Hi everyone, I want to share with you the knowledge I have gather during my last 8 years as a juggler, circus artist and performer. Even thou the internet tends to be full of information, I am sharing with you this path to try and make your life a bit easier through the learning process of juggling, which can be frustrating. Content will continue to be added so you can continue growing the same way this course will, so it can be guide towards mastering your creativity in this art form.

The list of tricks in juggling is endless, so I won´t be able to cover all of them, but I hope this course will give you the right tools to work through any trick you want.

1. Intro: Hi, My name is Bernie, and I'm 26 year old circus artist, clinical psychologist I've been juggling for the last eight years. On today I want to share with you old that I've learned during this time has many other job blurs. I started juggling by using the Internet. I use YouTube videos or whatever information I can find another websites. And even though we worked, it wasn't all that useful most of the time. Because sometimes there's just a lot of information and you just don't know how to organize it or put it together and what to learn next. Is it hard? Is it to easy and it ends up being a bit confusing and you even end up. It's keeping some of the important parts off the juggling practice, and then you have to go back and fix some things and start again with some others so it can be hard. So that's the reason that I arranged this course so I could give you, like a step by Step God throughout different videos and movements and tricks that builds on top of each other's. So I make sure you don't keep any of important part And when you get to more intense struggle and you're gonna have, only resource is you need. Before we get into any juggling or all the cool stuff, there's a couple of things I want to talk to you about. First of all, the dropping, you're gonna be dropping a lot, and that's fine. It's part of the juggling learning process, so don't worry about it. Just have to pick it up and try it once again. Don't give up on sometimes. Maybe your back is gonna hurt a bit during the first days because you're used to picking up things every a couple of seconds. But that's fine. It's OK, then. The other thing that I want to talk to you about is about using the other, the two hands, your dominant hand and, er we can. Sometimes it's easier to just work around a dominant hand because it comes natural boat. Using the weekend is really important, so our patterns get symmetric, so don't don't get frustrated if you need more time to use your left hand, it's completely fine in some tricks. I would tell you that maybe we don't have to worry about that. We want during these exercises, but after you finished a video, it would be good if you do it with the other side of anyway. The last thing I want to talk to you about is from the course in general. I really suggest you to follow the order of the videos as their suggested because trick there, we work. It's gonna be fundamental for the next ones. Each skill is gonna be useful for where we're going through Nick's. So make sure do not escape any videos throughout this process. That's all I gotta say, so 2. Posture and mistakes to avoid: before we begin to do any juggling, I want to go through some principles that are going to be useful for the course in general and developing your ability. Special juggler. First, check out these two videos and tell me which one looks better. Yeah, of course, he'd say, And all the bad habits you developed with three bowls may move to more advanced juggling, so let's try to do it right from the beginning. First of all, we will check the basic posture for juggle. The top priority is that you need to be in a comfortable position. Elbows should remain close to your body. Legs open to the width of your hips and your knees should be a beat. Flags, not completely straight. Also important to avoid is not to walk or run all over the place following the boats. It's fine if it happens a little when you start to try to reduce it as you improve. Another important thing is that when you do a throw that takes you out of your posture. Instead make sure you return to your comfortable posture before continuing. The pattern sometimes is better to stop juggling to return to your original position than trying to keep the pattern running the wrong way. Both are fine. The important thing is that you find a height with which you feel comfortable. Sure, some tricks will require higher throws than others. With practice, you will be comfortable with the different kind of throws. Sometimes I will suggest a specific height, but feel free to do it the way it fits you best. 3. 3 Ball Cascade: Hey, guys, welcome to our first official lesson in which we will learn how to do the basic Jerling pattern. The three ball cascade. For the first exercise, we will only be using one bowl. Tried to get comfortable to throwing the ball and catching it with your opposite hand. Make sure to catch using only one hand and not both. Also notice how, when I throw my hands move towards my body on the wall, elevates as it crosses my chest. I suggest you to dress throwing a bit over your head so you can practice the precision of your throws and catches. Now we're going to throw the ball the same way we were doing before. But you're going to try and clap. When the bull reaches its maximum height, remember to catchable, using just one hand for the next exercise. We will be clapping just before we catch the ball. You have to do this fast, so make sure you do an accurate throw and it's always make sure to catch only with one hand and not both. Grab another bowl, as we will be using to now take one bull in each hand. We're going to start by throwing with your dominant hand and just before you catch the ball , make a second throw with your opposite hand. Think as if you're replacing the clap from the last exercise with the throw. Make sure both pros are the same height and you catch both balls in different moments. If you're catching with both hands at the same time, it means one of your throws his lower than the other. Now I'm going to show you how to grab two bulls in one hand. Once we're feeling comfortable with this, you should add 1/4 row than 1/5 and so on and so forth until you are able to run the pattern without much problem. That's pretty much all you need to know. But make sure you practice all the exercises. It may take a couple of hours to master the three ball cascade, but once you get it, things will be much easier. Good luck. 4. Tennis: hi guys today we'll be learning the trick. Tennis. This is going to allow us to get the basic knowledge and abilities for the upcoming tricks to start. We're going to use just one boat this time. Were we doing what we call a reverse throat? As you may notice this time the throw comes from the outside part of my body, producing that ball descends, pass it, crosses through my chest. The hands moved in an opposite way in comparison to our regular throat. 