on? Until you are able to run the pattern, it's possible you're going to experience a lot of crashes due to it being the first time we're working with the four and changing for my regular throw to afford can be difficult. But don't worry, just keep on practicing, you will get it. 12. 423: Hey guys, today we will work in our second sight, swept before 23 This one builds up from the four for one, and it's going to be a really important part in for us in the future, so pay attention. First, let's check out how this pattern works. It is composed of three different numbers before, which is the throw that is going to be back up to the same hand. They too, which is some waiting time for the opposite hand, honey three. Which is going to change hands? This is a full cycle, and if you're able to do it with both sides continuously, you will fulfill this pattern. We're going to start by using two bulls on doing an exercise We did in the last video, which is doing the first a regular throw and then responding with 1/4 producing that both balls land on the same hand. Next, we're going to start with two bulls in one hand. We're going to do first a four and then responded with a regular throw. Now you're going to finish with one vote in each hand. This time we will makes both exercises. You're going to start with one bullet. In each end, you will do our regular throw, Benny four, and at last responded with another regular throw, ending once again with one bull. Any Chen being able to do this with both sides pretty much completes the pattern. We are just musing the third bowl. There's so once again get your third herbal and getting to your cascade. I'm going to be using two coolers so you can tell when I do the change. When you feel comfortable the way for a return to your cascade, then do it again. Once you are ready. Now, try to do it once. With the chan continuously, I returned to the Cascade than us. Always you can start adding more cycles until you are able to hold a pattern for a while. It's I'm going to show you the pattern with three different colors so you can observe that each full actually always does the same movement. The Orange Bowl always does a four in my right hand there. Blue Bowl is always irregular, throw crossing from side to side, and the Green Bowl is always a four on my left hand to end the video. I'm going to show you a small vibration off the 43 in which the force are straight, producing a pattern that looks like a double you. You can try and learn it yourself or wait for the next video to see a bit into it. 13. Columns: hi. Today we'll work on a really popular trick gold Collins. But do it first. I want to start by explaining that this trick is just a variation of the 4 to 3 in which we used at that time that the two gives us to do an extra throw at the same kite off the fourth, making this visual effect possible to start, we're going to use two bowls making to four throws at the same time. These will help us get used to the two throws and catches at the same time. Now we're going to use the time that the bulls have spending dear to tap a leg with one hand. Make sure to practice with both hands. As I told you earlier columns, really separation of the 4 to 3. But we have to do it with the four s a straight throws without doing our usual circle. Our movement. If you still feel uncomfortable with desperation, try out this exercise which really is the same one as we did the last video. But with the force without the circular movement. Once you get this fear, you can continue. Okay, so now we're gonna go to our 4 to 3 on when you're ready, you're going to use that that time off to toe. Live your hand up before you have to use your hand. Once again learn to do it both ways. Continuously. Actually, just such a cold, fake colds. I'm going to give you two options to work with, so choose the one you feel most comfortable with. The 1st 1 will be using the 4 to 3 pattern, and whenever you're comfortable, replace the two with a throw that matches the height of the four. Okay, practice it with both cancer until you can do it continuously. The other way is going into the cascade, and whenever you feel ready, do therefore with the extra throw together and go back into the pattern. Practice it until you can do several rounds continuously. - Most people will do district by basically just juggling two bulls in one hand and the other one just doing the extra throws. But I strongly suggest you do it with both hands because it's going to help when learning to do four bulls 14. 2 balls in 1 hand: hi. Today, we're going to learn how to juggle two balls in one hand for district. You should have already work on the four for one on the 4 to 3 video, as their requirements to do is also this video is going to be a requirement to where it's learning to juggle four balls, so make sure to pay attention. As you may notice, this batter Onley involved, too in Constant, Nice and sequel are forced just as we have practiced before. Before we start, we're going to check back on the regular for 23 as this is going to be our foundation towards getting to juggle two balls in one hand with both of your hands. As you may notice, when we do a 4 to 3, you actually do one drowned off to bowl juggling per hand, which means we only need to make it last longer. Our goal is going to be doing this, being able to do one round with its