40. Next exercise. I'll be using two different color balls. We're going to do one regular throw and responded with one reverse through Azumi. Notice. The Blue Bowl is always doing the regular throw. Has the green will always responds with the repairs. One. Make sure to practice it with both hands. Now we're going to do it the other way around, so we start by doing a reverse throw in this case, equitable and responding with a regular throw corresponding to the Blue Ball. Half Shower: Hi. Now we'll be working on the half shower, which builds up from our last trick. Tunney's make sure to work on that enough as a reverse. Once you feel comfortable with that, tried to in three continuous cycles as you grow better with it, continue adding more throws until you can do the pattern consistently, then work under other hand, being able to do the half shareware with both hands and we will be useful in our next lesson. Good luck 6. Reverse Cascade: Hey, today we will be learning the reverse cascade, which we have been preparing for the last couple of videos so they strike to work. This one out to begin will be using only two bulls. This time we will be trying to do to continues reverse throws. Remember to breakfast, starting with both hands. Now we will be using our three bowls. Once again, Start by going to the cascade, and when you're ready due to consecutive reverse throws and go back to the regular cascade , do it a couple of times with the chance until you feel secured about it. In the When you can do that consistently do three reverse throws and return to the cascade . Slowly start adding more and more throws until you can finally do it without much problem. Now you have mastered the reverse through congratulations. 7. Shower: Hi. Today we will be working on the tree cold shower. Yeah, I know there's a lot of water related names in job, so let's do it. The shower works similar to the half shower. Hence the name. The only difference is that I were weekend. Doesn't it straight through instead of a regular one, while our dominant head keeps doing a reverse, too. The straight throw is not really that difficult, so just try to be comfortable passing the both hand to hand. To start, we will use two bulls and practice. Win one reverse throw, responding with a straight throw. We will just focus on using our dominant hand with the reverse throws during these exercise . This notice how both catches happened almost at the same time. Then you're going to do it. The other way around is starting with kind of straight through and responding with the rivers. One. Now notice how both rose up. We're pretty much at the same time. That's kind of the tricky part of this pattern. So do both of these exercises a lot. Now we will grab two bulls in your dominant hand to two consecutive rivers throws and just before you catch the second reverse. Do a straight one to be continued by a second, straight through it multiple times until you could write about it. Now we will use three bowls started by holding two bulls in your dominant hand. Do want reverse throat and just before it lands in your weekend. Do want a straight through on one more. Reverse through at the same time. Practice several times when you're done with it. Try doing it once more, which means doing the straight and reverse throw two consecutive rounds. As you feel more comfortable, keep adding the cycles until you can manage to give the pattern you're running. If you wish to go into the pattern from the regular cascade, you only have to do one reverse through and start doing the pattern. The river throw works as a transition to the shower better, and it works exactly as what we were doing earlier. Good luck 8. Under the leg: Hi guys. Today we will learn a simple put nice trick in which we will be doing some throws under our legs. Let's try it out. Okay. To start, we need to work on our under the electro. So grab just one bowl to do it. You must live the lay off the same side you are doing the throw with. So if you're going to throw with your right, you must lift your right leg your head and was go through the outer part and position your four arm under your thigh. Doing the first catch can be tricky, because your hand is going to travel more distance to do the catch after throwing than usual. So don't get frustrated with practice. You'll achieve the right timing. Now it's time to start using our three bowls. Get into your regular cascade on when you feel ready, tried to do an under the electro and return to the cascade, Then do it with your other side. In this example, I'm using different coloured balls, and I only do they honored electro with the green vote so you can follow it easily. As you get more comfortable with these, try doing it more often. The trick will be ready when you can do the under the electro every three throws. Have fun, okay? 9. Mills Mess: Hi guys. Today's trick. It's an exciting one. It truly can impress anyone who sees it. The Mills miss. I know this one might seem confusing, but we got the right tools to learn it. So let's do it. First of all, I know the Mills miss can look confusing, but the reality is just a reverse cascade with an under their arm. Throw every three throws, just like we did in tennis. So we're going to work with the under the arm, throws and catches before we step into the pattern. Okay, so you start. We're just going to grab one bowl. We're going to cross her arms with the bull on the lower hand. Then we're simply going to throw the ball from this position to the opposite hand without moving. Then we tried with the other side for the next exercise. We're going to cross our arms once again, but this time the ball will remain on the hand of duck. Now we're going to throw the ball in the direction of the shoulder off the hand that is holding the ball. Make sure to practice this one a lot because it might not come easily. 10. Siteswap: hi. Today we will be doing something a bit different, as we will be talking about sites work risible. What is sites work well is the way we write juggling patterns, just us, our own musical notation. But we use numbers. That's why you're going to see lots of different combination of numbers that represents juggling patterns like four for one for 23744645 or some weird ones like 42 x to export. But before we explore how sites from works, I'm letting you know I'll be explaining to you in the same place way possible. So you have exactly what you need at the beginning. If you want to know more about it, I'll be adding, are more complex lesson about sites. Web in a bonus video. So pro. Now let's get started. As I told you before, we use numbers to show batters up numbers like 1357 and 9% throws that are going to cross, meaning the catch will be done with the opposite hand from which you throw from the other side, leaving numbers like 46 and 8% throws that are going to go back to the same hand from which they were thrown. But I strongly suggest you do it with both hands because it's going to help when learning to do four bulls 14. 2 balls in 1 hand: hi. Today, we're going to learn how to juggle two balls in one hand for district. You should have already work on the four for one on the 4 to 3 video, as their requirements to do is also this video is going to be a requirement to where it's learning to juggle four balls, so make sure to pay attention. I will show you that you can do a couple of operations from this trick. For example, you can also to reverse throws to change the direction of the pattern. Never left. This one can be a bit difficult. Also, you can do a straight throws side to side. We generate a different visual effect, tried to figure them out 15. The Box: Today we will be taken.