hand. Then we're going to do to continuous rounds with the same hand and repeating it with your opposite side, then three times for five and so on until you are able to hold a product for a while if you feel ready for it, tried to give it a shot. If not, continue through this video. So if you still don't feel ready, we're going to do it a bit different. We're going to go into our 4 to 3 and I start doing two rounds with the chanting constantly . Just keep repeating until you can manage it comfortably after you're going to focus and get into three rounds with your chance than four. And so on what you can get through five or six rounds trying doing the previous exercise. This way you will get the technique and endurance you need to end the video. I will show you that you can do a couple of operations from this trick. For example, you can also to reverse throws to change the direction of the pattern. Never left. This one can be a bit difficult. Also, you can do a straight throws side to side. We generate a different visual effect, tried to figure them out 15. The Box: Today we will be taken. A look at the box, also known by its sights. What passed for two x two x four. These tricky can be hardest. It has a couple of things going on at the same time, but let's give it a shot. As you may notice, this trick is kind of similar to four for one, but happens a lot faster. In this case. The box consists of two different throws before on a straight throw between the hands written as a two X Indus pattern, which happens simultaneously. Also in this streak, we're not going to worry on doing a nice and round four as it takes too much time, so just throw it upwards without the whole circle movement to begin your going to grab two bulls in one hand, you're going to start by doing a four. And just before it Lance in your hand, you are going to do a straight throw because you can see in the video you should catch both poles at the same time. Unlike the other patterns we have done to read both ways. Now you're going to start with one bowl. Any chance this time you're going to try and do the straight throw on before at the exact same time you're going to end having the two Bulls land on the same hand to it both ways. This time, we're going to combine the last two exercises with one goal in each hand. You're going to start by doing before and the straight through at the same time. But this time before you get before you are going to do another straight throw, do it both ways. Now we will use three Bulls started by doing a four on before it lands. Do our four with the opposite hand on the straight throw at the same time. Notice how you will also catch the 1st 4 and a street throw at the same time in the streak . There are always at least two things going on at the same time, whether it's throwing or catching, I'm going to use different horrible's so you can notice that in this pattern, each bowl will remain in the same position every time. The green ball will always be changing from hand to hand in a straight through, while the blue balls will remain doing the force in its respective hands. Once you're able to do this comfortably, you have to try having one more round, which means responding with another simultaneous four and a straight throat just before the ball lands. As you continue to improve, keep on adding more and more rounds off these, and you will eventually be able to run it. Don't worry if it takes time, I say it is a difficult trick to get used to. Once again, I show you with different colors that even in the full pattern, each of all continues to do the same thing every time to end the video. I will just show you how to get into the trick from the Cascade. I suggest you simply add a regular for as a transition through, which will allow you to start doing the simultaneous throws. I'm also going to add an example with different corps ball so you can tell when I use the green ball as a transition 16. Opening and Multiplexes: Hi. Today, we're going to learn any nice openings, or you can show off your tricks before we start. I have to explain to you what it's a multiplex. This is just a term we use to describe a throw in which you released more than one bull from the same hand, just like I'm doing here. So to do these, grab two bulls with your dominant hand like you regularly do. Don't try to do a regular through releasing the two bulls to get enough space between the bulls. Make sure to add an extra push on the double with your index and middle finger. After you do this phrase you're going to catch the boulder was in the lower part of your poem with the same hand from which you throw. Then you're going to catch the other bull with the opposite hand, which means one is going to stay in the same conduct when the other changes. Try it a couple of times so you can get the hang off it. Okay, so once you get that, we're going to step it up this time, instead of just waiting with you, we can affordable to arrive. We will make a small throw to the same hand if you do the multiplex how you know you should be able to get this bull before you have to do the starting throughout the cascade. Doing this will make a nice triangular shape in here. 17. 4 Balls, Async Fountains: hi. Today we learned a basic horrible pattern. A sink fountains. To be able to work on this video, you will need to have learned to do that for for one for 23 and be able to juggle two balls in one hand with both of your hands. First of all, you have to know that when we juggle the basic horrible patterns on like the regular three ball, juggling balls don't cross from hand to hand. As you can see here, I simply juggle two balls in one hand with each hand simultaneously, and that's what we close fountains to start working on the pattern, we will begin by having one bull in each hand and making two continues four throws, one with each hand. During the waiting time, you will be tapping your legs before catching each bull once again. Remember, each of the sections have to happen in different times and continuously make sure that the highs of your throws are identical. For the next one, we will use three bulls holding two in one hand. We will simulate the 1st 4 throws off the pattern. You will start by doing the same you did before but adding 1/3 4 in the hand. You're holding an extra bowl when you feel comfortable doing it. Try adding, elect up with your opposite hand. Now let's work with the four bulls. Start by trying to do only two throws and catching, so you can get used to the initial filling when you already had your third throw. Until now, its you'll feel similar to the exercise. As you have been doing before. This time, try to add your fourth row and keep adding more as we're being able to hold it longer At first. It can feel weird to try and juggle this way, and it can be quite a challenge for the bulls not to constantly crash. I would really suggest you to really work under weekend to bull. Jokin has this is usually the main challenge in this process. Never lost minister practice with exercises in both videos as that will help you get a fluid with the horrible job win. Also, check the next video. Even if you're not being able to do this pattern, get because it might come easier to you. See you 18. 4 balls, Sync Fountains: hi. Today's lesson will be focused on an alternative way off juggling for bulls. The difference between this one and the previous one remains in the fact that in the sink pattern you're always doing two simultaneous throws and catches each time for days, I had a recommend you know how to do therefore, for one for 23 columns and two bowls in one hand. Also, it will be useful if you also had the boxing your repertory, as you can see, like the a sink fountain. In this pattern, we're going to balls in a chance simultaneously without them crossing hands to start, we will use to bulls. You will do two simultaneous four throws, one with Chand, and while they remain in the air, you should do elect up with a chant. Also simultaneously make sure the heights of your throws are identical. Next, with three bulls, you're going to do the first to throw simultaneously and at one more throw with the hand in which you are holding to both. If you feel comfortable with this, make sure to add elect up injury waiting hand. Okay, This time we will do it the other way around meaning you're going to do just one throw with hand with your holding two bulls before it lands, you are going to do two simultaneous throws. There is no need for the top in this one. Now we will use our four Bulls once again start just getting comfortable by doing the 1st 2 throws. Then we're going to add two new throws. In this case, it's better to have two more throws each time instead of just one, as we have done in earlier tricks. As you start to grow more comfortable with doing this, just keep adding more throws. At first, this tree can feel a bit easier than the casing fronting, but externally suggest you work in both patterns as they complimented Charlie, Good luck. 19. 4 Balls, Half Shower: hi. Today we will work on the four bowl version of the half Sour. As you may notice, this half shower works pretty similar to the three ball version, but this time there are always two balls in the air. Also in a similar way to the sing fountains, throws and catches in this pattern happened almost at the same time. There is justice like moment of difference, so take that into account. To start has suggested practice to do the three ball half shower at a really low height and also using higher throws than usual. As the horrible half shower regards, the speed of a low three will have shower, but with the Chrissy and the strength of a high three bull half shower, we're going to start by using two bulls doing one reverse through and one regular throat. But remember that this should be done continuously producing. You have a waiting time with both of your hands. Notice that the first goal to land is a second throw you did. That is an important detail. Also, the height should be similar to the hydration of your three bull half sour. Now we're going to use the waiting time to have to leg tops simulating the additional two throws. This time, we'll use three bulls going to your cascade, make the same two throws we did on the last exercise and stop your weekend should have a waiting time as well. Now grab your four bulls. We're going to start by. Just trained the 1st 2 throws, as usual, to get used to. The feeling was your already. We're going to try and up to more throws, one with your dominant hand and one with your opposite hand. Make sure you're keeping the same height. And remember, both throws and catches are happening almost at the same time as you get used to it. Just keep adding more throws each time. If you find it easier, you can add each throw individually, but I would suggest you add two throws each time one rivers and one regular to get into the pattern from the fountains. I suggest you do it from the single ones as its timing is similar. 20. 4 balls, The Shower: Today we will work on the four bowl version of the shower. To start, I suggest you to practice to do the three bull shower at a really low height, but also using higher throws than usual of the horrible shower requires a speed off a low three bull shower, but with accuracy and a string appropriate high three bull shower. Before we start, I have to teach you how to grab three bulls in one hand. To do this, just lift your middle and ring finger unplayable on these extras praise you created when grabbing bulls. This way he's last ball we placed is always the first bowl to be thrown. Now we're going to get used to throw in the bowl. It might feel a bit weird and uncomfortable, but you have to give it an extra push with your fingers when throwing the ball so it can be easier for you to gain some height. It takes a while, but you're going to get used to it. Okay, once you got that covered, we're going to start with three balls in your dominant hand. You're going to do three continues reverse throws to your opposite hand following three continues straight throws. Notice how the third and last ball from your dominant hand is thrown basically at the same time as the first ball lens in your opposite hand. Also during this should leave your dominant hand empty for a small while, which is the moment their fourth pole calms skin. Now we're going to do the same. But this time we're going to use at that time in your dominant hand after throwing all the balls to do a small tap on delay before catching again. This time, we'll use four bulls. Now we're going to start the same way as before. Doing the three continues throws with your dominant hand. But just before the 1st 1 lands, you add an A straight through. These will get to the feeling off the four bull shower. When you can do that consistently, trading were more reverse through and a straight through. With this, you're starting to get the speed of the pattern. Okay, as you get better, just keep adding more throws until you get there. Hold up the pattern for a while 21. 552: hi. Today we'll be working on our 1st 4 bull side swept 552 This one is going to be really useful in the process of learning to General five Bulls, so make sure to learn it. First of all, let's see how this one works, because you can see this pattern involves doing to continues throws from one hand before changing to the other. During this time. The other hand is just waiting to begin. We're going to try and develop a kind of snake movement. With only two bulls started by holding two bulls in one hand, I'm doing two continues throws to the opposite hand. Make sure you throw both bulls before doing any catches. Now just try and do it. None stop in the next exercise where we'll do something similar. But with three bulls, well, the three bulls in one hand and we're going to do three continues throws through the other hand. Notice how the first catch will happen pretty much at the same time off the last throw. Now we will try and do it continuously from hand to hand. Always make sure you're doing all three throws with one hand before you start doing the throws with your opposite hand, Okay, we're going to go with four Bulls now. This time doesn't start by doing two continues throws from the same hand you already responded with the opposite hand doing one throw. Remember that this must happen after you two continues throws with the first hand. Okay, now at the second throw to the opposite hand. Being able to do to continues throws with the chance starting to make the pattern possible when you feel good with it. Just added more throws. I was just you try adding to throws at a time. Trained this one a lot because due to the two continues throws, you're going to have to develop good speed and accuracy with both hands to enter from. The regular contents always suggest you do it from the A sink ones and just start doing one crossing throw from one hand. And the second handle. That, too, continues throws to begin the pattern. Have fun 22. 5551: Hey, today we will work on the 5551 This one will also be really helpful in learning five bowls . So that's do it. First of all, let's see how it works. This one is like the four ball version over. Therefore, for one we did with three bulls, we have to start by throwing three balls in the air. In this case there, we'll all be crossing and at last doing one straight through from hand to can't. As you can see due to the nature of the trick, the pattern will always have started with the same hand which will be your dominant. Hi there. Wait. Make sure after you mastered with one hand, learned it from the other side as well. Next step is to do a flash, which means we will do three continues Hi throws in which we will leave enough time for hands to remain empty For a brief instant. This brief instant is the time we will use to at the one. Now we will do the same. But we will do one licked up with each hand while our hands are empty. Make sure you're throws are being accurate. Grab your four bulls with two in each hand. Now we're going to do our flash. Instead of doing the elect happen, we will do in a straight through between the hands and close the pattern. When you can manage yourself with that, you're going to try and do it from the affordable a sing fountain and stopping. If you're ready. Now go back to juggling into the fountain after completing the pattern. When you can do it comfortably, try doing to continues rounds off the pattern. Okay, then just keep adding more and more rounds on so you can hold it for a while. If you're able to learn doing this with both of your hands, then you can do their 55514 which simply involves adding 1/4 row at the end, which moves the beginning of the next pattern to your other hand. The pattern will then move to a different hand each round. This will be extremely useful. Will there any defy balls 23. 5 Balls, 3 Ball Exercises: hi. Today we start our best towards Joan Lean five Bulls. This is a big step in juggling, and it can actually take a while to really feel comfortable with it. That's why we're going to work around several exercises to acquire the skills needed. Also feel free to move to other three and four ball tricks. If you feel you want to focus on that before moving to the five bowls, our first step is to General People's at a really low Kydd, but also to do it a bit higher than usual, and a standard five will throw can be about 30 centimeters over your head so you can try and do have three ball cascade at that height. If you do it higher, it's not a problem. It will only prove useful in the future. We do this because we're juggling five bowls. We pretty much used a speed off a three ball cascade low height with the strength conversation off a higher cascade. Next step is to practice the flash, as we did in our 5551 video. Make sure to work on it with both hands when you feel comfortable had to elect ups after doing the flash. Nevertheless, your priority is there an accurate throws, so it's better to keep on working on accurate throws than rushing into adding the taps. This time, we will work on doing continues flashes. This means you have to be able to do accurate flashes with both hands. Once again, your priority is to make accurate throws that good height. Our last three bull exercise can be a bit tricky. The pattern we will do. It still works as a cascade, but this time you're not going to wait for the ball to get close to your catching hand before throwing the next. This time you're next door will come when the previous one reaches its maximum height. Think of it as the first exercise we did in the three ball cascade. But instead of clapping this time, you're going to throw the other bowl when it achieves its maximum height, which is leaving you with sometime empty handed. Those are pretty much the exercises, so I just tried to feel comfortable with all of them before and after you watch the other videos 24. 5 balls, 4 ball exercises: hi today will be moving to the fore. A bull exercises towards the five bowls. Let's go First of all, two of the key sideswipes towards learning the five bowls are the 552 and 55514 So make sure to visit the earlier tutorials and be pretty comfortable doing the keep in practice and districts. Well, you're learning to five goals. We're going to start by trained to do a horrible flesh. Well, throws will be crossing on like a regular contents. When doing this, you will notice one of your hands will have a brief waiting time. And that space is the place where the faithful will be when you can comfortably do it with both sides just working, adding elect up during the waiting time. Now we're going to try and do it continuously. Give you feel ready, you can add elect up during the waiting time off every flash. But if you're not just focused in doing good throws, after all, that's the most important part. Also, when doing this, make sure you do not transport the streak into a 55 to make sure you keep doing continues flashes mastering the tricks we mentioned at the beginning. Close this exercises should get you ready for the five hopes 25. 5 balls: hi. You made it to the five Bulls video. That's awesome. This one is going to be shorter, as most of the practice requirements were on the other videos. Remember that you have to continue practicing all of them to mess certifiable juggling as this one doesn't come easy. So let's grab our five bulls and start by trying out our three bull flashes from this position. Make sure to do it with both of your hands, then try it out with the horrible flashes. They should have started getting to the feeling off the five bowls. When you get there, simply used the waiting time from the four ball flash to the one less throw with breakfast is it will become easier, then simply continue adding more and more throws. Your first goal should be getting to 10 catches, which is going to be quite an accomplishment. Just keep going until all the exercise says you have seen, so it gets easier with time. They say you have mastered the trick when you can do 100 catches with East, but it's going to require time, effort and patients. Just try your best and you'll get there eventually. Also, it's usual that we're learning to juggle five balls you might start to turn. That's probably because you're having some trouble with doing accurate throws with your weekend, causing you to rotate. But it's normal. Just work on improving that handed should get better. Now go practice.
